500 PRO-ABORTION, GLOBALIST PASTORS CALL BELIEVERS WHO BACK TRUMP FALSE CHRISTIANS

500 ‘Evangelical’ pastors recently wrote a letter that accuses believers who support Trump of not being Christian. They have even invented a new term to describe what they believe to be a threat to the world. They have coined a new title! “Christian Nationalists.“

I want to show you how wrong and misguided this letter is. We will begin with a tired model that anti-Trump “Christians” keep misapplying, likening Trump’s America to Nazi Germany.

These pastors who call themselves evangelical are trying to say that there is a group they have labeled ‘Christian Nationalists’ who are attempting to do with Trump what ‘misguided’ German Christians did with Hitler. And of course, their intention is to make you think of Trump as a kind of Hitler.

In fact, these pastors fancy themselves the new Dietrich Bonhoeffers. But they couldn’t be more unlike that heroic German pastor who opposed Hitler. Indeed, these pastors have it totally backwards. Instead of being men and women of conscience, they are guilty of a profound compromise and deception. The letter they wrote is diametrically opposite of what Bonhoeffer stood for.

For starters, if Trump is like Hitler, he is doing a terrible job. The media is against him. Academia is against him. Social media is against him. Hitler, on the other hand, controlled everything. He suppressed all opposing thought. He created the original cancel culture. So, in those ways, Hitler would be more akin to the Left who seek to destroy all opposition. Link to letter is below.

Where these pastors get it so wrong is in their ignorance of what ‘right wing’ is and what ‘left wing’ is. The fact is, Nazism is leftist, just as Communism is leftist. To call Nazism extreme right, is a fallacy.

Nazism began as socialism. Yes, indeed socialism is the spawn of the far-left regime known as Nazism, aka the National German Socialist Workers’ Party (Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei or NSDAP).

Again, Hitler was not right wing. He was left wing. No conservative can be a Nazi. A true conservative innately abhors Nazism. Conservatism, as implied by its very name, seeks to conserve the values of a nation, and is thus the natural enemy of both Nazism and Communism.

But this is only the beginning of their errors.

They have invented the term “Christian Nationalists.” The 500 pastors characterize this fictional group as being composed of Trump supporters who serve Jesus, but have blurred the line between being American and being Christian. In the view of these 500 pastors, ‘Christian Nationalists’ believe the Constitution and Declaration of Independence are divine documents equal to scripture, and that they are a grave threat to American freedom.

So, I did some checking, and that reminded me of Grape Nuts.

First, let me ask you about Grape Nuts cereal. Have you ever looked in a box of Grape Nuts? There are no grapes and there are no nuts, and in that same way, Christian Nationalists are like Grape Nuts. You can’t find them anywhere, but according to these pastors, they are everywhere. Instead, finding a Christian Nationalist—a Christian who puts the Declaration of Independence on the same level as the Bible—among those who support Trump, is like trying to find lips on a chicken.

The Christian Nationalist narrative is the Evangelical-woke-pastor’s version of the Russian Collusion hoax.

These pastors are telling an out and out lie. More to the point—Christianity Today Magazine is also telling a lie. Christianity Today, to quote them about the riot at the Capitol building: “The responsibility of yesterday’s violence must be in part laid at the feet of those evangelical leaders who ushered in and applauded Trump’s presidency. It can also sadly be laid at the feet of the white American church more broadly.” That is a lie. A pretty big lie.

Let’s unpack the lie: Trump vehemently opposed violence. He even implored the audience on January 6th to protest peacefully. That is why Trump was acquitted a second time.

What makes it an even more heinous lie is the tinge of racism in the lie about the feet of the white church. A larger percentage of black and Latino voters cast their ballots for Trump. Motivated by their pastors, they voted for Trump in greater numbers than for any Republican in history. Why do these WOKE pastors make it a white thing? The answer to that is chilling.

Why do I believe these pastors are not like Bonhoeffer, but more like the pastors that Bonhoeffer rebuked? It is because they are being silent about the true tyranny currently in the White House.

Furthermore, I do not believe that these pastors are behaving like Bonhoeffer. This letter smacks of the opposite of Bonhoeffer. They sound more like the liberal German preachers who attacked Dietrich for pulling the church into politics.

That explains why one of these evangelical leaders also makes a scathing attack on Eric Metaxas who wrote the definitive biography on Bonhoeffer.

One of Bonhoeffer’s biggest accusations against pastors was their silence. Bonhoeffer said of them “Silence in the face of evil is itself evil. Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act. And God will not hold you blameless.”

The 500 pastors who signed the letter are probably howling because I call them pro-abortion and globalists. I will add also that they are racist for continuing the white supremacy narrative. The reason I do is because of their silence—the very silence Bonhoeffer condemned.

Do you hear any of them condemning the Equality Act? The Equality Act puts men in the little girl’s restroom. It is the kind of law that will cause incidents like what happened recently when a man was put in the MMA ring with a woman, and he cracked her skull.

When was the last time any of these 500 men and women condemned the unspeakable evil of abortion from their pulpit? The slaughter of the innocents by doctors is an evil reminiscent of the Nazi ovens and Joseph Mengele.  Hitler’s Final Solution killed about 10 million men, women and children―so far, since 1973, Roe v. Wade has killed over 61 million babies.

Some of these liberal pastors heartily approve of so-called Christian organizations, like Sojourners that have taken money from globalist George Soros.

Because of their blindness about Nazism being right wing, they can ignore the real threat: the total blackout of civil discourse from Democrats. The yawning overreach of the Biden administration. The growing threat to freedom of speech and freedom of religion.

Jesus talked about straining at a gnat, but swallowing a camel, in Matthew 23:24. Here is the gnat they strain at: the mythical threat of ‘Christian Nationalists.’ Here is the camel they are swallowing: the vast tyranny of the Democrat Party and the fact that the church is in the crosshairs.

Here is the clincher that proves they are not at all like Bonhoeffer: Paul D. Miller, a leading proponent of the lie about the mythical ‘Christian Nationalist’ threat, attacks Eric Metaxas—the author of the biography, titled Bonhoeffer. Miller said, “The hardcore ideologues need rebuke; for example, Eric Metaxas and how he has gone hard in the direction of pro-Trump advocacy and Christian nationalism. I disagree with him and I think that he’s harming himself, the nation, and the gospel.”

Two burning questions: Why is Miller attacking the foremost expert on Bonhoeffer? And why did Metaxas, the leading expert on what Germany was like at the time of Hitler, conclude after surveying the current landscape, that Trump is the one to support?

Why have these 500 taken such a hard left turn? And why have they demonized an innocent group of believers? Let me give the answers in order: A desperate pharisaical need for acceptance from academia and a misguided sense of superiority over their brothers and sisters in Christ.

These pastors want to look Woke to the establishment. They do not want to stand out. They yearn for academic acceptance. Matthew 23:5-7 says “But all their works they do to be seen by men. They make their phylacteries broad and enlarge the borders of their garments. They love the best places at feasts, the best seats in the synagogues, greetings in the marketplaces, and to be called by men, ‘Rabbi, Rabbi.’”

Interestingly, this same weakness that kept pastors quiet about Hitler, is keeping these leaders quiet about the evils of Biden.

They do not have a valid argument; they only have a contempt for Christians who support Trump. That contempt is an arrogant sense of superiority. Look at how loaded this question to Miller was in this article in Christianity Today: “Question to Miller: ‘What is the draw of Christian nationalism to the “poor, uneducated, and easy to command” Religious Right, as they’ve been described?’”

Now look at what a former editor of Christianity Today, Mark Calli, said about Trump supporters: “I know hardly anyone, let alone any evangelical Christian who voted for Trump. I describe evangelicals like me as ‘elite’ evangelicals … and this class of evangelicals has discovered that we have family members so different they seem like aliens in our midst. These other evangelicals often haven’t finished college, and if they have jobs (and apparently a lot of them don’t), they are blue-collar jobs or entry-level work. They don’t write books or give speeches; they don’t attend conferences of evangelicals for social justice or evangelicals for immigration reform. They are deeply suspicious of mainstream media. A lot of them voted for Donald Trump.”

These words are chillingly similar to former President Barack Obama’s description of rural voters who “bitterly cling to their guns and Bibles,” and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s characterization of Trump supporters as “deplorables.”

That contempt is also in Miller who is part of the 500 and who believes Trump supporters need to be deprogrammed: “I think the ambassadors are the deceivers and they need to be expelled and rejected,” and, he concludes that we, as Trump supporters, “all need to be deprogrammed.”

The letter from this group of 500 liberals serves a darker purpose: to intimidate Christians into silence. Kylee Zempel in her article entitled, “Stop Smearing Christians As ‘Christian Nationalists’ Just Because They Value Both Faith And Freedom,” said this:

“…stories about so-called Christian nationalism would love nothing more than to shame and bully faithful disciples into sitting down and shutting up. The Capitol riot was a convenient hook for their narrative, but they don’t just believe the people who showed up in Washington that day were religious extremists. They think all Christians are. It isn’t that they don’t want you in Statuary Hall. It’s that they don’t want you on the school board, in journalism, or on campus. They want to chase you out of churches, out of public office, and even out of political conversations.

“As long we remain on this Earth, Christians will be assailed as bigots and nationalists. This evergreen dynamic of Christians being not “of the world,” but striving to be faithful while they’re “in it.”  Don’t confuse true believers who rightly fight for both faith and freedom as Christian nationalists. They’re just Christians.”

Amen!

Bottom line? What is the reason for the hatred of Christians, the Church, and Donald Trump? The Bible says, “Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and of the sea! For the devil has come down unto you, having great wrath, knowing that he has but a short time” (Rev. 12:12)

Make no mistake: the stealing of the 2020 election and the frantic push by the current regime to undo everything Trump put into place is designed to reshape America into a Marxist, atheistic version of Orwell’s 1984 that would be unrecognizable to the founding fathers. It is part of the relentless plan of Satan to destroy this nation, the last bastion of freedom in the world.

THEY CURSED TRUMP WHILE THEY BURNED THE BIBLES

How do you think the Black Lives Matter protesters who were burning Bibles knew that their desecration of the Word of God should be accompanied by ‘f-bombs’ and curses against Donald Trump? What connection is there between the President and the Bible? If the demons that are driving the mindless rioters know the connection, the real question is, ‘Why haven’t millions of Christians figured it out?

The Marxists who control BLM know Donald Trump is a firewall against their scheme to destroy the American Dream and every freedom. Why doesn’t the church believe that? Their hatred and venom are constantly being spewed demonically toward Trump and the church because both entities serve a divine purpose. How embarrassing is it if mindless communists have more discernment and revelation than millions of American Christians?

The screamers around that fire can’t help themselves. Demons typically manifest around hateful campfires. They are screaming, ‘We hate your Bible, we hate your God and we hate the man that God sent to stop us.’

The most important goal for the enemy, is the election of Joe Biden. That is the dream of the powers of darkness. Biden is the quintessential shill to the most wicked heart ever to darken the door of the Oval Office. No one ever hated America more than Barack Obama. No one ever worked harder to dismantle the church and obliterate our national history.

The masked marauders of Portland know that Biden will be a third term of Obama. That searing point was driven home at John Lewis’ funeral where one more time Barack Obama shamed himself. The speech at House Representative John Lewis’ funeral began as a fitting tribute to a true American hero. He recounted not only Lewis’s bravery in fighting racism in his youth, but his political skill in helping to bring about changes to secure the rights of all Americans. Towards the end, however, Obama sank into a rambling diatribe of radical demands. He just can’t help himself.

He shamed himself at a funeral once before. It was at the service for the 5 police officers who were assassinated just for being cops. He ranted about police brutality in front of the widows and children of the slain officers.

A Biden presidency makes both rioters and devils squeal with delight. But once again, the church doesn’t see it—or worse won’t see it. The rioters know exactly why they must elect Biden, yet the church still doesn’t know why they must stop him.

‘Christian Never Trumpers’ (a term that makes as much sense as a glass nail) never tell you about the need to stop Biden. They soothe their guilty consciences with the false claim that “they will vote their conscience.” That conscience—if it even exists—could never co-exist with the puppet-president Biden in the White House.

Common sense wouldn’t let them do it. Reason would stop them dead in their tracks. So, they must, at all costs, deflect and deny the obvious: Voting for anyone but Trump is a vote for Biden. And not voting is voting.

Third grade math tells you there is only one of the two who can be President. You know what each man stands for. Many Christians dodge the question that is the only question: What are you doing with your vote? How are you using your vote to stop evil?

Let us hope that the 30 million evangelical Christians who did not bother to vote in 2016 will wake up before it is too late, and support President Trump as he stands against the barbarians at the gates.

Psalm 94:16 says, Who will rise up for me against the wicked? Who will stand for me against those who practice iniquity?

How shameful would it be to lose America, because devil-driven Marxists understood better than the church what God was trying to do to save them?

P.S. A Special message to all of our friends from Mario Murillo Ministries

Why do we offer you books? It is certainly not to blunt the impact of the message you just read. In fact, these books reinforce the message we are trying to spread. More on that in a moment.  So, why do we offer them to you?
When the pandemic closed our tent crusades, church meetings and rallies, the Holy Spirit commanded Mario to keep our staff on at full salary, and trust Him. He obeyed and God has provided. But another thing the Holy Spirit grants are wise ideas. And we needed one. That is when the War Chest Collection was born.
If you look at the page you will see no advertising. And there never will be. And if you get our newsletter you will see that we have stopped raising money for projects we can’t do right now. But even that was not good enough for us.
In this pandemic we needed something that was truly a win-win situation. We prayed for something that would help the people, and us, that was not a garish fund raiser.
Then, we remembered how John Wesley taught his young preachers to always bring books with them that would help the people. Why not then, at a time when people have time to read, offer them something that will empower them and at the same time keep us strong and ready to go as soon as the door reopens?
We are amazed at the impact of Vessels of Fire and Glory. That book is not just blessing people—it has started a movement! Critical Mass remains required reading in many Christian schools and has never stopped influencing people who pray for revival. Edgewise offers wisdom for living in the last days. Together they provide you with solid, hard-hitting and encouraging truth. Not a bad thing just now.
The War Chest Collection has handed the enemy a double defeat by empowering God’s people and keeping us strong and ready.
Thank you for listening and get your War Chest Collection today. Turn your summer read into equipping, encouragement, and fire! We are all going to come out of this mightier than ever!   -Mario Murillo Ministries

THE CHURCH CAN BE MIGHTY IF

Two dumb ideas used by celebrity preachers as an excuse to remain silent when they should be mustering the army of God to do her duty.   She is losing influence every day because a confused view of her duty.

These ideas are putting the church back into Obama era apathy at the worst possible time.  Think of what is at stake.  The Supreme Court, the economy, national security, and everything we hold dear will be lost.  Everything Trump tried to do will vanish in an instant. The floodgates of immorality will open.

Here are the two bone-headed ideas.  1. All government is from God and we must submit and not mention politics.   2. A candidate must be sinless or we are choosing the lesser of two evils.

And here are the verses abused to justify those two bone-headed ideas:

Romans 13: 1 Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. Therefore whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgment on themselves.  “For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to evil. Do you want to be unafraid of the authority? Do what is good, and you will have praise from the same. 4 For he is God’s minister to you for good. But if you do evil, be afraid; for he does not bear the sword in vain; for he is God’s minister, an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil.”

1. It’s dumb to say stay out of politics and submit to government not matter what:  No sane Christian believes Hitler was God’s will for Germany.  God raised up divine retribution on him through the nations of the world.  God works through people to restrain evil.  The church must do her duty to restrain evil.

“The authorities that exist”: This phrase means authority from God, not rogue authority.  Satan is rogue authority.   God has always balanced the threat of tyranny with authorities He raises up: “God’s minister to execute wrath.”

Moreover, it says “No ruling authority from God is a terror to good works.”  They do not persecute God’s people or enact laws to ban the Gospel.  So what do you call authority that is a terror to good works?

German believers abused these same verses to justify their apathy.  Dietrich Bonhoeffer could not open the eyes of the German church about the horrors of Hitler.  His radio addresses warned Germany.  Ironically, he blamed the fad of cheap grace and their blind submission.  They rejected his warnings and the consequence was the bloodiest world war and 6 million Jews annihilated.

Again, the point is that God works through people to stop evil.  The church’s silence in the face of evil is not noble or virtuous, it is itself evil.

dietrich-bonhoffer

Nations can and do pick evil leaders.  Even Israel picked an evil leader: 1 Samuel 8:6 “But the thing displeased Samuel when they said, “Give us a king to judge us.” So Samuel prayed to the Lord. 7 And the Lord said to Samuel, “Heed the voice of the people in all that they say to you; for they have not rejected you, but they have rejected Me, that I should not reign over them.”   Obama was never God’s choice for America.   We have a mountainous stockpile of wreckage to prove it.

charade

When evil reigns, God begins a complicated process to reestablish justice. Human history is messy.  God works in that mess.  We want story book endings but humanity is complicated.  Jehovah works like a surgeon skillfully cutting around vital organs to get at the cancer.  Jesus spoke of the wheat and tares having to grow together until the end—otherwise the wheat would also be lost.   We have a Biblical mandate to discern and get involved in the work God is doing to save our nation.

Jehovah

2. It’s dumb to waste your vote because you “refuse to pick the lesser of two evils.”  You must discern where God is working and support it.  God uses flawed people: Daniel was probably shocked to discover that God choose to use Nebuchadnezzar.

Daniel

Instead of asking who is without sin, we should be asking where is God working?

Look at what Paul did:  Acts 23:6 “But when Paul perceived that the one part were Sadducees, and the other Pharisees, he cried out in the council, Men and brethren, I am a Pharisee, the son of a Pharisee: of the hope and resurrection of the dead I am called in question. 7 And when he had so said, there arose a dissension between the Pharisees and the Sadducees: and the multitude was divided. 8 For the Sadducees say that there is no resurrection, neither angel, nor spirit: but the Pharisees confess both. 9 And there arose a great cry: and the scribes that were of the Pharisees’ part arose, and strove, saying, We find no evil in this man: but if a spirit or an angel hath spoken to him, let us not fight against God.”

Jesus said that the Sadducees and Pharisees were both evil.  So was Paul choosing the lesser of two evils by siding with the Pharisees?  Or, was he discerning where God could work?   Right now it is Trump He can work with.  But Trump needs a Congress he can work with.  We had better work with God in this next election.

Still don’t know what you must do?  From Nancy Pelosi to Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Democrats have vowed to open borders, seize guns, redistribute wealth, skyrocket taxes, and force the church to “evolve.”  The American church still does not see the danger, and that itself is the danger.

Evil is not hard to spot.  It hates, Israel, Christianity, and Biblical morality, the family, and the unborn.   The Democratic Party wears this badge of hate proudly. What else do you need to know?

These dumb ideas are not scriptural. They will play into the hands of those who would take away our rights and forever change America’s system of government.  It will be impossible to withstand the wave of falsehood and hatred in the next election if we do not repudiate these crippling dumb ideas.

But if we see them for what they are, rebuke them and submit to the Holy Spirit…even a small number can create a mighty transformation.

WILL TWO BONE-HEADED CHURCH IDEAS COST US THE ELECTION IN NOVEMBER?

Two bonehead ideas are still being used by celebrity preachers as an excuse to remain silent when they should be mustering the army of God to do her duty this November.
