STOCKTON REPORT

I am about to relate to you the greatest intervention of God I have ever seen come to a hurting area. I pray to God you get to read this because, my friend, powerful people don’t want you to know what I am about to tell you.

Here are the names of men murdered in Stockton, a short time before we began ministering there:

Larry Ganner, 66, assaulted and killed April 26 in the 2300 block of E. Washington Street. A suspect has been arrested in relation to this case.

Alan Cazares, 23, was shot and killed April 26 in the 400 block of Delhi Avenue. A suspect has been arrested in relation to this case.

Open cases:

Mark Echeverria, 28, shot and killed April 28 near El Dorado Street and Hazelton Avenue.

Ronald Celestine, 34, shot and killed May 1 in the 5100 block of Holiday Drive.

Benny Lott, 34 shot and killed May 4 in the 5100 block of Holiday Drive.

Joshua Moorer, 26, was shot and killed May 18 in the 200 Block of E. Bianchi Road.

Andrew Molinares, 22, was shot and killed May 21 in the 3000 block of Monte Diablo Avenue.

A man was shot and killed May 22 near the intersection of Sierra Nevada Street and Poplar Street. His identity has not been confirmed.

Everett Johnson, 45, was shot and killed May 26 in the 8100 block of Palisades Drive.

Abdul Brown, 16, was shot and killed May 26 in the 600 block of E. Oak Street.

Robert Renteria, 21, was shot and killed May 28 on Northbound Interstate 5, north of the Charter Way exit. California Highway Patrol is in charge of this case.

This list does not include the killings that took place during the days of the tent meetings, because those statistics have not been released yet.  To put it mildly, the situation in Stockton is insane.  Officer Joseph Silva, a Stockton Police Department spokesperson stated: “This area has been hit hard, and we just had a homicide this week. Now we have five people shot. Enough is enough. We need to bring some type of relief to this area and (to) the police. We can’t do this alone.”

Violence is only one factor in the strangulation of this city. The other is homelessness. It has reached critical mass in the city. And they are at a total loss to know what to do about it.

Why do I tell you this? Because there are things you need to know.  First, you need to know we have placed our lives on the line.  Next, you need to see that it was a miracle anyone came out at night to the tent. People fear the violence. The homeless won’t leave their stuff for fear it will be stolen.

Finally, you need to see who the villains are: they are the Utopian Socialists that run this rogue state−and, they are in denial. California cities are disintegrating. I have zero doubt it has to do with their anti-God policies. They have destroyed the concept of family. They have oppressed pastors. They have burned tax money on lunatic projects. They are so far gone that just saying this may get me banned from social media.

No one had ever done a tent crusade in the park at Weber Point. We had to jump through more Government hoops than you can imagine. They charged us a massive amount in fees just to use a grass field.

Now you know what we were facing when we put up the tent and hoped for lost souls, addicts, and gang members to come hear the Gospel and receive divine healing in their bodies.

Because we hadn’t yet purchased lighted “exit” signs, the fire chief made us take the walls of the tent out, which made me angry because I felt this made us even more vulnerable to people in the park who might want to disrupt the meetings.

Opening night was the lowest attendance we’ve ever seen in our tent, but it was far bigger that we had a right to expect.  Satan served notice that he wanted us to leave.  He filled a man with rage who jumped to his feet during the service and began to slander me—calling me and the miracles fake, and telling the people that they should leave.

I was shocked at how the crowd, many of whom were not believers, rejected this outburst. They were hungry for hope. If Jesus was real, they were desperate to know it. Their hunger drew in the anointing. I was astounded at how unfazed the Holy Spirit was in a tent without walls in a dangerous park.

Suddenly, God turned the tables on the enemy−because there were no walls, the people in the park could see and hear everything. Instead of the dark invading the light, the light was piercing the darkness!

There were many miraculous healings. By the Holy Spirit, I asked a young woman to place her hands on her stomach. The Holy Spirit told me that a growth was vanishing. She pressed and pressed, searching for it, but the growth was gone.

What a joy to watch pain from diseases leave the poor who could not afford to languish in emergency wards.  Legs, hearts, lungs and so many afflicted areas of their bodies were healed!

On another night, I asked a mom to place her hand on her daughter’s spine. This was more significant that I could have ever imagined. The young lady had stage-four cancer and the mother blurted out that it had begun in her spine area. Coincidence? Not in a million years!

Every night the front would fill with lost souls repenting and turning their lives over to Jesus. It is awe-inspiring to see souls, totally free of pride, plunging into Christ!

I must give honor where honor is due. We asked worship teams from powerful churches to come and lead worship. We also invited spiritual generals from the region. First of all, I want to honor Bishop Steve Perea from Christian Worship Center in Manteca, who came to the tent regularly and did so much to help us. I also want to honor Verna Brown from Soul Harvest Church in Modesto, who was so supportive. Pastor Deborah Berteau from The House Modesto church brought an army of intercessors, without which we could not have done this.

I want to give extra special honor to Frank Saldana from Inner City Action in Stockton knows this city as few do. The efforts of both Frank and his teams are beyond heroic, and they were instrumental in our coming to Weber Point. Last, but not least, I also want to honor Kim Saldana who literally won the war to get us a permit to come to this strategic location.

Before we knew it, the curse over the park was broken, every seat was filled, and every life was getting a full dose of the power and love of Jesus.

I have never seen Satan fight so hard to hold on to people, nor have I ever seen God neutralize so much evil and despair under our tent, and replace it with His righteousness and joy!

Stockton was our Jericho. Stockton was our D-Day. Now it is on to Fresno, where a fresh war awaits us.

And we know that God will give us victory there, too!

ALL ON THE LINE

This is not a figure of speech or a literary device—or an attempt to manipulate a reaction out of you. Today, Mario Murillo Ministries lays it all on the line. That is a stone cold fact.

For the last 12 months, I’ve carried a deep anticipation.  I knew there was a day of reckoning in my future. That day is today.

Months ago, I felt a strong impression to reread the books of Exodus and Joshua. I suspected that reading them would answer a question that has been gnawing at my spirit. That question had to do with the concept of ‘breakthrough.’ When I say breakthrough, please don’t think I mean a breakthrough in my personality, or a relationship, or even a financial challenge. None of those things come close to what I mean.

I knew that history was littered with tales of armies who had won a couple of battles and then lost the war. Thinking you are winning when you have only had victory in skirmishes is a sad proverb of war.

God told Israel to conquer the kings who currently inhabited the Promised Land. Land that had been promised to Israel. Long before Israel got there, these kings heard that the people of God were coming. They knew that the Children of Israel had once been slaves. The inhabitants of the land had heard of the miracles God had performed in Egypt−but remember−these kingdoms were under the control of the kings who were not about to give them up without a fierce fight.

The first victory the Children of Israel had in Canaan could be dismissed as beginner’s luck.  The second one could be considered a fluke. The third was to be so significant that Joshua and the commander’s of the armies of God got involved.

Joshua 5: 13 “And it came to pass, when Joshua was near Jericho, that he lifted his eyes and looked, and behold, a Man stood opposite him with His sword drawn in His hand. And Joshua went to Him and said to Him, “Are You for us or for our adversaries?” 14 So He said, “No, but as Commander of the Army of the Lord I have now come.” And Joshua fell on his face to the earth and worshiped, and said to Him, “What does my Lord say to His servant?” 15 Then the Commander of the Army of the Lord said to Joshua, “Take your sandal off your foot, for the place where you stand is holy.” And Joshua did so.”

What did Jericho represent? A victory that would melt the fighting will of the pagan kings. It meant a launching. The walls fell and with them all doubt that God would take the land.

I knew in advance that we would see victories in our first two Living Proof Tent Crusades. But I also knew they could be explained away. Last year, I knew Stockton was our Jericho. Believe me, there are walls around this city. Trust me, there is demonic power nested here that boggles the mind.

We have openly declared victory over this city. Doing that was an act of courage for all of us. We sent workers into the neighborhoods of Stockton. That is our equivalent of marching around Jericho. Our battle plan for Stockton was not based on human effort. It flies in the face of everything that the world calls ‘marketing.’ It made no sense to march around Jericho. That is no way to fight a battle! But we can sense that the hand of God is here, and He will fight the battle!

There was a day when Joshua and the armies of God stopped marching—took their positions—and then shouted and blew on their horns. Today is our day to do the same.

We have poured tens of thousands of dollars into this. We have shut down virtually every aspect of our ministry for this. Our staff has relocated to Stockton.  We are literally hanging our lives on the promise of God regarding these next 5 days.

We are putting it all on the line today, and all I am asking of you is one thing: PRAY!  Pray fervently. Pray specifically. Pray as you have never prayed for us before. This is our Jericho! Pray for the walls to come down!

P.S. Oh, I know I said ‘one thing’ but I am actually asking for two more. If you live within 50 miles of this tent, please come to see the power of Jesus Christ perform miracles−and bring with you anyone you know who needs a miracle!

THE PRICE

America faces the greatest threat she has ever faced. Now it is you who are the vessels of God who must die to self in order to get out of God’s way and confront this threat head on. Not with words alone but with undeniable signs and wonders so notable as to invoke both unbridled joy and the fear of the Lord. In view of the state of our nation, nothing less will do.

You want to see the lame walk—the blind see—and the deaf hear?  You want your days of powerless ministry to end?  You want to unlock the how and why of the way God grants power to do mighty signs and wonders?  Do you want to know why so many have asked but so few have received the gift of healing and working of miracles?

It is time to peel back misconceptions.  It is time to be brutally honest.   We have been able to create mind-bending technological breakthroughs and we can now do in an instant what previously took decades…but we will never find a shortcut to supernatural power.

I am preparing for miracle rallies in the tent in Stockton, California. I already know God’s fiery passion to work miracles in that tent. I am equally aware of the fervent hope so many have who are bringing loved ones with life-threatening diseases to be healed. It is a lot to take in. The burden of all this drove me to review the truths that have been my best friend in so many past events when I relied on nothing other than the healing power and presence of Jesus.

Read on, and learn the price of God’s miracle working power.

The Holy Spirit’s work never changes.  His process of taking raw material, such as you and I, to make a living breathing conduit for His power has never changed.  In 2,000 years, the process has not been shortened or compromised one iota.

If you seek glamour and riches, skip this message.  If you are dazzled by the people you have seen being used powerfully to perform miracles, save us both time—do not seek this power—you have no heart for it.

A young man, enthralled by the power he witnessed, ran up to Smith Wigglesworth and begged for the gift.  Smith said, “You don’t want it.  Before God is through with you, you will feel as if a thousand switch-trains have run over you.”

Before God uses you greatly, He will wound you deeply.

You still yearn to be used?  You still want power—real power, and not the fluff of so many hyper-emotional meetings?  Then proceed, with caution.

The reason for our lack of power and miracles is plain—we are just not willing to pay the price.  If you are willing, the Holy Spirit will take you through the process to power.  Here then is the price of God’s miracle working power:

It’s all about self-emptying. Listen to E. M. Bounds: “The preacher must throw himself−with all the abandon of a perfect, self-emptying faith and a self-consuming zeal−into His work for the salvation of men.  The men who take hold of and shape a generation for God must be hearty, heroic, compassionate, and fearless martyrs.”

A.W. Tozer said they would “…serve God and mankind from motives too high to be understood by the rank and file of religious retainers who today shuttle in and out of the sanctuary.  They will make no decisions out of fear, take no course out of a desire to please, accept no service for financial considerations, perform no religious act out of mere custom; nor will they allow themselves to be influenced by the love of publicity or the desire for reputation.”

Oral Roberts despaired of life itself in his hunger to understand miracles.  He was pastoring, without power, when he went to Kansas City to hear William Branham.  That encounter with the supernatural was his line in the sand.  He went into fasting and prayer.  Oral went into the prayer closet and there, he died to himself, completely.

In her desperation to understand the supernatural, Kathryn Kuhlman visited several healing meetings.  She often left disgusted and broken-hearted. Her tears and prayers reached critical mass and she made a holy vow to conduct meetings that were full of power and dignity. And she never looked back. Kathryn traced the moment of her power: she said, “I died.”  From that moment on, there was no Kathryn Kuhlman, only an utterly devoted shell.

Compassion: Oral Roberts, T.L. Osborn, Charles S. Price, and Aimee Semple McPherson all reported being overcome by compassion for the sick. Their level of caring rose to divine heights−they agonized for the lost, the sick, and the dying.

Matthew 14:14: “And when Jesus went out He saw a great multitude; and He was moved with compassion for them, and healed their sick.”  Such compassion cannot be faked.  It emanates from Christ Himself.

Hatred for sickness and evil: Few understand how the anointing is a product of hatred. Hebrews 1:9 says: “You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness; therefore God, Your God, has anointed You with the oil of gladness more than Your companions.”

Alexander Dowie saw miracles happen after a plague struck his church and killed 40 of his members in Sydney, Australia.  An inner rage transformed him until he called out to God with a pure heart, and was rewarded with so much power that it left his entire congregation free of plague.

John G. Lake saw his wife die, and it unlocked a fury against evil that swept the world with healing.

Power always has a purpose. Luke 4:17: “And He was handed the book of the prophet Isaiah. And when He had opened the book, He found the place where it was written: 18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed; 19 to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.”

The most powerful part of those verses is this phrase: “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me because…”  Your “because” ruins you for all other plans, purposes, and goals.  You must surrender to the one thing you are assigned to do.  You must be able to list your purpose, articulate it simply and clearly, and execute it with extreme focus.

Every vessel of God has one life message.  It is an outstanding theme of their life and a distillation of all that the Holy Spirit has ever had them say.  T. L. Osborn’s life reached millions, and his life said something astonishing−and what it said is something that he never compromised or changed.

God is giving you power to do one special work.  You cannot deviate from that divine intention. It will be a true work of God.

Wait. Acts 1:4 “And being assembled together with them, He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the Promise of the Father.”  This is the key! Abraham could not wait, and Ishmael was the result.  King Saul could not wait, and it cost him his kingdom.  Esau could not wait, and it cost him his birthright.

How long will you have to wait?  AS LONG AS IT TAKES.  All the powers of hell will challenge your decision to wait.  Satan has too much to lose if true healing power begins to flow.

It will not come easily. Your flesh will scream for release from your vigil. But, wait for true miracle power.  Do not settle for the life you had before this quest.  Your patience will be rewarded beyond measure.  The Holy Spirit will come in power!

AFTER A BRUTAL ATTACK

After a brutal attack I have won a stunning personal victory against the devil.

Maybe you could sense it in my writings. Yeah, I was under a brutal attack. I was threatened. But anyone who knows me knows that threats just fire me up.

Here are some verses that describe us to a tee: “Now it happened in Iconium that they went together to the synagogue of the Jews, and so spoke that a great multitude both of the Jews and of the Greeks believed. But the unbelieving Jews stirred up the Gentiles and poisoned their minds against the brethren. Therefore they stayed there a long time, speaking boldly in the Lord, Who was bearing witness to the word of His grace, granting signs and wonders to be done by their hands.” –Acts 14:1-3

I will not bore you with the details of the attack. What I will tell you is that when I decided to put up our tent in Stockton, California, it became total war. Satan told me to stay away from Stockton. He told me he would destroy me if I came to Stockton.

Then we got hit from all sides. The devil stirred up everyone he could. He tried to attack my body with a strange weariness that threatened to cloud my mind. He went after our resources. He even tried to bring a vicious division. You name it and he did it.  But why is Stockton such a big deal to the devil? Let me explain.

A victory in our tent in Stockton will have more explosive power than our last three crusades combined. Think about what I just said.  Stockton sits at the top of almost every category for murder, prostitution, and homelessness in America. Often teetering on the edge of bankruptcy, this city can’t even hire police. But I believe this city is a catalyst for something much greater…something that could hit the whole State of California.

But we know the reason we have been attacked so violently. The devil is hiding a secret in California. It is a secret that he guards with unbridled tenacity. That secret is the hunger and openness of the average person in California.

But here is the biggest reason: Stockton is our Jericho. Think about Israel. Their first few battles in the Promised Land were skirmishes. It was at Jericho that God displayed awesome power in bringing down the walls with a shout.  That victory brought fear upon the other Kings in Canaan, and brought divine momentum.

The enemies of God believe we can’t turn the tide in California.  Even so, they have admitted that the tent meetings have, so far, surprised them.  Stockton is going to be a whole different story. They know it− and the devil knows it.

Why is Stockton our Jericho? Stockton is a major gateway in our journey to the southern end of Highway 99.  We call Highway 99 the ‘Corridor of Glory’. Stockton is the first in a string of valley cities that has been brutalized by the one-two punch of drugs and the Leftist wacko policies of California.

Why is Stockton our Jericho? Because a gigantic wall came down. That wall surrounded the Weber Point Event Center.  The Weber Point Event Center is the most visible and prized location for any event in Stockton. To say that the devil didn’t want us to have it is a vast understatement. He fought us tooth and nail.  But we won!

This venue is so vital that just telling leaders about it has energized them for this crusade. But like all things worth getting, it is very expensive. However, you and I both know it is time for radical and bold acts of faith.

After Paradise I had no energy for this next great open door. That is when we stood our ground on the authority of the Cross, the Blood, and the Name of Jesus.  Now, demons have retreated. Now, resources are being restored. Now, we are ready.

If at any time Mario Murillo Ministries has been a blessing to you, please hear my cry. We need you to rally to our cause.

HELP US GET THE WORD OUT! We have spent a vast amount just to get to this point. We have added vital equipment and supplies. Everything is in place, except the one thing we need—WE NEED TO GET THE WORD OUT. I am not talking about Christians. I am talking about getting lost souls.

What could be more heartbreaking? Imagine winning all these victories—breaking through all these barriers, only to falter at the finish line? If we want the homeless, the addicts, and gang members in the tent—and not only them, but students, business leaders, politicians, and the power brokers of Stockton—we must go and get them.

I am not saying we don’t have help—many strong churches are working alongside us. Plus, we have an even greater advantage: Stockton is the headquarters of Frank Saldana and Inner City Outreach. They have favor in the homeless camps and on the streets. They are a major force in this outreach.

WE NEED A PRAYER SURGE! I need intercessors all over America to fervently cry out to God for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit on Stockton, California.  God has already warned me to be ready to see miracles—notable healings in the tent. There is a massive harvest in Stockton! Pray the Lord of the Harvest to send forth workers into this harvest. Pray with an understanding of the Jericho-factor. This could be the fuse to light the explosion of statewide miracles!

Think about it. In just a few weeks, history could be made in California!  Could this be the turning point we have so deeply yearned for and believed would come? Join with us! Now watch this one minute video:

ON THE VERGE

Smith Wigglesworth came to America from Britain in 1914.  What people saw in his meetings defied all human explanation:

“Smith Wigglesworth, often referred to as ‘the Apostle of Faith,’ was one of the pioneers of the Pentecostal revival that occurred a century ago. Without human refinement and education he was able to tap into the infinite resources of God to bring divine grace to multitudes. Thousands came to Christian faith in his meetings, hundreds were healed of serious illnesses and diseases, as supernatural signs followed his ministry.  A deep intimacy with his heavenly Father and an unquestioning faith in God’s Word brought spectacular results and provided an example for all true believers of the Gospel.” (Smith Wigglesworth.com).

Smith was far ahead of his time, and his faithful witness led to the next phase that was needed.

Divine healing had fallen into disrepute.  Meetings were often fraught with emotionalism.  Charlatans whipped audiences into frenzies.  Most healing testimonies were sketchy at best.

Things were also bad outside the church.  America was in the grip of the fear of impending war.  Psychiatry was replacing faith.  A whole generation was racing away from God.   Preachers were at a loss as to what to do about it.

Then in the 1920s, Aimee Semple McPherson came to Los Angeles. Her crusades across America filled the biggest venues. At one point, around 15% of the City of Los Angeles attended the church she built, Angelus Temple.

The smoke of God’s glory appeared in Angelus Temple. Miracles flowed freely. Aimee was not just a faith healer−she was also a worthy opponent to any atheist foolish enough to debate her.

1946: Enter William Branham.  The atmosphere in his meetings is low key.  There is no attempt to manipulate the people.  Branham tells the audience when the angel of the Lord is present—a statement that should sound preposterous, except that astounding things start happening.

Oral Roberts once told me, “There were no hard cases for Branham while he was enveloped by the anointing.”  Growths vanished, lifeless limbs awakened, blind eyes opened.

American historian, David Edwin Harrell Jr. described Branham as:

“An unlikely leader….his preaching was halting and simple beyond belief. But William Branham became a prophet to a generation. A small, meek, middle-aged man with piercing eyes, he held audiences spellbound with tales of constant communication with God and angels. Night after night, before thousands of awed believers, he discerned the diseases of the sick and pronounced them healed.”

Few men have ever been endowed with the raw supernatural power of William Branham.  There, for the entire world to see−and for medical science to test−were signs and wonders that were incontrovertible.

Then in 1947 a young Oral Roberts went to Kansas City to hear Branham.  The experience led him to resign his church in Enid, Oklahoma and obey God’s mandate to “take My healing power to your generation.” More than any healing ministry since Jesus, Oral indeed took God’s healing power to his generation.

He dared to put the miracles of Jesus on prime time television. God used him to found Oral Roberts University which has sent amazing leaders around the world.

Kathryn Kuhlman: When she began to minister she faced an onslaught of criticism for being a divorced woman preacher…God had to do startling miracles to open doors for her ministry.  America got over her past and flocked to her services.  She set attendance records in the largest venues.

The miracles of healing were documented and became the most convincing body of evidence for miracles that the medical community has ever seen.   Renowned surgeons, heart specialists, and medical experts sat in the front rows of her meetings.

However her greatest contribution was her revelation of the Holy Spirit.  She was in Pittsburgh teaching something that was very new and real to her on the person of the Holy Spirit when a woman who was neither called out nor prayed over was instantly healed of terminal stomach cancer.

The disarming simplicity of her message on the Holy Spirit can be misleading.  Sometimes there is nothing more powerful than simplicity.   The church in general at that time, had fallen into a powerless funk in reaction to the “God is dead” movement and the surge of drugs in the youth culture.

The same Holy Spirit that took, as she said, “a nobody” and raised her up to alter the course of history should inspire us to follow her example.

Now we, in 2019, have come to another terrible moment for the Pentecostal and the Charismatic movements in America.  Compromise has hit us from the most unlikely sources.   A pandemic moral and political cowardice paralyzes our pulpits.  The wholesale attack on the constitutionally protected rights of freedom of speech and freedom of religion has met only token resistance from “Spirit-filled” pastors.

Today we have widespread reports of “revivals” that are hugely disappointing.  In our heart of hearts we know they are total hype.  Healings are claimed but not confirmed.

We have witnessed the rise of an entire “revival” industry that hawks imaginary authority. People are reveling in spiritual fantasy worlds, blending astral projection and UFOs with Christianity.

Travelling ministries today sell high-pitch ecstasies that promise towering results over the enemy, but deliver zero impact on the culture.

I have my suspicions.  I wonder if the voices that scream revival the loudest are simply trying to drown out their own unbelief, or if the abuse of GRACE−that has pastors drinking hard liquor after church−is merely defeatism that says, “What’s the use in trying?”

The times are dark, so dark in fact, that they carry a strange hope.  Maybe we are finally, finally willing to shed the stubborn sins that have imprisoned us in religious irrelevancy and deception.

A real hunger for truth is replacing ‘political correctness’.   Donald Trump is a symptom of widespread anger with ‘tolerance’ and ‘political correctness’.   We have become a ‘fed up’ culture.  People agree with President Trump about America, and that is why all of the criticism the media is throwing at him does not stick.

Perhaps we are witnessing the creation of a positive vacuum in Spirit-filled believers and in society.  This is our best opportunity to save America.  This vacuum is causing both Pentecostals and Charismatics to replace empty religion with a real relationship with Jesus, and that is where the key to power lies.

Many believers are angry with politically correct preaching.  The cry now is, “Quit feeding us junk food!”  We want to experience the power of God and are no longer satisfied with just a ‘feel good’ message.  Look around you… the hunger for truth is rising.

A true desperation is replacing our attitude of entitlement.  Americans know that they are in danger of losing their future to our government.  They no longer harbor the fantasy that tells us we’re going to pull out of this just because we are America.

Many Christians realize that they have never known true desperation until now.  They don’t want church to make them feel good anymore, they want church to put them right and make them strong.  They want something real so badly that they will take it straight—not sugar-coated or diluted.

A true spirit of prayer is replacing artificial prayer.   Believers are waking up to the fact that their prayers have been wrong.  Their prayers were filled with agendas.  Pastors prayed as if prayer was a booster rocket for their pet program.   Prayer is returning to the raw, unconditional surrender that it was supposed to be all along.

The real message here is not the arrival of a man, but of an era of explosive miracles.  That is what I am sensing and expecting.   What we have been waiting for will come in an unexpected package—as these 5 vessels did.

Today, the Spirit-filled movement finds itself in the same predicament.  Once again, we are mired by division and emotionalism.   Only this time it is much, much worse. Unless the church prays down the supernatural healing of God, America is on the verge of total collapse, bankruptcy, and moral anarchy. But I feel something stirring that man cannot stop. I believe we are on the verge of the explosion of divine healing miracles. Why?

Because I believe we have finally reached the place of total desperation.   Maybe now we will trade the unreliable for the undeniable.   Let it be, Oh, God.

PLEASE JOIN ME IN STOCKTON AT THE WEBER POINT EVENT CENTER. WE EXPECT GREAT MIRACLES!

Unfolding in California

I walk into the tent in Paradise and it is standing room only.  This is impossible. When the Lord ordered me to do this, I assumed it would be a test of my willingness to preach to an almost empty tent.

This is a vision that had all the promise of a candle in the wind. Here in Paradise, California, you can’t drink the water. The power grid is still sketchy and cell service is limited. It’s a good long walk to the restrooms. But that is just the start. All around are the rubble and wreckage of the fire.  For locals, there is little here but agonizing and terrifying memories. That’s why most of the residents are gone and why they stay away.

Still, God said to do it. And here I am doing it. I am so shocked and thrilled at the turnout that I forget my real challenge: What do I say to this community? They not only lost homes, they lost loved ones. They have heard every trite phrase and pat answer. How do you preach to people who feel as though they have lost everything?

The Holy Spirit is having amazing mercy on me. He gave me fresh insight into these verses:

Isaiah 61: 1“The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, Because the Lord has anointed Me To preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison to those who are bound; 2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, And the day of vengeance of our God; To comfort all who mourn, 3 To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness…”

The explosive worship ends and I stand to begin preaching. The first words out of my mouth are the verses you have read above. What comes next is a step by step declaration of this devastated city coming back stronger than ever. Here are the points:

-Beauty for ashes, means a trade. God is telling you to bring your ashes and trade them for His crowning glory. You can hold onto the sense of loss and devastation or you can trade it for a new day. We have come to Paradise to bring the promise of a new day.

-Don’t say you have lost everything. Stop saying, “I have lost everything.” You can’t say that unless you are confessing that God is not your source.  Philippians 4:19 “And my God shall supply your every need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”

-Let the works of God be displayed. We can torture ourselves searching for reasons why this happened or we can let the works of God be displayed. The disciples wanted to know why a man was born blind.

John 9: 1 says: “Now as Jesus passed by, He saw a man who was blind from birth. 2 And His disciples asked Him, saying, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?” Jesus answered, “Neither this man nor his parents sinned, but that the works of God should be revealed in him. 4 I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day; the night is coming when no one can work. 5 As long as I am in the world, I am the Light of the world.””

Those words, “that the works of God should be revealed in him” are—in my opinion—an inadequate rendering of the true meaning of this text. The King James Version was written when there was a strong, perhaps too strong of an emphasis, on the belief that everything that happened, happened because God caused it. The implication here is that God blinded this man. A better rendering is, “neither he nor his parents sinned, but in order to let the works of God be displayed in him, I must work the works of Him Who sent me. The night comes when no man can work.”

Quit torturing yourself by questioning why something happened, instead, let God display His power because time is of the essence.  That is the message for Paradise, California.  LET THE WORKS OF GOD BE DISPLAYED!

Then the works of God were displayed that night in the tent. There is no time for me to tell you, nor can I find the words to describe the flood of healings and salvation that came in the tent. Something beautiful, powerful and lasting is unfolding in Paradise.  And, as we have seen so often in California, the harvest is great and the laborers are few. And that takes me to point of this blog.

God gave me a dream and I saw Highway 99 turn into a river of salvation and healing. From the day I was ordered to hold meetings that will take our tent from the top to the bottom of this highway, we have collided with the impossible.  There was no money. There was little support from Christian organizations. There was resistance so great that I felt I was in direct contact with hell.

The cycle of this tour is always the same. We find a tent site. We face obstacles that are insurmountable. Then something happens—it always happens. The impenetrable wall crumbles before us. The immovable resistance to the work of God rolls away. The tent goes up. We string the lights, set up the stage. We fire up the generator. Then the people−who everyone tells us will never show up−come in droves.  Then the straightforward message−that no one is supposed to respond to−cuts to the heart of lost souls and they take the Kingdom by force. Now the tent is going south to Stockton.

In Stockton California—possibly the top city for murder and prostitution—we have won the right to use the most visible and prized location: The Weber Point Event Center. This, too, is impossible. Here again, we are facing total resistance. We are back to square one having our faith tested and, yet again, we see the mighty hand of God on our mission.

Some churches do not want us here. But just as soon as we start to feel discouraged about that, other churches jump in and rally to our cause.  Over and over again, we see the Hand of God break through—often at the last minute.

The crowds are growing because people are following us from one tent crusade to the next one. THERE’S AN ARMY RISING UP! We also know the warfare of the next one will be fiercer than the last.

Every demon in hell is committed to stopping the Stockton tent crusade. But, once again, they will fail. Once again, the Holy Spirit will find a way where there is no way.

What is unfolding in California as we journey south on Highway 99, is an act of God that should cause you to rejoice. With every mile we cover, we watch myths and falsehoods die. The most carefully guarded secret of Satan is California’s hunger for God.

Stockton is next! Please−come join us if you can. Each and every night, we are watching God obliterate that lie! Hallelujah!

CHRISTIANS WHO DON’T CARE

Millions now attending churches in America need a stern warning that their freedom to worship God will soon be gone. They need to know that the massive effort underway to make the Bible incompatible with “American values” will be followed by making our beliefs illegal.

Mayor Pete says he is gay and Christian – and anyone who disagrees has a quarrel with God. Chelsea Clinton says that abortion is Christian.  This is a new attack. You must understand, they don’t want to do away with church, they want to divorce Christians from the Bible.

The mayor, Chelsea, those who ban Chick-fil-A, just to name a few, do not admit the Bible is their target.  Not yet. They know that would backfire. But, the current trend will soon make it acceptable.

Before the next election, the Left will be forced to be openly anti-Bible.  Since Trump has made America stronger and more prosperous, they can’t defeat him unless they can create a false narrative about his “ties to Bible believing Christians.”

The Left is in a frenzy and they don’t really know why. They don’t know it, but Satan is using them like puppets. Satan needs to destroy America.   It’s his grand prize.  The need consumes him.  He fantasizes about it.  He pursues the destruction of the U.S. with extreme prejudice and unrelenting patience.

America is a firewall that prevents the one event Satan craves most: Global anarchy.    Internationally, he has fooled Marxists and Radical Islamists into craving chaos. Both of these groups believe civil order must be destroyed and then a new world will magically appear.  But Satan knows anarchy is the only thing that will make the world embrace worldwide dictatorship. The perfect entrée for the Anti-Christ.

However, none of this moves millions of American believers. Let’s call it for what it is…they don’t care if America is destroyed.

However, there is great hope.  God continues to rally a remnant that is ready to let God use them in a way that can literally turn America around. But I can’t tell you more until after I rattle your cage.   Before there can be a great awakening there must be a rude awakening.

The rude awakening is this: you must realize there are Christians who simply do not care if America goes down. They are physically present in church but absent from the Lord. They are unavailable to do His work. They are oblivious to disaster at our door. Here is what they look like.

The preaching they enjoy teaches them to think of themselves first.  To them self-denial is a denial of God’s goodness. They measure their relationship to Christ not by how much they give up but by how much they get to keep.  They are attracted to flattery and convenience.

They believe soul-winning is offensive: Nothing explains the condition of America more than the almost complete abandonment of evangelism. We lost to gay marriage, abortion, and every other moral failure due to the simple fact that we did not win souls.

Since the Word of God is absent from the sermons they hear they actually believe it is a bad thing to share one’s faith with the un-churched. A testament to this is the shock that pastors relate to us in our tent when outsiders come and get born again. They are not just blessed…they are shocked.

Training to win souls is extinct. Organized outreach hardly ever happens.  This is why ministries such as ours find it nearly impossible to motivate churches to win the lost.

What draws crowds in church today is a great indictment. For years now the Christian concert has dominated attendance. Many believe that is a good thing. However, when mass soul winning crusades drew the largest crowds the impact was felt in the nation. Our government feared legislating immorality when holy evangelists filled stadiums.

There is something terribly wrong with a mindset that can feel good about itself over an event that does nothing to reverse the destructive course of America.  Far from success–that is denial.

They don’t want to get involved in politics.  With high-sounding words they excuse themselves from something that no child of God can excuse themselves from any longer. The Left is directly targeting church, the Bible, and freedom of religion.  Late term abortion is pagan ritual human sacrifice.  These wispy believers still believe being nice will make The Left stop trying to destroy us.

They have joined the deluded crowd in rejecting everything Trump does. They refuse to see the disaster they are aiding and abetting.

Do you care what happens to America? Do you believe there is still hope? To you, the true heroes of this hour, I humbly present this plan.

Separate yourself from the crowd that claims Christ but has no desire to save our nation. Being around them can drain your fervor, dull your vision and finally deceive you.  Paul was emphatic about this.  “Having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!” 2 Timothy 3:5

Find that church that has a true presence of God, Bible based preaching, and that wants to win the lost.  Forget about size, prestige or the coffee bar. What you must do is huddle with the emerging army of supernatural power. Trust me they are forming.  Quit being a part of symbolic prayer that asks all the right things but never gets around to deliberate soul-winning.  It offends God to ask for something to happen and then oppose the actual happening.

Prepare for supernatural signs and wonders and intimacy with God on a level we have not imagined.  You are supposed to see signs and wonders. You are not supposed to get proud. You are being watched. The eyes of God seek a core that will give Christ all the glory when wheelchairs are emptied and cancers vanish.

Prepare for a full-on declaration of truth in America. You can have a tongue of fire.  You can seek God and know Him in a way you never thought possible.

When we are in heaven and this hour of darkness is recalled—those who sought escape and comfort—who had no passion to save their nation will bear the greatest shame.  But those who ignored the impossibility, the shame, the ridicule and the lukewarm believers, will shine like the sun.
