We are doing everything that past nations have done right before a dictatorship

By Mario Murillo

My greatest prayer as an evangelist is that God would wake up His core in America.  Nothing is more chilling than to witness  millions ignoring the inevitable lessons of history.

In 1887 Alexander Tyler, a Scottish history professor at the University of Edinburgh , had this to say about the fall of the Athenian Republic some 2,000 years prior:

“A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government. A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover that they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse over loose fiscal policy, (which is) always followed by a dictatorship.”

“The average age of the world’s greatest civilizations from the beginning of history, has been about 200 years. During those 200 years, these nations always progressed through the following sequence:

From bondage to spiritual faith;

From spiritual faith to great courage;

From courage to liberty;

From liberty to abundance;

From abundance to complacency;

From complacency to apathy;

From apathy to dependence;

From dependence back into bondage.”

Professor Joseph Olson of Hamline University School of Law in  St. Paul , Minnesota , points out some interesting facts concerning the 2008 Presidential election:

Number of States won by:            Obama: 19                McCain: 29

Square miles of land won by:       Obama: 580,000        McCain: 2,427,000

Population of counties won by:    Obama: 127 million  McCain: 143 million

Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by: Obama: 13.2 McCain: 2.1

Olson believes the United States is now somewhere between the “complacency and apathy” phase of Professor Tyler’s definition of democracy, with some forty percent of the nation’s population already having reached the “governmental dependency” phase.

Professor Olson adds: “In aggregate, the map of the territory McCain won was mostly the land owned by the taxpaying citizens of the country.

Obama territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in low income tenements and living off various forms of government welfare…”

Now that Obama has granted amnesty to 11 million illegals – and they vote – then we can say goodbye to the USA in fewer than five years.

Our Apathy is demonstrated in our inability to  have natural outrage to Obamacare, Benghazi, IRS scandal, rampant lawlessness and the widespread preoccupation with vileness.

Out of the Ashes a miracle for America

By Mario Murillo

Today is my birthday and today this blog reached 900,000 views.  A happy coincidence!  This blog became my exclusive weapon to oppose the Obama agenda.   I knew from the jump that Obama’s rise was a demonic masterpiece that would deceive millions.

Here is what he said in Lebanon, New Hampshire on January 7, 2008:

“… A LIGHT WILL SHINE THROUGH THAT WINDOW, A BEAM OF LIGHT WILL COME DOWN UPON YOU, YOU WILL EXPERIENCE AN EPIPHANY … AND YOU WILL SUDDENLY REALIZE THAT YOU MUST GO TO THE POLLS AND VOTE FOR OBAMA”

We should have known from the breathtaking arrogance of this statement that he was getting outside help.   Indeed, an angel of light did shine and gave millions a counterfeit realization.  Other than an “epiphany”, what rational reason was there to vote for him?

Then he made this astounding declaration about his super powers: “this was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet began to heal …”

At the time that I began to speak out, many, including close friends thought I was committing ministerial suicide.  A string of pastors told me I could no longer preach in their church and that the IRS was going to get me.   Still others abused a concept of a “culture of honor” to spiritualize their silence in the face of evil.

No one but God knows the price I have paid to obey Him in exposing this agenda to destroy America.  I have faithfully passed on to you everything I felt you need to know in order to fight off this disease on our nation’s soul.

Today, it is clear to all  that our president is an unqualified disaster.  In normal times, he would have been run out of office.  Now many of my fellow ministers are speaking out.  All he is now is a lengthening legacy of lawlessness.

Some assume that I believe America is doomed.  They see the blog as an ending stream of bad news.  Believe me; if I thought we were beyond hope my message would look entirely different!  I would not be sounding an alarm; I would be comforting the remnant.  My continual warnings are rooted in my conviction that a miracle is waiting in the wings.

I believe that our prayers have lifted scales off of America’s eyes about Obama.  I believe that the midterm election is a chance for the church to take back our nation form the polices that Obama put in place.  However, I see a miracle in the wings that is greater than any election.

LAWLESSNESS

Everything inside me tells me that our ministry is poised for a strategic moment.  None of the minions or their ideologies in Washington D.C. is strangers to Mario Murillo Ministries.

We met this Spirit on the Campus at Berkeley.  We collided with astounding hostility against the Gospel of Jesus for a decade.  It was hardcore, intellectual, and well organized.  God called me there to win souls, and see revival, but from every angle it was an utterly impossible task.

How God took our group on campus from a handful to two thousand strong is like a page out of the book of Acts.  But the most important result of my time on campus is only now coming to light.  This is because the intellectual deception that presently drives the White House was invented in Berkeley.   And what this ministry can do now was also invented in Berkeley.  It prevailed then and it will prevail again.

I even chuckled to see the usual suspects from the “revolution” being recruited by Obama.

Here is my great hope for America: God would have spared Sodom and Gomorrah for just twelve righteous people.  America is home to millions upon millions of godly Christians who are working hard, raising children and faithfully paying their taxes and their mortgages.  They did not live above their means.  They did not take any bailout money.  They have not bowed their knee to the gods of abortion or gay marriage.  They are the ones who are locked in prevailing prayer for America!

prayer blog art

Everywhere I go I meet true intercessors and I can see their prayers being answered.  Millions of youth are under God’s influence.  Because it is a great threat to their agenda, the media is not reporting the growing spiritual hunger of our youth.  Vast numbers of them are migrating back to youth groups and churches, and the surprising thing is that they are drawn to on fire churches and not to the hi-tech designer churches.

God is in a miracle working mood.  Never in 47 years of preaching have I heard or seen such dramatic healings in such abundance. A vast blanket of signs and wonders is covering us now and reports are pouring in from everywhere of healing.

It may seem right to buy a cabin in the woods and load it with survival food, but before you do consider what I say.  You will be distracted from the great harvest of souls that is coming.  You would forfeit the greatest intimacy with God you have ever known. You will miss the Grace of God that would have made you strong in impossible situations.  You will miss the great anointing that God will grant to every one of His soldiers in the hour of testing!  You would be sidelined in the church’s finest hour.

 Now I have one last great prayer:  that you gentle reader will not be a traitor to your faith by not voting or by voting for a Democrat who will carry on Obama’s agenda.   Yes, a miracle waits in the wings but also a disaster looms in the shadows.   November 4, 2014 is the day for all Christians to shake off compromise and do the right thing.

 three reasons facebook

3 reasons why you must vote against every democratic candidate that supported Obama

Reason 1:  Obama and his policies is the Ebola virus to American liberty:  For America to survive, Obama’s policies must be utterly repudiated.   Like a killer frost, Obama has damaged everything he has touched.   He meant to hurt us.  His policies are designed to do keep doing damage long after he is gone.

With malice and forethought he shamed us abroad, divided us at home and, as no one before him, cast a shroud over the nation’s future.  The proof that his platform is wholly destructive is this fact: any city or state that has fully implemented his agenda has watched poverty, crime, and addiction skyrocket.

America will simply not survive the train wreck tomfoolery of this administration.  It all has to go.

Reason 2:   When they say they are not like Obama, they are being just like Obama.   When they say they are different than Obama it is another reason to oust them.   When they are lying, denying, deflecting and insulting our intelligence by asking for another chance they are being the quintessential Obama.

No one in the Democratic Party has apologized for their crimes against freedom, morality, and prosperity.  No one rose up and opposed the madness.  This means that they still don’t get it.  You simply cannot vote for anyone who had a hand in this devastation or is a threat to continue the devastation.

obamaaloof

Reason 3:  This is probably your last chance to demonstrate your Christianity in an election:  Liberty is on the ropes.  Government has seized control of almost everything.  Operatives within the Democratic Party want to keep power no matter what they have to do to keep it.   Stop the tyranny now or they will think that they can do anything they want.

It is disgusting that Pastors voted and campaigned for Obama in two elections!  This is your chance to repent and do the right thing for the nation and your congregation.  It is likely your last chance.

For minority Christians that voted for Obama for cell phones, government assistance or to legalize relatives I have a simple question… what will you do when the money is gone, the law is useless and America is worse than the nation they escaped?

For the lukewarm Christian who would rather remain silent I have a question:   If you don’t have the courage to speak out now… how will you find the courage to live under persecution?

Never have the stakes been higher.  Never has the choice been clearer.  Silence is not an option.   Get mad, get informed and get going.  Vote them out.

Black disappointment with Obama threatens Democrats

BY DAVID LIGHTMAN

McClatchy Washington BureauOctober 23, 2014

Akua Scott and Aaron McKinney (left and center), community organizers in South Florida, speak with customers at Jackson’s Soul Food restaurant, a popular gathering place for many living in District 24, about voter turnout, in Overtown, Fla. “We had this idea once we got the first black president all our problems will be solved,” said McKinney on Oct. 9, 2014. PETER W. CROSS — McClatchy

MIAMI — Black voters’ disappointment with President Barack Obama, who they so eagerly embraced for so many years, could be costly on Election Day to Democrats, who badly need a big African-American turnout to win Senate and gubernatorial races in key states.

Instead, many African-Americans see an unemployment rate well above the national average, continuing problems with crime in many neighborhoods, and a president more interested in trying to help other voting blocs that didn’t give him such unwavering support.

He talks about same-sex marriage in a nod to the gay and lesbian community. He discusses immigration and its benefits, an issue particularly important to the Latino community. He fights for equal pay, a vital issue to the women Democrats so avidly court.

The black community, which gave Obama support like no other group, too often doesn’t see the investment paying off.

“People in this community just don’t think anything is going to change,” said Akua Scott, a Miami-based labor organizer.

Instead of obvious improvements in the economy, jobs can be tough to get and despair remains a constant.

“A lot of people don’t understand how government works. They think the president is a savior,” she said.

Obama remains hugely popular among blacks; last month’s McClatchy-Marist poll found 86 percent approved of the job he’s doing. But the disapproval number was 12 percent, double its level just after the 2012 election.

In Miami’s Overtown neighborhood, a historic black community, people don’t necessarily blame the president for making it hard to get a job or stay financially afloat, but they had hoped for more.

“We had this idea that once we got the first black president, all our problems would be solved,” said Aaron McKinney, a Miami community organizer. He walked around the Jackson Soul Food restaurant in Overtown one day recently urging people to vote.

“People are happy to see a black man as president, but people in this environment see no way out,” said Dorrell Brown, a Miami longshoreman. “This is what they’ve believed for a long time, and it’s not changing.”

He and others echoed the views of some leading black scholars and commentators who have criticized Obama for not doing enough for the black community.

“He posed as a progressive and turned out to be counterfeit,” Cornel West, a professor of philosophy and Christian practice at Union Theological Seminary in New York City, told Salon.com in August.

Democrats badly need black voters to turn out in November. Its most endangered Senate incumbents last ran in 2008, the year Obama first won the presidency.

When blacks stay home, Democrats in states with large African-American constituencies often lose. In Florida, former Gov. Charlie Crist, running as a Democrat, needs those voters. Florida’s black voters gave Obama 95 percent of the 2012 presidential vote and made up 13 percent of the electorate.

Two years earlier, in the state’s 2010 gubernatorial election, their share was 11 percent. The drop in turnout hurt. Though blacks gave Democrat Alex Sink 93 percent of their vote, Republican Rick Scott, who’s now running against Crist, won by 1 percentage point.

Black turnout could matter in governors races in Arkansas, Maryland, Michigan, Georgia and South Carolina, and it also could be crucial in swinging a handful of Senate races this year.

In Louisiana, Sen. Mary Landrieu, a Democrat, has a tough road to re-election. She last won six years ago, when the black vote was 29 percent of the total and gave her a 96 percent to 2 percent majority, according to exit polls. That more than offset her 2-to-1 losing ratio among whites.

In North Carolina, another Democrat, Sen. Kay Hagan, is also battling for another term. In 2008, blacks were 19 percent of the vote and Hagan rolled up a 96-1 win while losing the white vote by 18 percentage points. She won that race with 53 percent. Strong black turnout could also be crucial to Democrats in Georgia, Kentucky and Arkansas.

Turnout historically plunges in midterm elections, which lack the glamor of the presidential race. Candidates are not as well-known, and unless there’s a compelling issue that affects a lot of people personally, such as a reeling economy, many see little personal stake in voting.

Democrats have a dilemma. Obama is increasingly unpopular in key states, and promoting him too heavily, let alone bringing him in to campaign, would be a political liability. But not sending him there means the party can’t use an important weapon to motivate its most loyal constituency.

So the Democrats are trying a variety of tactics to stir the vote. Obama’s organizational infrastructure is still regarded as strong, and the Congressional Black Caucus is active in Freedom Sunday, a campaign that began a month ago and centers on African-American church organizations.

Black leaders are also stoking fears that a Republican Senate takeover will make life miserable. Rep. Marcia Fudge, D-Ohio, the Congressional Black Caucus chairwoman, warned that Obama’s impeachment would be high on the agenda if Republicans run Congress. Some conservatives have floated the idea, but it is considered highly unlikely to go anywhere.

Democrats also remind black voters that many Republicans back laws that require voters to show photo IDs at the polls. Many in the black community regard such laws as an effort to suppress their votes, because studies have shown a disproportionate number of minority voters lack government-issued photo IDs.

Republicans say they, too, are unusually active. Lingering economic problems in the black community “create a window of opportunity for us to go into these communities and share our message,” said Orlando Watson, a Republican Party spokesman. Unemployment among blacks was 11 percent last month, well above the 5.9 percent national average.

Republicans for two years have had a three-step process for luring black voters. Party workers in 13 key states first engage the voters, then try to build trust, and finally push them to vote. So far they say they’ve reached out to about 200,000 black voters.

Getting African-Americans to vote for anyone this year is clearly going to be difficult. Louisiana’s black share of the vote plunged from 29 percent in 2008 to 24 percent in 2010, and in Kentucky, it dropped from 11 percent to 6 percent.

Democrats figure they just have to break through with the kind of pointed message Rep. Gregory Meeks, D-N.Y., chairman of the black caucus’ political action committee, offers.

“We have to convince people this is like voting in a presidential election,” he said.

OBAMA BRINGS IN 1,900 PEOPLE FROM ANOTHER EBOLA NATION

Since an outbreak of Ebola hit the Democratic Republic of the Congo in July, the Obama administration has brought into the U.S. at least 1,900 refugees from the disease-stricken nation, WND has learned.

Required medical screening for refugees may not detect all diseases. The mandatory blood and urine tests for all refugees would not detect Ebola.

The strain of Ebola found in the Congo is slightly different from the virus that has been ravaging West Africa. Researchers have concluded the Congolese outbreak is not connected to the epidemic in West Africa.

The U.S. refugee program this year is on pace to resettle 70,000 citizens, including a limit for the fiscal year of 2014 of 14,000 from Africa, with the State Department giving priority to Congolese refugees.

Since July, at least 1,900 Congolese refugees have been resettled within the U.S., according to statistics provided by the State Department.

A report from the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration shows 944 refugees were admitted from the Congo in July; 628 in August and 338 in September, for a total of 1,910 Congolese refugees.

The exact number of arrivals from the Congo for this month are not yet published. However, the total number of October arrivals so far from the region of Africa, according to the State Department, is 934, with most likely coming from the Congo.

The Congo has had its own outbreak of Ebola that started in late-July reportedly after a hunter brought home an infected bush animal carcass. Since then, 49 people have died in the Congo.

The latest confirmed case of Ebola was Oct. 4, leading experts to believe the disease may have been contained there. There is speculation the World Health Organization could declare the Ebola outbreak in the Congo over by the middle of November if no new cases are presented.

Asked for comment on the issue, State Department Spokesman Daniel Langenkamp referred WND to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Langenkamp stated the CDC’s Immigrant, Refugee, and Migrant Health Branch “has the delegated regulatory authority to oversee the quality of overseas medical exams required of immigrants and refugees coming to the United States.”

The CDC has not returned WND’s phone and email inquiries on the subject for the past two days.

WND asked the CDC’s media relations department whether the agency has taken any extra precautions before admitting Congolese refugees after the Ebola outbreak there, including by providing any specific antibody blood tests.

The CDC’s website explains all refugees admitted to the U.S. must undergo a basic medical examination.

The CDC mandates that all incoming refugees be given a complete blood count with a white blood cell differential, platelets count and a general urinalysis. Newborn infants are also given a metabolic screening, according to different state guidelines.
The CDC website documents the purpose of the blood test is usually to determine the existence of Anemia, a common finding in refugees. Those refugees found to be anaemic will be provided with treatment.

Diagnosing Ebola in an person who has been infected for only a few days is usually difficult, with some remaining asymptomatic for a small period of time.

Specific laboratory tests for Ebola-like antibodies can sometimes detect the disease after a few days of symptoms.

If the CDC is relying in part on a patient’s oral medical history to determine the presence of Ebola, there is concern a refugee, eager to arrive in the U.S., could provide an inaccurate health profile. The refugee can also take medication to reduce a fever prior to a physical examination.

Thomas Duncan, the Liberian who became the first Ebola patient diagnosed in the U.S., reportedly lied about his history of contact with Ebola when he filled out an airport questionnaire in Liberia before boarding a Brussels Airlines flight to Brussels and then a transfer flight to Washington and ultimately to Dallas/Fort Worth.

Congolese refugees are not the only Africans arriving to the U.S. from Ebola-plagues nations. Last week, the Daily Signal reported the U.S. was still providing visas from the three West African countries at the heart of the outbreak.

Meanwhile, according to the State Department’s most recent report to Congress on the U.S. resettlement program, refugee arrivals from Africa “are also strong and are on-pace to exceed our regional projection of 12,000 refugees.”

The report documents the U.S. has given priority to Congolese refugees, as the U.S. has joined the United Nations and international resettlement community in an effort to resettle 50,000 Congolese in coming years.
