Obama still weakens the church

Critics falsely accuse Trump of making the world more dangerous.  The truth is, it was Obama—with his foreign policy of weakness and capitulation—that intensified international tensions.
Obama continually gave things away, getting nothing in return but contempt for America.
He also made life more dangerous by leaving behind operatives in every aspect of government who are fiercely loyal to him. They carry his hatred toward so many aspects of our way of life.
Trump on the other hand—by refusing to accept anything but victory—defused the danger level of the world.  He also is rooting out weakness in government. It is his direct attack on the deep state, more than anything else that has unleashed the rage being poured on Trump.
Obama’s weak approach to crisis is the bane of leftist thinking.  Underneath, is the belief that victory is not possible. The best they can hope for is a tenuous treaty.  Nothing is settled.  The undercurrent of defeatism ran through all his policies…he found a half-cure for everything.
Our social programs do not imagine full recovery for anyone. That is why they are riddled with drugs and defeatist therapies. That is why they despise Bible solutions to moral and physical problems.
I know you may find this to be fantastic but none the less it is true. You would be shocked how many ministers hold Obama as a hero and worship his defeatist style.
Tragically, the church learned Obama’s way of making things more dangerous.  The trend in church is to get people to like us better.   Ironically, it only made them hate us more.
This explained defeatist preaching that withholds scripture, repentance and the promise of becoming a new creation. Modern ministers too often have become the great disablers. Their programs inflate dependency every bit as much as government programs.
Arthur Matthews was an amazing man.  Decades before American Pastors began imitating Obama apology tours, and detente with evil, Matthews saw it coming:
“Old Testament examples of prayer at work portray most dramatically for us the believer’s authority over all the power of God’s enemies.  There is a finality that will not be gainsaid in the way the superior strength of alien armies is disposed of as God’s servants. This finality is not seen in the political bargaining that characterizes our day.  Compromises are made, peace treaties are signed, and the peacemakers move to other danger spots; but the fighting still goes on.  Are we allowing our disillusionment with the world’s acclaimed peacemakers to influence our thinking on spiritual warfare?  Are we really convinced our call is to spiritual welfare and peace through victory?”
It’s almost as if he is asking, “are you acting like Obama with the things of God?”

Christian leaders need to examine themselves for this hypocrisy.   Ask yourself, “have I condemned Obama’s defeatist approach while practicing my own version of it?”
Another examination should center around outcomes.  If the intended goal of the “user friendly church” was to reduce hostility, then why—under their watch—has hostility towards Christians, and laws banning religious freedoms increased dramatically?
They didn’t hate us like this when we preached boldly.  It is possible they instinctively felt contempt for our compromise?  They respectfully disagreed back then, but are repulsed by us now.
Nowhere is this defeatism more glaring, than in the attitude of the church at large, towards prayer and revival.
They don’t really believe prayer and revival can change our world.  They don’t pray as if prayer had power to change society.  They don’t preach revival because they can’t imagine it happening to their people. They see their congregations as coddled masses not willing to pay the price for revival.
Trump shows us that peace through victory means calling someone’s bluff.  Trump did that to Iran when they threatened us with end of the world if we walked away from that hideous agreement Obama made.  It was all talk.
Christians leaders must learn to do that with Satan.  Call his bluff.  Tell him he’s the defeated one!  Behave like Jesus won on the Cross.  Christian leaders must do that with culture.  Call the bluff of all those experts who insist we must alter our message to change society.
Listen again to Arthur Matthews: “In any situation where Satan dominates and threatens, God looks for a man through whom he may declare war on the enemy.  He purposes that through this man Satan be served notice to back up, pack up, and clear out.”

Peace through victory calls the devil’s bluff on the biggest level.  It declares that the Earth can still be enveloped by a massive act of God.
By holding to a policy of peace through victory, Trump has already seen results no one could have imagined.  It is time for Christian leaders to repent of their defeatism and embrace the power of prayer to make tangible changes in the hearts of men and women and to impact world events.
Arthur Matthew said, “It is the man who prays who exercises supremacy even over international situations.  Men are going to have to acknowledge the peace will not be brought through politicians, but through the intercessor who has learned to wage spiritual warfare and wins peace over the principalities and powers in high places.”
P.S  Pray for our president.

  1. Amen! Prayers carried out with His power changes everything! Don’t the pastors and leaders that compromised know they are to be held accountable by the Living God?! Our Lord Himself won through victory! Conquering it all, with no compromise, speaking God’s truth and therefore putting the enemy in his place of defeat! Pray people of God! Take your rightful place and take over!

  2. Why didn’t the Fathers and Pastors in this country stand up against Obama when he allowed men in ladies restrooms? That should have made even liberals angry but it didn’t. So what kind of men would go into public ladies restrooms? How about rapist, pedophiles, voyeurs and men dressed as women.
What’s it going to take to wake up believers?

  3. So very good. As a pastor I was aware of this when Clinton was our president, and realized that during his presidency the church began to embrace a lawlessness that here to fore it would not abide. This article definitely exposes the strongman that the church must defeat. Lead on brave Marrio, you incite courage to stand up to any compromise.

  4. How can churches support democrat platforms that include abortion? I have always wondered that. To state your a Christian and vote for a candidate that is pro choice. makes no sense.

  5. Yes Mario,
Because sin’s weakness (which Obama encouraged) is a bloody scourge upon every facet of humanity, the vanquishing victory over sin is equally as bloody an effort. The Cross of Christ Jesus was the most humiliating, relentless, bloody affront to sin and satan that ever occurred in all history and in all humanity. “Without” a fuller knowledge of The power of the Cross and The precious blood of Jesus, to overcome and create an attitude of victory over sin and satan’s whiles, no manner of prayer can afford the entreaty of heaven itself. Pastors must learn how to BELIEVE again!…in The Powerful victory SEALED through The Blood contract of Jesus Christ HimSelf and HIS Cross.
Until that day… where men in pulpits PREACH and Teach the Revolutionary reform of heaven that – that eternal blood bought contract CUT with humanity. There’ll be no new understanding within or without their meager seeker friendly religious houses. There is POWER in The Blood and It still calls out to heaven ‘everyday’ from Jesus shedding of His on this earth, some 2000 years ago.
PLEAD THE BLOOD in weakness and meekness, then Pray.

  6. “They don’t Pray as if…”
    You state.
    You mean…..They don’t pray….
A member of our Fellowship arrived at the church prayer meeting where she previously attended) 5:45 sharp. After knocking on a locked door and waiting, she left. Not a single soul in attendance. Not even the Pastor that announced it.This scenario repeated itself the next week.
No Wonder our nation is in the condition its in.
    Keep preaching this message.
    We sorely (painfully need it)
    Word of the Lord 2001…..
“This baby called ‘ REVIVAL’ Will be a Dry Birth. The water bag has broken and
My people are in the Wrong position. You do’t give birth standing up.”

    Two weeks
    Early

  7. Too many churches and pastors have lost heart, gone into survival mode instead of attack mode, and have lost touch with the Holy Spirit. Without Him, there is no power or inspiration for conflict.
Demons roost in the rafters of many church facilities undisturbed. God pour out your Spirit once again. Let Holy Fire rescue cold places and church members. God bless, Mario. Thanks for stirring the slumbering coals. Some will re-ignite in time.

  8. HALLELUJAH!!!!!  THANK God for you bringing forth the TRUTH,  keep it up , Mario. The faithful church is listening.  Desperately looking for a church that lets  Holy Spirit have His way.  Where is the preaching and teaching on repentance,  right living, the Blood, intercession, the second coming of Jesus…. I can go on and on.  Many have left the organozed church..how sad.Thank you Mario,Nancy Larson Phoenix,  AZIF YOU ARE AWARE OF A GOOD CHURCH IN THE PHOENIX AREA PLEASE TELL ME

  9. Amen brother…. God will use those who yield to him…. President Trump is a man God has chosen to use…. God has given him wisdom, and he backed, supported by God’s people with much prayer….
Thank you for your words of encouragement and truth…. God bless you….

  10. May Mario’s words be heard all over America!
A huge portion of Americans are in bible ignorance as it is outlawed
in our Public Schools and most media, controlled by the most part by the left.
The ONLY voice remaining is the Church!
It is time to proclaim that this is God’s world by right of creation and
Jesus is the source of life and all that is good.
As the old song goes: “Jesus is the answer for the world today…”
He is the Alpha and Omega….PERIOD!
Proclaim God’s word to go forth and be embraced!

  11. I can add nothing but my hearty AMEN and support to all that Mario has spoken….indeed we must PRAY for Mr. Trump. He is in much danger. God’ greatest warriors battle on their knees. LORD bless.

  12. Amen, Amen. Thank you, Pastor Mario. Excellent word. This lines up with Rick Joyner’s new book, The Valley. We are supposed to seek out and destroy evil. Confront it and gain the victory over it. Keep your eyes on the King.

  13. Does a church having the 501C3 tax status hinder pastors from speaking out about our government and political candidates? I’ve read that elsewhere. Allegedly, pastors who do speak out while under 501C3 status jeopardize any government funding or tax exemptions they receive. Is this true? If so, are any Bible following churches and pastors seeking to remedy their mistake?

  14. Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android BRO. MARIO,I THANK GOD FOR YOU AND THE WISDOM AND UNDERSTANDING GOD HAS GIVEN YOU. I AM PRAYING FOR YOUR MINISTRY AND ALL THAT YOU ARE DOING IN CALIFORNIA.  I KNOW THERE ARE MANY PRAYING AND I AM ONE.  KEEP PUTTING OUT THE BLOGS.  YOU ARE SO NEEDED IN THE BODY OF CHRIST.  I AM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THE LOCAL CHURCH.  IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND A CHURCH THAT PREACHES THE BAPTISM IN THE HOLY SPIRIT, THAT PREACHES ON THE BLOOD, THAT PREACHES REPENTANCE, THAT HAS A STRONG PRAYER MINISTRY, THAT BELIEVES IN DELIVERANCE FOR THEIR PEOPLE……  FOR FOR THAT MATTER—WHERE IS THE CROSS????  THE WORST THING TO HAPPEN TO THE CHURCH IS    “THE PURPOSE DRIVEN CHURCH” AND PRACTICALLY THE WHOLE THE WHOLE BODY FELL FOR IT.  BLESS YOU,NANCY LARSONPHOENIX, AZ
