Yes, you’re right. Revival is now impossible

Yes, revival is now impossible.  Everything thing the pessimistic Christians say is true. They are right about our national morals, division and the deadness of the church  but they are forgetting one thing about revival…

Revival struck London through John Wesley when it was impossible.   One out every seven houses in London was a house of prostitution.  More people were attending seances than church.  Nearly 100,000 children lived like animals.  The London times had not mentioned Christmas for decades…not even once.

The Methodist revival under Wesley turned England into the world’s missionary leader.

Revival struck Kentucky when it was unthinkable.  This was the most lawless state in the union.  There was no police.  Every criminal on the run headed for Kentucky.  Murder, rape, and alcoholism were pandemic.  Revival flipped Kentucky so violently that it became the most zealously Christian state in America.

The early twentieth century was a far more skeptical era than today.  The blush of Darwinism and Marxism was so feverish that it was a foregone conclusion that Christianity would go away altogether. Scientists declared the age of reason and solemnly assured us that religion would be gone by the 1920s.

raw bravery

Imagine in that atmosphere, if you were to have said in 1906, “a one eyed black man is going to rent a dingy horse livery on Azusa Street in downtown Los Angeles and start a movement that will engulf nearly 600 million people worldwide.”

The point is that revivals are impossible…and when it looks totally impossible they happen.

You should also know what the church was preaching in those darkest moments before awakenings began.  Pulpits were filled with pessimists who instead of rebuking the despair joined in the chorus.  They declared the day of revival to be over!  Even that did not stop God.

How is it that revival can strike without warning in the most unpromising times and grow in the hardest soil?  The answer is that when darkness is intense we tend look at the wrong indicators.  It’s not that there are no warnings of revival it is simply that we do not know them when we see them because fear is so loud.

Look at today.  Do you see any signs of revival?  Most would say absolutely not.  They would say all of the same things that people have said before every outpouring of God.   The times are too evil.

That is the argument today.  We legalized gay marriage, drugs and we toy with Islam.  Our leaders are loons that are finding the best ways to drive us into extinction.  Churches are closing and 1,000 ministers are leaving the ministry every month.  You know the rest because you have heard a hundred times.

Atheists are boasting that the whole world in general is becoming secular and anti-supernatural.  The facts are just the opposite.  It is a very religious world, far more religious than it was 50 years ago.

Consider these statistics from sociologist Rodney Stark:

— 81 percent claim to belong to an organized religious faith, and most of the rest report engaging in religious activities such as prayer or making offerings to the gods in various “folk religion” temples.

— 74 percent say religion is an important part of their daily lives.

— 50 percent report they have attended a place of worship or religious service in the past seven days.

-In very few nations do as many as five percent claim to be atheists, and only in China, Vietnam, and South Korea do they exceed 20 percent.

-Furthermore, in every nook and cranny left by organized faiths, all manner of unconventional spiritual and mystical practices are booming. There are more occult healers than medical doctors in Russia, 38 percent of the French believe in astrology, 35 percent of the Swiss agree that “some fortune tellers really can foresee the future,” and nearly everyone in Japan is careful to have their new car blessed by a Shinto priest.

IMG_0619

To be sure, little of this is Christian but it is undeniable that the waters of supernatural hunger are being stirred worldwide.

Another sign is the evil of people itself.   For example, Saul of Tarsus was at the peak of his terrorism when he was violently converted. What no one but God knew was the growing desperation inside of this soon to be Paul the Apostle.   Societies are often at their worst right before revival.

What we do not want to do is miss revival when it hits!

Dark times can absorb our faith in the power of God.  Many believers find themselves in a condition that is truly worse than they ever imagined.  Pangs of fear grip men of God who were once lions in the pulpit.  We invent doctrines that fit our disappointment.  We build ministries based on our lowered expectations.

You need a healthy respect for the power of dark times to rob us of faith.  It has happened to the best of us.

500 people saw Jesus Christ ascend into the clouds.  Think about that.  In the face of such absolute proof that Jesus was the Son of God, how could they ever doubt?

As He ascended he told them to wait in Jerusalem for the promise of the Holy Spirit.  Surely they would wait…right?  Astonishingly, only 120 were still waiting in the upper room on the Day of Pentecost.  How is it possible in the face of so great an assurance that they would falter and abandon their posts?

Their world was filled with sudden terror from a wicked king, oppression from religious leaders, and tyranny from the Roman occupiers.  Their daily grind absorbed their zeal for the promises of God.

Do not be like the 380 people who missed one of the greatest moments in history.  Here are two things that you need to confess and say to your spirit so that you will not leave the upper room.

  1. Either it was always true or it was never true. Times do not alter truth. A lack of money does not change God’s word about prosperity.  Sickness does not nullify the fact of God’s healing power.  The evil of men does not overrule the supremacy of Christ.   If God promised you something, these dark times cannot stop their fulfillment.
  2. This will be like one of them. 1 Samuel 17: 4 But David said to Saul, “Your servant used to keep his father’s sheep, and when a lion or a bear came and took a lamb out of the flock, 35 I went out after it and struck it, and delivered the lamb from its mouth; and when it arose against me, I caught it by its beard, and struck and killed it. 36 Your servant has killed both lion and bear; and this uncircumcised Philistine will be like one of them, seeing he has defied the armies of the living God.”

youth revivalIt is easy to say that evil is more intense and sophisticated than ever before.  Neither Saul, nor Israel had ever faced anything like Goliath before.  David said that it did not matter; this new threat would have the same outcome as all of the old threats.

Jesus is telling us to wait for the power that is about to break out no matter what.   Does revival look totally impossible to you?  Don’t worry, they all look that way until they happen.

THE AMERICAN MIRACLE: ARE YOU FINALLY READY?

So what if some think I am crazy?  So what if saying “an American miracle”  makes even some Christian leaders mad? I am asked all the time what it would take…so if you are finally ready—if you are willing to leave the turkeys and fly with the eagles—here is what you do…

If you are finally ready

By Mario Murillo

“I wish you would give us an answer for America.”  I hear that a lot!   Oh the answer is out there alright, but you have to be ready.  Many believe that they are ready but they are not.

To be ready means an unshakable passion for change.  The sorcerer tried to buy from Peter the power to impart the Holy Spirit.  Peter said, “You have neither part nor portion in this matter, for your heart is not right in the sight of God” – Acts 8:21. The daily behavior of millions of Christians and pastors prove they are not ready.

If you are playing games you are not ready.  Seeker churches are playing a marketing game.  They will never be a force for change in our culture; unless of course, someone invents a way to have moral awakening without repentance.

1 blog copy

The hyper-emotional churches are not ready either.  They are also playing games.  Fire tunnels and prophetic conferences can–if not balanced into actual soul-sinning–easily degenerate a version of Dungeons and Dragons.  Those who chase blessings and “words” are worse than unready, they are immobilized.  They are play-acting at revival.

Do lost souls, national sin, and the loss of our constitution deeply matter to you?   If they do not, God will not enroll you to save America.  How could He?  If you shy away from reality and say silly things like, “I don’t want to know what is going on, it is too depressing,” then you have no part in the solution.

Here are the people who are ready: Pastors who want to influence the culture more than they want a big church are ready.  Pastors who are passionate for the gifts of the Holy Spirit, and cannot live without winning the lost, are ready.   Christians, who are clear that America will soon die without revival, are ready. What is the most urgent sign that you are ready?  The answer is an unambiguous conviction to pursue revival even if no one else joins you.  God is not waiting for the church.  He will start without them.   All He needs is one willing vessel.

2 blog

The one willing vessel will unlock awesome power by confessing, “I will do whatever it takes for however long it takes.”  What makes this idea come alive is something called the Stockdale Paradox.  Here is an excerpt from Good to Great written by Jim Collins: The name refers to Admiral Jim Stockdale, who was the highest ranking United States military officer in the “Hanoi

Hilton” prisoner-of-war camp during the height of the Vietnam War. Tortured over 20 times during his eight-year imprisonment from 1965 to 1973,

Stockdale lived out the war without any prisoner’s rights, no set release date, and no certainty as to whether he would even survive to see his family again. “Here I am sitting in my warm and comfortable office, looking out over the beautiful Stanford campus on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. I’m getting depressed reading this, and I know the end of the story! I know that he gets out, reunites with his family, becomes a national hero, and gets to spend the later years of his life studying philosophy on this same beautiful campus.

afternoon. I’m getting depressed reading this, and I know the end of the story! I know that he gets out, reunites with his family, becomes a national hero, and gets to spend the later years of his life studying philosophy on this same beautiful campus.

If it feels depressing for me, how on earth did he deal with it when he was actually there and did not know the end of the story?” “I never lost faith in the end of the story,” he said, when I asked him. “I never doubted not only that I would get out, but also that I would prevail in the end and turn the experience into the defining event of my life, which, in retrospect, I would not trade.”

I didn’t say anything for many minutes, and we continued the slow walk toward the faculty club, Stockdale limping and arc-swinging his stiff leg that had never fully recovered from repeated torture. Finally, after about a hundred meters of silence, I asked, “Who didn’t make it out?” “Oh, that’s easy,” he said. “The optimists.” “The optimists? I don’t understand,” I said, now completely confused, given what he’d said a hundred meters earlier. “The optimists. Oh, they were the ones who said, ‘We’re going to be out by Christmas.’ And Christmas would come, and Christmas would go. Then they’d say, ‘We’re going to be out by Easter.’ And Easter would come, and Easter would go. And then Thanksgiving, and then it would be Christmas again. And they died of a broken heart.”

Another long pause, and more walking. Then he turned to me and said, “This is a very important lesson. You must never confuse faith that you will prevail in the end—which you can never afford to lose—with the discipline to confront the most brutal facts of your current reality, whatever they might be.”Blog 3Why is this Paradox so important to the American church right now?  The answer is the last several years.  These are years that shattered Pollyanna doctrines and fluff faith.  We never dreamed it could get this bad this fast. Our version of optimists has left the church.  They have fallen away because of persecution.

The remnant is ready for untold power if it heeds this lesson: Things are bad, really bad; deal with it.  But never, ever lose faith in the arrival of revival.  Embrace the facts no matter how brutal they seem and at the same time believe with all of your might that everything you are doing to see the power of God released on America will be rewarded. When you pray, God will hear.  When you speak out people will listen.  No matter how unpromising your action feels now, keep going because “there is no restraint with God to save by few or to save by many!”  Hallelujah!

THE WORD OF THE LORD FOR THIS HOUR

Facebook oozes with voices claiming to be prophets or mouthpieces for God.   The internet teems with self-appointed prophets who scream to be heard, bombarding us with “prophetic words.”  Almost all these prophecies shout one of two headlines: AMERICA IS PAST HOPE AND WILL BE DESTROYED.  AMERICA IS FAVORED AND WILL NEVER BE DESTROYED.

So, what is the word of the Lord for this hour?  Now hear the word of the Lord!

To autonomously pronounce judgement is to play God.  Doomsdayers are calling off the attack against evil when God has not.  They are sounding a false retreat.  They are making evangelism futile.  They are helping put souls in hell by discouraging soul-winners.

Don’t lie to yourself.  Don’t make up prophecies of judgement just because you are mad at the church.  Face it!  Your righteous indignation may be nothing more than a personal grudge that your ministry was rejected by the church.

However, the great danger is not an abundance of prophets of doom.  It is the false prophets of grace and entitlement who are most dangerous.

In a wonderful book entitled The American Miracle written by Michael Medved, we see astounding and undeniable examples of God stepping in when America seemed beyond hope.  However, these examples are not proof that judgement won’t come.  To assume this is sheer madness.

I want to use George Washington as an example of something that desperately needs to be said to the American church.  Washington died because of medical malpractice.  Back then doctors believed in bleeding sick patients.  Washington was already weak from his sickness—by taking blood out, the doctors made him weaker and finally killed him.  It was the worst thing they could have done.

Listen church!  Cheap grace is bleeding an already weakened church.   It helps set us up for national destruction.   For Satan, this the perfect theology.   Instead of a life-giving conviction and a robust will to fight—this perversion induces drowsiness and apathy.

Why do you think so any of our pastors are closet alcoholics and addicted to porn?  And what can you expect a poisoned vessel to preach on Sunday morning?

Past miracles don’t guarantee future mercy.  They should awaken urgency, overpowering gratitude, humility, and profound soul searching.  Throwing ourselves off the cliff of morality to prove the power of Grace tempts God and provokes wrath.

God is trying to show us the times and what to do: 1 Chronicles 12: 32 “of the sons of Issachar who understood the times, to know what Israel ought to do.” The entire chapter lists the military talent of each tribe of Israel.  This gift was Issachar’s weapon

Next, “prophets” who say America will be destroyed or who say America cannot be destroyed are dead wrong.  We are neither pardoned nor condemned.  Our fate has not yet been decided.

We are living in a moment of mercy: HOW SOON WE FORGET!  We were spared the horror of Hillary—the finishing touch of Obama’s death spiral—a permanently enslaving national debt—A Supreme Court chaining us to anti-God laws, freedom-killing environmentalism—open borders bringing perpetual Democratic control, crime and terrorism.

Trump’s election was a miracle meant to ignite the church.  His time is Washington will be short, ineffective and we will end up worse off than ever if the church fails to obey God.

Trump has had missteps as president.  This does not mean he was not the right choice.  We dare abandon him so soon!  He needs our prayers.  He needs our support.

Here are the precise verses for this hour:  Ezra 9:  8 “And now for a little while grace has been shown from the Lord our God, to leave us a remnant to escape, and to give us a peg in His holy place, that our God may enlighten our eyes and give us a measure of revival in our bondage. 9 For we were slaves. Yet our God did not forsake us in our bondage; but He extended mercy to us in the sight of the kings of Persia, to revive us, to repair the house of our God, to rebuild its ruins, and to give us a wall in Judah and Jerusalem.”

If, after all the mercy God has demonstrated—in a miraculous election—we fail to repent, rise and take our rightful place in America’s future…we can be destroyed.  Listen again to Ezra:

Ezra 9:13 “And after all that has come upon us for our evil deeds and for our great guilt, since You our God have punished us less than our iniquities deserve, and have given us such deliverance as this, 14 should we again break Your commandments, and join in marriage with the people committing these abominations? Would You not be angry with us until You had consumed us, so that there would be no remnant or survivor?”

Wrath comes when you do not properly respond to mercy:  2 Chronicles 32: 25 “But Hezekiah did not repay according to the favor shown him, for his heart was lifted up; therefore, wrath was looming over him and over Judah and Jerusalem.”

Look again at Ezra’s words: but He extended mercy to us in the sight of the kings of Persia, to revive us, to repair the house of our God, to rebuild its ruins, and to give us a wall in Judah and Jerusalem.”

Trump is a temporary reprieve.  Now we must do our part.  We must act on the mercy we have been shown.  He extended mercy so that we would do three things: Revive, Repair and Rebuild.

Revive: God commands us to seek a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit.  We dare not have church without it!  We dare not utter another word in the pulpit that denies it!  The word of the Lord for this hour is: cry out to God with heart of gratitude for a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

Here is the key promise if we do: 1 Samuel 10: 6 Then the Spirit of the Lord will come upon you, and you will prophesy with them and be turned into another man. 7 And let it be, when these signs come to you, that you do as the occasion demands; for God is with you.

Repair:  The pulpit and our moral compass is broken.  They must be repaired!  Our wiring, plumbing and foundations are damaged.  Abortion and marriage are issues we lost because our leadership was broken.  We abandoned the Bible and did not arm ourselves or the congregation with convictions.

America need Lions who roar from a righteous heart.  Away with secret sin and lukewarm grace.  Prayer will repair.  The voice that shakes hell and frees men and women from bondage is forged only in fervent prayer.  Satan does not respect your stage presence, education or tactics.  He knows a prayless poser.  He only retreats before men and women who have been to Gethsemane.

Rebuild: We must come home to the Glorious Gospel.  We must dismantle all the silly things we have tried to say to this generation.  Forget about rebranding!  We need to rebuild our sermons from the ground up.  Let them be replete with Bible Verses.  Let them talk of the mighty God.  Fill them with content the Holy Spirit can use on lost souls!  The Good News must once again roll off our tongue in the office, on campus and at the mall.

The consequences of cheapening God’s mercy are too terrible to imagine.  The opportunity this miracle has opened is too wonderful to ignore.  That is the word of the Lord for this hour.

LIVING PROOF COMES TO HOUSTON

Right now, people are making their way to Houston by car and plane for an event this Sunday Night. If you ask them why, their answer may surprise you:They are coming to receive a healing miracle.

LIVING PROOF COMES TO HOUSTON

You may have heard of Mario Murillo.  He does not claim to heal but he directs his audience to Christ to be healed.  But there is so much more to this night than that.

Mario calls these nights Living Proof because he insists they should offer proof of the love and power of Jesus.  He does not believe that you should check your brain at the door and be gullible.

Living Proof is not just a night of healing.  It is a night that brings a message that pierces our culture and ignites moral awakening.  Mario will speak directly to your heart about the things you face every day.  He answers—from the Word of God—the questions people ask about these dark days.

You will feel freedom and order.  The atmosphere is neither stuffy nor mindless emotion.  For Mario, it is not enough for people to claim miracles, he believes that those who are healed must go to their doctors and verify their miracle.

The most common reaction to Living Proof is how different it is from what people expected.

Jesus proved that He was the Son of God by doing miracles that no one had ever done.  He said that His works would not stop.  We believe that His power extends to our day and can intervene in our most impossible situations.  Come and see for yourself the amazing love and power of Christ.

Join us this Sunday night at 6: PM at New Life Church. There are plenty of free seats and lots of free parking.  Come early for the best seats.  Bring someone who needs a miracle.  Come expecting your own miracle!

Breaking news from Mario Murillo Ministries

Something we were going to do next year we are going to do now.  We are ahead of schedule on something big.  Let me explain:  I am aflame with the passion to expose the lies that have been heaped on our children for the last 8 years.  What they get on campus—what they get from Hollywood—what they get from social media…numbs the intellect, darkens the heart and devastates the spirit.  Worst of all…it is killing America.

Breaking news from Mario Murillo Ministries

By Mario Murillo

Something we were going to do next year we are going to do now.  We are ahead of schedule on something big.  Let me explain:

I am aflame with the passion to expose the lies that have been heaped on our children for the last 8 years.  What they get on campus—what they get from Hollywood—what they get from social media…numbs the intellect, darkens the heart and devastates the spirit.  Worst of all…it is killing America.

Let me ask you something…what is the best thing we could do for the next generation?  Bevan Jones said, “Never let a generation grow up without that knowledge of Divine things which may contain the germ of national revival in years to come.”

This sums up my passion and my unbroken focus:  To give them Divine things—the proof of Jesus Christ—is what we live and breathe.  Now let me ask you this what is the best way to do this? The answer is rallies.  I know that sounds obvious and self-serving for an evangelist but hear me out.

year-end-1

Trump proved the power of rallies.  Conventional wisdom said Trump would lose the election because he didn’t have a ground game.  They said he was foolish to rely on events that fired people up.  However, those rallies gave people hope.  They were patriotic.  They confronted the issues that face people every day.  They caused people to vote!

We learned from this example that God wanted us to widen and deepen the impact of our rallies.  The rallies are already powerful.  God is spreading His Word through this ministry.  Our rallies are not word alone but mighty demonstrations of His power—irresistible conviction of sin, and baptisms of the Holy Spirit.

Word, music and atmosphere combine in a way that is for this hour and for this generation.   God is making an unmistakable statement.  He is infusing us with power to reach the young as never.

Here is the breaking news: Two irresistible forces have come together to ignite a raging fire of urgency in my soul.  It is these forces that compel me to move up something to next Sunday that we were waiting to do next year.

The first force is the unique power that came into our rally in Bakersfield.  We just had a Living Proof rally in Bakersfield.  A young girl in the back was targeted by the love and power of God.  The Holy Spirit gave me vivid details of her condition.  The oxygen went out of the room as youth beheld the power of God.  It touched off a volley of miracles and a harvest of souls in a way we have never seen.   The pictures you see are from that rally.

new-4-shot

This shocking new dimension of the power of the Holy Spirit convinced me the time was now not next year.

The second force was the urgency of the national mercy we have received.  I know the night is coming where no man can work.  I know if we do not violently take the Kingdom right now, we will doom those who come after us.  This miracle may be only temporary.  I know it is fragile, and comes with grave danger. If we blow this opportunity, something worse will overtake us.  Your children and grandchildren will face an unimaginable horror.

We are in danger because the left—stung by the election—is already plotting to launch a massive retaliation.  Universities, billionaires and tech companies are ramping up their rhetoric, paying agitators to target the church.

year-end-3

The media—though utterly discredited for lying and colluding—is arrogant and delusional.   Soon they will ramp up a new assault on free speech.

But the most dangerous threat is Christian apathy over Trump.  They see him as a savior and a type of King Cyrus.  They see history repeating itself.  But here is the rest of that history.  Cyrus indeed liberated the Jews, but after that he was not much help.  Not only this, the Jews faced violent opposition from outside and complacency and corruption among their own.   It took Israel 80 years to be restored.

I beg you, hear me now!  WE DON’T HAVE 80 YEARS!  This is our last chance.  Trump is only a foot in the door—a stay of execution.  Trump buys the church time to repent and return to her rightful influence on America.

I thought this new impact would begin next year…then Bakersfield happened.  The widening and the deepening has come now!  These two forces have placed an explosive mandate in me: DON’T WAIT DO IT NOW!

So, we will begin in Houston next Sunday December 4th .  I know that this is short notice—so was Azusa Street!  I am asking you—if you live within driving distance of Houston to consider the following challenge:

Join me for a supernatural outpouring if fire and miracles that are designed to bring this generation to Jesus.  Tell youth or anyone else for that matter—they will see proof of the power of Jesus.  Tell your Christian friends and family that they will be in on a Fire-starter meeting that could sweep America.

We are coming to New Life Church in Houston next Sunday December 4th at  10:30 AM and 6 PM.  These are not “normal” days…and there will be nothing “normal” about these services.  They are unapologetic miracle rallies.  See you there! – Mario Murillo

P.S. To all of our friends across the nation…prepare for these rallies to impact your region!

What comes after you receive a prophetic word: HARD WORK.

What comes after you receive a prophetic word: HARD WORK.

By Mario Murillo

Someone prophesies over you.  The audience claps and shouts.  You feel excitement over the divine promise spoken over you.  You feel favor and blessing.  However, this is a dangerous moment.  It is a moment that Satan pounces on every time.

Lucifer uses the excitement of the moment to get your eyes off of the work to be done.  What you have received is only a part of the process. You can feel entitled to your promise and begin to float instead of acting on the promise.

All Words from God carry conditions and instructions.  Daniel understood this discipline:

Daniel 9: 2 “in the first year of his reign I, Daniel, understood by the books the number of the years specified by the word of the Lord through Jeremiah the prophet, that He would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem.  3 Then I set my face toward the Lord God to make request by prayer and supplications, with fasting, sackcloth, and ashes.”

Notice the words in bold face.  First Daniel understood the promise.  Then Daniel reviewed what God had specified.  Finally, he set himself to seek its fulfillment by prayer, fasting and repentance.

Have you noticed that every region of America carries prophecies of revival?  Let’s not be cynical but let’s be frank!  How can all of these prophecies be from God when there is so little revival?

I can’t defend all of these “Words” but they cannot all be wrong.  I know 3 cities that carry amazing predictions. People who do not know each other have spoken in exactly the same words to promise an awakening. Most leaders in these 3 cities totally believe those prophecies…and yet, nothing is happening. How do you explain this?

You explain it by taking a closer look.  Despite the promises churches refuse to work together.  Churches are fixated on survival not revival. There is no corporate repentance.  Each church is waiting for the other church to submit.  They stubbornly believe that revival cannot come anywhere else but their church.  And so it goes.

You have to wonder how these leaders can live with themselves.  How unlike Daniel they are.  They don’t ask “if God said revival is coming what can I do to humble myself?”  What can I do to reach out and facilitate prayer and outreach even if I don’t get the credit or results in my church.”

Here’s another example of prophetic entitlement: Right now we are in an election where leaders are prophesying that Donald Trump will be president.  I have not received a prophetic word about Trump myself.  But that doesn’t mean these prophecies are not true.   What I do know is that Hillary Clinton will be an unqualified disaster.   We cannot let her choose the next Supreme Court.

What I am saying is that many who claim these prophecies are not openly campaigning for Trump or calling the church to rally around him.  They are celebrating it as if it is a done deal.  If they believed the prophecies they have received, they would be doing this.  They would be praying, and donating.  They would be defying the stupid 501C3 restriction against campaigning for a candidate from the pulpit.  They would realize that without hard work it is not going to happen.  This is a rigged election and the warfare is going to require more than a giddy feeling that he is supposed to be president.

Now look at Joshua:  Joshua 1: 5 No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life; as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you nor forsake you. 6 Be strong and of good courage, for to this people you shall divide as an inheritance the land which I swore to their fathers to give them. 7 Only be strong and very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go. 8 This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. 9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

First he gets amazing promises.  Then he gets his work order.  He has to be strong and courageous.  He has to continually absorb the word.  He is told that then and only then will he see the promises.

Your word from the Lord is a precious gift.  It needs to be confirmed by the Bible and wise counsel.  It has to be rehearsed and enforced. You have to make room for it and prepare for its fulfillment.  You have to do the work.

One day Mechelle and I had lunch with Bill and Beni Johnson in Redding. During lunch, Bill pulled out a stack of 3 by 5 cards.  Some of them were new and some were frayed with age.  “I write down every prophetic word that God gives me”, he said, “here they are.”  Bill understands what comes after a prophetic word: HARD WORK!

Mario Murillo’s Warrior’s Workshop comes to Sparks

Christians say, “Greater is He who is me than he that is in the world.” But to most believers this is just a catchphrase not living reality.   What we need is training. Training reduces fear.

The untrained Christian fears American culture.  The trained disciple knows how to answer the culture.  Lack of training is one big reason why the church lost so much ground in the U.S. in just the last 7 ½ years.

I am offering you an experience that goes beyond reducing fear.  Wise generals know that the aim of military training is not just to prepare men for battle, but to make them yearn for it.  In this workshop you will find yourself replacing fear with a yearning to share Christ—yearning to heal the sick, and yearning to live in victory.

You will not just get information but an infusion and an activation by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Give me just 3 hours and you’ll see an immediate difference in your reaction to everything that is going on today.   Become a confident and faith-filled warrior…and best of all the workshop is free.

I can guarantee you a seat in this workshop if you click on the link and instantly register space for you or your group right now.  signature
