THE STORY

Before I get to the story of this photo with former New York Mayor Guiliani, I must tell you why Mechelle and I are in Washington D.C. We are doing a conference with Lance Wallnau. We know this is God because we are phasing out participating in conferences.

I had a revelation and personal revolution in the Billy Graham Library in Charlotte, N.C. The entire library was deeply moving and convicting to me, but one thing was emblazoned in my Spirit. It was the short video of Billy Graham at 92 years of age talking with Greta Van Susteren.  She asked him what he would have done differently.

He answered that he wouldn’t have traveled as much. Greta said, “Why? Look at all the people you have helped by travelling.” He responded by saying that he would have done just as many crusades, but fewer conferences. He felt that the travel was unnecessary and often distracting from family and soul winning. He added that he would have prayed and studied more, and spent time getting to know Jesus better.

There are no words to describe the revolution in my soul. I knew immediately that I had to make changes. Events had to either be about winning souls or directly relate to soul winning. The ones that I had to take a pass on are worthy events that deserve support, but I simply must follow my heart. That was why the Extreme Dream Conference in Washington D. C. stayed on my schedule. This event is explosive in its potential to see not only souls saved on a mass scale, but it can also lead to moral reformation.

The instruction that Lance dispensed to us was urgent. What little contribution I made to them was not nearly as powerful as what we received.

I am returning to Reno, transformed, and I know our efforts will be impacted by our time with Sid Roth on It’s Supernatural, with Lance Wallnau, as well as Larry Sparks of Destiny Image.

As to the picture with Rudi Guiliani—the former Mayor is a big hero of mine. Mechelle and I were sitting having lunch in the Trump Hotel when we noticed Mayor Guiliani seated a few tables away. I couldn’t help it, I wanted to meet him. So we got up and went over to his table, but were gently rebuffed by his bodyguard. I was so disappointed.

As we returned to our seats, this thought hit me, “You can’t force things. Let God bring them to you.” This had little to do with Rudi. It had to do with some very big things coming to this ministry. I never gave this another thought all day.

We had a powerful day and late that night we decided to get a bite in the lobby. Out of nowhere Rudi Guiliani charges up to me and gives me a big hug! I know, right!

No one who saw this could explain it. My wife frantically took these pictures.

There is a message in here for all of us. God is going to bring favor and many breakthroughs. We must walk in faith and obedience, even when we see no results. God will make it happen for all who refuse to give up or back down.

Again, this encounter with Rudi was not about him—and not about me. It was a wink from God. It was a confirmation that His favor, and a way of letting us know that there are going to be many miracles in the upcoming meetings in California!

WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM?

A MANIFESTO FOR MY BLOG. Some have told me that when they see my posts that rebuke and warn, they wonder, “Mario, what is your problem?”  I do have a problem, but it is not what they think.  I am not negative, nor am I fearful.   I have not given up or given in.  None of those things are my problem.  My problem is of a different nature.

My problem is that I serve a God Who is limitless in power and wisdom, and His excellence infuses me with zeal to declare that we can be better, and we can do better, as a church and as a nation.

I see no place for compromise.  There is no reason to accept the slavery of the God-haters.  We are not supposed to sit down and shut up.   A weaker church with a smaller voice is not the new normal—it is blasphemy.

I believe Satan doesn’t stand a chance.  An amoeba would have a better chance of surviving on the surface of the sun than Satan has of surviving against God.  I believe that prayer and worship kills the devil’s lies.  I oppose any decision, by any leader, that is based on fear or unbelief.

Back in the day, we didn’t scare as easily.  Formerly, pastors didn’t have to seduce people into serving God.  We didn’t back down and we didn’t let ourselves starve on the table scraps of watered-down preaching.

I miss the days when the church was not the court jester to America, but was the conscience of the nation.  The church was a firewall against intellectual dishonesty, injustice, and depravity.  I miss those days.

But I am not railing because I am afraid those days are gone forever—it’s just the opposite.  I see no reason why we can’t have them back.  My resolve to bring those days back fuels my rebuke of pastors and secular officials alike.

Speaking of rebukes—let me clarify why I rebuke our leaders.  My rebukes are rooted in my conviction that America is a miracle.   We did not make ourselves great.  God made us great.  When you try to “fundamentally change America” and make her pro-late term abortion, pro-Islam, anti-Israel, anti-marriage, and anti-Christ, you are messing with God, and you need to know it.  You need to be rebuked.

When I rebuke our elected officials, I am not abandoning my call to the Gospel, I am preaching the true Gospel.   Look at Acts 3:14-15: “But you denied the Holy and Just One, and asked for a murderer to be granted to you, and killed the Prince of Life, Whom God raised from the dead, of which we are witnesses.”

Peter unleashes a stinging charge that includes rebellion, because they denied the Holy One; perversion, because they chose Barabbas; and murder because they killed Christ when He was innocent.  Peter did all of this in the middle of a soul-winning sermon!

Don’t tell me, “Well, that was different.”  How can it be different?  Peter was giving the public and their leaders a tongue lashing for committing state sponsored murder, for engaging in tyranny, and for lying about it.  There is no difference.

But there is a big difference between Peter and many American preachers.  He did not worry that he would look hateful or unloving by leveling these charges.   He was not preaching to ‘make nice’—he was preaching to make disciples.   That is the ultimate love.

Peter also knew that the fate of Israel hung in the balance.  He was calling his nation back from disaster.  That is the same duty of every vessel of God in America: To call America back from disaster.

So let me ask you a question: What do you preach when you see history repeating itself?  No nation has ever done what we are doing right now that did not end in either a dictatorship or a totalitarian state.  Should I be silent?

Can you deny that Islamists are murdering Christians?  Can you deny that Democrats don’t care?  Do you see the Deep State cancelling our freedoms illegally?  Do you deny that our Constitution is being trampled upon?

The accusations of anger and extremism aimed at my writings begin to evaporate when you answer those questions honestly.   If anything, I am being too tame in confronting this disaster.

So the next time you wonder what is wrong with Mario, remember this:  My writing is driven by equal parts urgency and faith.  I cannot hold back because the fate of this nation hangs in the balance, and I cannot hold back because I know that my God loves America and is mighty to save.

Christians who hate Trump

There are Christians who hate Trump.  Let’s call it for what it is: hate.  It is their hate—which is very strange for those who name the name of Jesus—that dulls their ability to see the inaccuracy of their comments and their myopic views.

One sanctimonious ranting Christian said, “There’s nothing Biblical about Trump.”  Actually, there’s nothing Biblical about that statement.  The prophet Daniel served Nebuchadnezzar.  Daniel recognized the role that this pagan king played in God’s unfolding drama.  The church’s ability to work with Trump is totally Biblical.

Now, I must clarify something, lest I incur the wrath of Trump supporters.  I am not calling Trump a pagan king—I’m sure he is much more moral than his enemies realize—I am saying that if Daniel could work with the Nebuchadnezzar how much more can we work with the Donald.

I have tried very hard to figure out what causes believers to hate Trump.  Our side won a long overdue and miraculous victory at the polls, and yet these believers choose to aid and abet the other side.  Is it because their favorite “Christian” didn’t win? Is it a case of sour grapes? They didn’t require any President to be a squeaky clean pastor, until Trump.

Yes, his tweets can be a bit much.  And okay, President Trump is not as smooth as Reagan…but, we don’t need smooth right now.

Here is something else that is really strange, (hypocritical is more like it): why didn’t these guardians of morality speak out against Obama?  Franklin Graham was attacked for questioning Obama’s Christian Faith.  They told him not to judge a brother.  Hold that thought as we explore another question…

How could you not question Obama’s Christianity?  Obama begged the question by dropping the Christian-card whenever it suited him (something Trump never does).   Meanwhile, Barack fought for same sex marriage, late term abortion, gave billions to Iran, and was the most Biblically hostile President in our history.

So why do so many Christian leaders—who said it was wrong to judge Obama—judge Trump?

Trump is not a pastor.  He is a businessman who loves America.  As far as his faith?  I am not qualified to determine his spiritual depth, since I’ve never had the chance to meet the man. But there are many photos of Christian leaders laying hands on the President, praying for him, and he is cooperating.

“He is like Hitler and the church is being fooled,” said another comment.  At this time, those of you who are wearing tinfoil hats, please remove them, and listen.  Hitler never had 98% of the media against him.  Trump has never called for a new constitution.  Hitler never tried to protect Israel.  I could go on and on.

Maybe if Trump had addressed the March for Life.  Maybe if he had chosen an on fire born-again Vice President.  Maybe if he had rescinded executive orders that banned federal funds from Christian organizations.  Maybe if he overruled the Johnson Amendment that banned the free speech of pastors.  Maybe if he had moved the American Embassy to Jerusalem, and shown himself to be a true supporter of Israel.  Maybe if he had put someone on the Supreme Court who helped Christian bakers to exercise their right to freedom of religion.  Maybe then you would support him.  Oh wait…he did all those things…

God has done a miracle and the enemy wants to make short work of the amazing breakthroughs we are witnessing by dividing the church.  Instead of being a religious outlier you should be thanking God, praying for and supporting the President. And voting for righteousness, and against the enemies of freedom.

1 I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all men, 2 for kings and all who are in high office, that we may lead a quiet and tranquil life in all devotion and dedication (to God). 3 This (is) good and acceptable before God our Savior, 4 Who wishes all men to be saved and to come to a full knowledge of (the) Truth. – 1 Timothy 2:1-4

AMERICA LOVED PREACHERS

By Mario Murillo. A funny thing happened when celebrity preachers tried to get America to like them: America ended up hating them.

I am writing this with deep love for, and loyalty to, the local church. There is no desire to take a cheap shot at anyone, or to cause division within the church.  I have to write this, because love does not lie or withhold needed correction.

America has abandoned God, Christian values, as well as Israel, and our nation is racing toward disaster.  Evil festers when good men do nothing.  Denying it will not change it or make it go away.  Its effect on you and those you love will not be stopped by delusional teachings of spiritual entitlement.

So how do we turn the American Church around?  That is the question I posed in a previous post.  Now I continue to answer that burning question by saying this:  in order to turn the church around we must face the fact that America liked us better, back when we told the truth.

Here is an illustration from the Bible.  Jonah ran from his calling. Then God sent a great storm.  The captain of the ship that Jonah boarded in his flight from God had a gut feeling that Someone was angry about something. When they found Jonah asleep, they asked him, “Who are you?”   When he admitted he was a runaway prophet, Jonah 1:10 tells us, “Then the men were exceedingly afraid, and said to him, ‘Why have you done this?’ For the men knew that he fled from the presence of the Lord, because he had told them.”

Americans feel a psychical resentment toward the church.  I say psychical, because it is intuitive and subconscious.  They really cannot explain why they are angry with us. They may claim it is our politics, or falsely accuse us of racism, or even rightly point out our flaws, yet this present dislike of the church stems from something much deeper.  They are asking us, as those men long ago asked Jonah, “Why have you done this?”

When the outside world observes our ‘illustrated-electronic-happy-talks’ they get a gut feeling that we are hiding something.   They also suspect that our nation’s storm, similar to that of Jonah’s time, is partly because preachers are not confronting sin anymore.  As one non-Christian pundit put it, “If there was more hell in the pulpit, there would be less hell in the ghetto.”

At this point in our national disaster, a mega-church is like having a great party going on on the deck of the Titanic—you may be having a great time, but you will not save America from the frigid angry ocean.

Here is the real rub…if numbers matter so much to our mega-churches, then why are we ignoring the most important statistic: overall church attendance in America has fallen dramatically?

They liked us better, when we were not trying to be liked.  There was a day when men of God stood in pulpits as free men.  They were free of any need to be liked or successful.  A. W. Tozer said, “These free men will serve God and mankind from motives too high to be understood by the rank and file of religious retainers who today shuttle in and out of the sanctuary.  They will make no decisions out of fear, take no course out of a desire to please, accept no service for financial considerations, perform no religious act out of mere custom; nor will they allow themselves to be influenced by the love of publicity or the desire for reputation.”

We are impressed by churches that can draw 15,000 people.  But that is nothing compared to back in the day when America liked us better…a whole lot better.

Look at the picture of Billy Graham in the Los Angeles Coliseum in 1963.  120,000 are inside, and another 30,000, could not get in.  On the scoreboard it says “I am the Way the Truth and the Life.  No man comes unto the Father but by Me.” (John 14:6).   Not one person was offered a visitors gift bag filled with CDs.  No one was in the dark about the purpose of the meeting.  Billy stood there and simply told them that they had to come to Christ or be lost for all eternity.

Look at this picture below of Billy preaching in Times Square in New York City.  We cannot even imagine any of this happening today.

When Billy prayed for sermons he focused on hearing what the Holy Spirit wanted him to say.  He wanted a message that God could use, and not words that would dazzle the audience.  When Billy was in the pulpit, he completely died to his private opinions.  He got out of the way, so that the Holy Spirit could work on the audience.

We bought into the lie that if we ‘made nice,’ and took out the scary parts of our message, we would be liked, but we ended up more despised than ever.

“He who rebukes a man will find more favor afterward than he who flatters with the tongue.” (Proverbs 28:23)

Dr. Robert Jeffress, pastor of First Baptist Church Dallas said, “Jesus did confront his culture with truth—and He ended up being crucified because of it.  I believe it’s time for pastors to say, you know, I don’t care about controversy, I don’t care whether I’m going to lose church members, I don’t care about building a big church. I’m going to stand for Truth regardless of what happens.”

They may not like us for telling them the truth, but they will at least hear the Truth!

CALIFORNIA WANTS CHRISTIANS OUT

It is understandable that some Christian leaders in California do not want to face the horrible truth. I have compassion for them, because their situation is tenuous, to say the least.

Many pastors are in denial because the threat they now face in California is the stuff of science fiction. Here’s the unvarnished truth: the current leftist regime in California sees no future for Christianity in the State. They have made it their mission to drive true believers out of what they consider “their” State.

Sadly, the sermons being delivered by these pastors have given their congregations no warning of what they were about to face.  They learned the hard way that their child could be suspended for wearing a Christian t-shirt.  Their job in Silicon Valley could be lost if they witnessed on the job.  Textbooks that taught alternative sexual lifestyles were forced on their children.  The streets grew violent, and the Universities became intolerant.  In short, these churches have prepared their crowds for a fantasy world that does not exist, but did nothing to change the one that exists now.

For years, the evidence of this has been there. Gradually, churches began finding it hard to purchase property. Then it was difficult for Christian clubs to remain on campus. Christians were identified and then fired by Google, Facebook, YouTube and other tech giants. Silicon Valley made it clear that people who held the Christian Faith were outsiders who would either get with the program or be filtered out.

Then came Assembly Bill 2943. It essentially banned the Bible by saying that any book that promised deliverance from any LGBTQ life-style was a fraud and could be prosecuted as fraud. At the last minute it was defeated. Tragically, it was not defeated by the church, but by a much darker agenda. They pulled it, even though they had the votes to enact it into law, because it was just a test. Sure, there was outrage, but not nearly enough to stop AB 2943. They wanted the public to adapt to the idea and to blunt as much of the backlash as possible. They plan to reintroduce this bill soon.

AB 2943 was built on the LGBTQ youth protection bill (S.B. 1172) authored by then-State Sen. Ted Lieu, to prevent state-licensed therapists from practicing “psychological child abuse” on minors under the age of 18. Then- Gov. Jerry Brown signed the bill in Sept. 2012, telling the San Francisco Chronicle: “This bill bans non-scientific ‘therapies’ that have driven young people to depression and suicide. These practices have no basis in science or medicine, and they will now be relegated to the dustbin of quackery.” Lieu’s bill became a national model. 18 states followed, with similar legislation.

Radical political activists and politicians across America watched Assembly Bill 2943 very closely.  This bill is a threshold law—a model for similar laws across America.

But now they have launched a whole new attack against the church. They are blaming the Christians for high suicide rates among the LGBTQ community. You heard right.

Lawmakers in California have passed a resolution that singles out the State of California’s religious communities and forces them to fully support LGBTQ individuals.

In an astonishing bid to have people of faith conform to the agenda of the pervading progressive culture they are pushing, the legislators even blamed religious individuals for many of the issues faced by those in the LGBTQ community today – including suicide, the Federalist reports.

The resolution, which recently passed through the California State Assembly, reads: “The Legislature calls upon all Californians to embrace the individual and social benefits of family and community acceptance” of LGBTQ people. The document unapologetically pins blame on people of faith for being contributors to the sky-rocketing suicide rates among the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community.

“The stigma associated with being LGBTQ often created by groups in society, including therapists and religious groups, has caused disproportionately high rates of suicide, attempted suicide, depression, rejection, and isolation amongst LGBTQ and questioning individuals…”, the bill reads.

So, with this unproven assertion put forward as fact, the California legislature is effectively seeking to force religious people to agree with and support the LGBTQ community, even if they hold strong personal convictions that would draw them away from doing so.

The message is clear: The Left sees no future for Christianity in California, except for a watered-down humanism they find acceptable, which is not Christianity at all.

The millions of believers in California and their pastors must wake up to the fact that the current regime ruling the State wants zero coexistence with the church.  Of course this is a shock.  Yet, ignoring it would be a disaster.

California is well known for the lack of unity among Christian denominations. However, if Christians in California cannot rise in unity to oppose the hatred against our faith that is streaming out of Sacramento, then the church will be driven underground.

We have no choice but to rise up as one voice!

I am holding out for a miracle. That is why I have invested more into winning souls in California this year than any previous year. I am expecting a miracle. Why? Not because I have faith in man, but because I have faith in God and in the power of prayer. Millions are praying.

Dr. Harry Ironside said it best, “It is unthinkable that when tens of thousands of GOD’s beloved people are crying from the depths of earnest hearts, “Revive thy work in the midst of the years,” that GOD does not intend to bring revival and blessing.”

Please join us in prayer, as we believe for an outpouring of the Spirit of God on California!

Breaking news! Mario Murillo is doing a one night city wide miracle service in Hanford CA Sunday September 29th at 6 PM. This night is a continuing outreach to the Central Valley

YOU KNOW WHAT

The Democrat Party has been on the wrong side of almost every issue as it relates to the Bible, ever since they booed at the mention of God at their 2012 Convention.  Now, they have made it official with a resolution to affiliate with atheists, or as they put it, “the irreligious.”

According to the Friendly Atheist, the Democratic National Committee passed the resolution over the weekend, which heralds the “value, ethical soundness, and importance” of non-religious Americans.

A .pdf file of the resolution is hosted at Secular.org (not surprisingly) and can be read here.  It states…

WHEREAS, the religiously unaffiliated demographic has tripled in the last two decades, now representing 25% of the overall American population and 35% of those under the age of 30; and

WHEREAS, religiously unaffiliated (atheist) Americans overwhelmingly share the Democratic Party’s values, with 70% voting for Democrats in 2018, 80% supporting same-sex marriage, and 61% saying immigrants make American society stronger; and

WHEREAS, the religiously unaffiliated demographic represents the largest religious group within the Democratic Party, growing from 19% in 2007 to one in three today; and

WHEREAS, the nonreligious have often been subjected to unfair bias and exclusion in American society, particularly in the areas of politics and policymaking where assumptions of religiosity have long predominated; and

WHEREAS, those most loudly claiming that morals, values, and patriotism must be defined by their particular religious views have used those religious views, with misplaced claims of “religious liberty,” to justify public policy that has threatened the civil rights and liberties of many Americans, including but not limited to the LGBT community, women, and ethnic and religious /nonreligious minorities; and

WHEREAS, the Democratic Party is an inclusive organization that recognizes that morals, values, and patriotism are not unique to any particular religion, and are not necessarily reliant on having a religious worldview at all; and

WHEREAS, nonreligious Americans made up 17% of the electorate in 2018 and have the potential to deliver millions more votes for Democrats in 2020 with targeted outreach to further increase turnout of nonreligious voters; and

 WHEREAS, a record number of openly nonreligious candidates are running for public office;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the DEMOCRATIC  NATIONAL COMMITTEE recognizes:

The value, ethical soundness, and importance of the religiously unaffiliated demographic, a group of Americans who contribute in innumerable ways to the arts, sciences, medicine, business, law, the military, their communities, the success of the Party and prosperity of the Nation; and

That religiously unaffiliated Americans are a group that, as much as any other, advocates for rational public policy based on sound science and universal humanistic values and should be represented, included, and heard by the Party. (end of quote)

Pulpit and Pen.Org said, “At least the DNC can acknowledge that un-religious people overwhelming affiliate with the Democratic Party over the Republican Party. Whether it’s good or bad, it’s nonetheless true.

“One can only imagine the kind of ethical chaos, impending genocide, and human suffering that will be commonplace if the “humanistic ethics” of the Democratic Party were to triumph in every district and precinct in the United States.”

Democrats have officially sided with atheism against your faith. They have transcended politics and moved to open hostility toward your faith. They have already proven they will ban beliefs they disagree with, so you must now make your choices based on a new reality: they will move to strike freedom of religion—specifically, Christianity and Judaism—from the Bill of Rights and from the laws of the land.

Yet, there may be an upside. Pen and Pulpit said, “If the Democratic Party wants to continue to alienate religious Americans—especially in the African American and Hispanic community (which are both far more religious than the white liberals who form the largest Democratic demographic), they can go right ahead.

“We’ll make room for ethnic minorities in the Republican Party, just like we did during the days of abolition.”

One thing is very clear. If you are a Christian, they don’t want your vote, and they are using statistics to show they don’t need your vote. It is all out in the open now. The Left has moved away from the principles upon which this nation was founded. They have moved to the far left, and are embracing the atheism that is espoused by both Socialism and Communism.

Every Bible-Believing Christian must now realize that this next election is not just about Trump, it is about atheism versus faith in God.

Please pray with us for the coming 2020 elections, and pass this article on to every believer you know!

Welcome Back To The War

The Holy Spirit has burned a message into my soul that I cannot contain. I want this message to get into the hands of as many people as possible—people who are on the verge of spiritual shipwreck.  I have never felt as great an urgency to open my heart to you.

Millions have left the church.  Many who were on fire for God, even those who were effective vessels, have fallen and have abandoned their faith in Jesus.  A famous Christian singer announced that he is now an atheist.  Is that shocking? The real shock is that the church is not shocked, because this kind of recanting of faith has now become common.

Millions have left the church.  This is the reality that Christian leaders do not want to talk about.  However, facts do not go away.  And the facts are these: an entire generation has virtually discarded the faith of their parents.

Perhaps you also were among those who were wounded on the battlefield, but did not get up again.  The reasons are as varied as are the people themselves.  It may have been an abusive church.  It may have been an old habit that raged its way back into control.  It may have been a divorce, a false teaching that weakened you, or the gravitational weight of the unbelief and skepticism of this age.

The most common cause is sudden tragedy.  Something horrendous happened that ran you off of your theological map.  You felt that you had no choice but to abandon your faith.  You may be angry with God.  You are not alone.  There are millions in this condition.

Let me be frank, I believe that God is turning your heart back to Him.  And He is also doing this on a massive scale with others.

He has done it before.  Just prior to the fire falling on Mount Carmel, Elijah prayed these words, “Hear me, O Lord, hear me, that this people may know that You are the Lord God, and that You have turned their hearts back to You again.” (1 Kings 18:37)

The Lord is doing this not only because He loves you, but because He wants to spare America.

“And he will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the earth with a curse.” (Malachi 4:6)

You are likely a casualty of the lukewarm American church.  Widespread compromise has left her unprotected.  The active ingredient has been left out of preaching—and that ingredient is surrender.  And that is the reason that the power of God to stand against tragedy and evil has never kicked in.

The voice of the Holy Spirit is intensifying as He calls to those who are the fallen, the wounded, and the forgotten.  His wooing is loving and hopeful, but it never disguises the truth.

And the truth is that, in America, entire churches are backslidden!  And it is not unprecedented.  Look at these verses: 15 “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. 16 So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth. 17 Because you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’—and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked— 18 I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see. 19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent. 20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.” (Revelation 3:15-20)

Okay. So you may have been caught in the cultural crossfire of the compromised church, or the toxic churcheven the false churchbut why should you lose your soul just to get back at false ministers and sick churches?

This is about you and Jesus.  This is about a destiny that God still keeps for you.  There is one thing that Satan does not want you to remember—it is the one thing that can break the chains of lies and heartbreak.

What Satan does not want you to think about is this: if you brush away the cobwebs of church politics, hypocrites, and unexpected tragedy, you will have to admit that the best days of your life were when you walked with God in fervent commitment.  Those were the days of peace and joy.

The best days were the days before anybody and anything came between you and Jesus.  You prayed and sensed that no matter what, everything would come out all right.  Even those things that you still had questions about became unimportant, because of your total trust in the character and faithfulness of God!

You have never, before or since, felt anything like His sweet presence.  Those were the best days, and those days can come again.  Jesus is knocking and wants to have dinner with you alone.  “I will sup with him,” Jesus promised.

I admit I am calling forth a divine desperation to come over you.  I want you to break, I want you to yearn to come back home—to return to your best life, your only life.

There is an army rising up, composed of people that Satan thought he had, but is about to lose on a grand scale.

Won’t you turn back to Jesus, and reclaim your first love? Do your first works over again. Then, He will say to you, “Welcome back to the war!”
