HERE IS WHAT GOD WANTS US TO DO TO HELP AMY CONEY BARRETT

“Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore, be wise as serpents and harmless as doves” (Matthew 10:16). If ever that verse applied to anyone, it applies to Amy Coney Barrett. To say that we must cover her in prayer is the quintessential understatement.

Amy is being sent into a fiery trial—a crucible of intense scrutiny and verbal assault that few people have ever experienced. We are about to witness the full fury of the Left, empowered by Satan himself, and it will be gruesome.

Democrats save their worst vitriol for nominees to the Supreme Court who are conservative. Their brutality in these instances is legendary. But in this case, they have more to lose than ever before. Sending Barrett to the Supreme Court will remake the structure of the court for decades. But the most important thing on the mind of every leftist is Roe v. Wade.

The Left is convinced that Amy Coney Barrett represents the end of legalized abortion in America. That possibility has the hordes of hell convulsing—and the caldrons of Jezebel overflowing with molten rage. Satan will fight to prevent the end of human sacrifice in America.

Brace yourself. Reason, sanity, and decency are about to fly out the window. You will witness Democrats taking full leave of their senses. The words will be louder and viler than any we have ever witnessed.

Look for terrible cruelty. There will be attacks on her marriage. Her children. Her privacy. Clarence Thomas saw their fury—Brett Kavanaugh felt their wrath—but Amy will be treated to the worst of the worst.

The fake news media will form an armada of slime and slander, and will open a gusher of lies. This will be an Armageddon of disinformation—the nuclear winter of journalism. You have never seen anything like what they will do to this special and honorable woman. And it all begins as of this morning.

Just how crazy are Democrats, anyway? They are unhinged enough to disregard how ugly, hateful, and irrational they look to Americans. They will not even take into account that their insanity might cost them the election.

They already know Republicans have the votes to confirm Barrett. So, their only hope is a campaign of terror so frightening that Amy will withdraw from the nomination process.

Perhaps the best way to understand Amy’s circumstances is to look at Esther in the Bible. Beauty, intelligence and holiness offers itself to the furnace of affliction—she places her life in the very jaws of evil.

Esther 4:13-14, “And Mordecai told them to answer Esther: “Do not think in your heart that you will escape in the king’s palace any more than all the other Jews. For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”

We are, perhaps, overly familiar with those verses calling Esther to her duty. What we overlook are Esther’s words of inestimable courage:

Verse15-16, “Then Esther told them to reply to Mordecai: “Go, gather all the Jews who are present in Shushan, and fast for me; neither eat nor drink for three days, night or day. My maids and I will fast likewise. And so, I will go to the king, which is against the law; and if I perish, I perish!”

Amy Coney Barrett’s decision to enter the Democrat/media/leftist lion’s den is every bit as heart-grindingly courageous as Esther’s decision to face the king. In both instances, it is about ending genocide.

We, our children and our grandchildren, are the beneficiaries of Judge Barrett’s courage. Like Esther, God asked Amy to offer her life for such a time as this. Thank God she said, “Yes.”

Once again, American Christians are faced with a supernatural act of mercy. To me, this one is equal to the election of Donald Trump. And once again, we can make the same mistake of ingratitude toward God that we made with Trump. The passing of Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the beginning of Rosh Hashanah has prophetic implications.

Once again, we can miss the meaning of this moment. This is a moment of prayer and intercession for a chosen one who needs our prayers. She needs the full arsenal of prayer from the Body of Christ.

Is it a coincidence that she was nominated on the National Day of Prayer? Is it an accident that this occurred as tens of thousands of Christians were in Washington D.C. to repent and march for Christ?

As I said, the hurricane of slander begins today. And what will she do then? Amy can’t say it, but her cry is clear to me. She is asking for the same firewall that Esther asked for—fasting and prayer. And yes, Amy, we, the American church, will fast and pray!

P.S. A Special message to those who support Mario Murillo’s message to America

Why do we offer you books? It is certainly not to blunt the impact of the message you just read. In fact, these books reinforce the message we are trying to spread. More on that in a moment.  So, why do we offer them to you?
When the pandemic closed our tent crusades, church meetings and rallies, the Holy Spirit commanded Mario to keep our staff on at full salary, and trust Him. He obeyed and God has provided. But another thing the Holy Spirit grants are wise ideas. And we needed one. That is when the War Chest Collection was born.
If you look at the page you will see no advertising. And there never will be. And if you get our newsletter you will see that we have stopped raising money for projects we can’t do right now. But even that was not good enough for us.
In this pandemic we needed something that was truly a win-win situation. We prayed for something that would help the people, and us, that was not a garish fund raiser.
Then, we remembered how John Wesley taught his young preachers to always bring books with them that would help the people. Why not then, at a time when people have time to read, offer them something that will empower them and at the same time keep us strong and ready to go as soon as the door reopens?
We are amazed at the impact of Vessels of Fire and Glory. That book is not just blessing people—it has started a movement! Critical Mass remains required reading in many Christian schools and has never stopped influencing people who pray for revival. Edgewise offers wisdom for living in the last days. Together they provide you with solid, hard-hitting and encouraging truth. Not a bad thing just now.
The War Chest Collection has handed the enemy a double defeat by empowering God’s people and keeping us strong and ready.
Thank you for listening and get your War Chest Collection today. Turn your summer read into equipping, encouragement, and fire! We are all going to come out of this mightier than ever!   -Mario Murillo Ministries

Netanyahu Delivered Just What Obama Feared

Netanyahu Delivered Just What Obama Feared

Israel’s prime minister delivered a sober reminder of the risks of dealing with Iran—and painted Obama as naive in the process.

Netanyahu was hailed in the House chamber like a conquering hero. The moment felt, well, presidential.

March 3, 2015 Congressional Republicans haven’t had many victories in their lasting conflict with President Obama, but Tuesday brought one. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s somber, provocative speech to Congress checked all the boxes.

It called into question the efficacy of any deal the administration might strike with Iran over its nuclear program; it likely renewed momentum for another round of Iranian sanctions on the Hill; it positioned the GOP politically as the party more worried about Israeli security, and, despite the White House’s best efforts, made the president appear petty and churlish.

Obama, in an interview with Reuters, had dismissed the speech as a “distraction,” and aides made sure everyone knew he would be too busy to watch it. But if the president didn’t cast an eye at a TV, he might have been the only person in Washington not to. And that’s the problem.

For weeks, the White House has worked steadily to write the speech off as a thinly veiled Republican ploy to undermine the delicate negotiations with Iran. But network coverage treated it for what it was: the head of state of a critical ally delivering a controversial address on American soil. That served the interests of both House Speaker John Boehner, who was the impetus behind the speech, and Netanyahu, elevating both of them while key Democrats such as Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, and Sen. Elizabeth Warren stayed offstage.

Netanyahu was hailed in the House chamber like a conquering hero. The moment felt, well, presidential. He smartly rose to the occasion by taking time to thank Obama’s various and sometimes under-publicized efforts on Israel’s behalf. “I will always be grateful to President Obama for that support,” he said.

Then, to little surprise, he quickly reminded Congress and the public at large of Iranian threats to annihilate Israel and kill its citizens. But beyond that, he painted a picture of a global, existential struggle against religious extremism using the kind of loaded language that Obama won’t touch. He said Iran is a regime “hijacked by religious zealots” who are on an ideological mission to wage “jihad.”

Netanyahu suggested that “Western diplomats”—such as Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry, who is driving the talks—are naive and are being charmed and duped by feints toward a nuclear agreement. The Iranian regime will always be “an enemy” of America. “Don’t be fooled,” he said. He said Iran is no different than ISIS, even though Iranian forces are fighting now to free the Iraqi city of Tikrit. “The enemy of your enemy is your enemy,” he said.

In that context, Netanyahu argued that any deal struck by Obama and Kerry would fail to significantly slow Iran’s nuclear program and instead would “guarantee” that Tehran would obtain nuclear weapons. He profoundly disagreed with administration assessments on how soon Iran could build a bomb if it chose to break the compact with the United States and its allies. He was dismissive of Obama’s belief that it isn’t realistic to expect Iran to completely dismantle its program.

The potential deal, Netanyahu said, “does not block Iran’s path to the bomb. It paves Iran’s path to the bomb.”

He called on the West to keep sanctions in place until Iran shifts in tone and behavior. “If Iran wants to be treated like a normal country, let it act like a normal country,” he said. “This is a bad deal. It’s a very bad deal. We’re better off without it.” That prompted an ovation.

In short, Netanyahu accomplished everything Republicans wanted and the White House feared. Polls show that the American public is skeptical of Iran’s motives in striking a deal, and the Israeli prime minister stoked those suspicions. Obama has taken a large—and likely a legacy-defining—risk in advocating for the talks. And Netanyahu reminded the world of just how large a risk it is.

The president’s challenge in that regard just got tougher. And it doesn’t help that he didn’t bother to engage with Netanyahu at all. In the interview with Reuters, Obama clung to the notion that he didn’t want to affect the outcome of Israeli elections in two weeks, even as he suggested that Netanyahu’s judgment with regard to Iran couldn’t be trusted.

Yes, the speech to Congress was, at heart, a propaganda piece, one carefully orchestrated by Obama’s adversaries. But that didn’t make it any less effective. And it was one whose aftereffects this White House could be feeling for a long time.

Obama is terrified because this time the King is the American People

Speech

Obama is terrified because this time the King is the American People

By Mario Murillo

Benjamin Netanyahu’s visit to Congress will take place on the eve of Purim.  Purim is the Jewish celebration of how God used Esther to save the Jews from in annihilation from Persia.   Modern Persia (Iran) once again seeks the annihilation of Israel.  The timing is perfect for this speech.

Netanyahu is a type of Esther because he in a position to intervene before the king and expose the web of lies about Iran’s intentions toward Israel.

Obama is not a type of the King in the story of Esther.  Many would say that Obama is another guy in the story, the one who lobbied to hide the destruction of the Jews and tried to convince the King that such an action would be beneficial to the kingdom.

Obama has softened his tone toward the visit of Netanyahu but he is secretly seething with rage and quaking with fear.   Netanyahu will inadvertently bring to light the incompetence of Obama in a way we have never seen.  He will do this in the most compelling way possible.  He will not do it by bashing Obama but  by simply asking America to save Israel.

This can cause devastating damage to Obama.  It can show America the insanity of our foreign policy.   It can expose the White House’s total bungling toward Israel, Islamic terror and everything else that they are touching in the world.

The timing is even more explosive because we have just learned that Obama threatened to shoot down Israeli pilots if they attack the nuclear bombing making facilities of Iran.

This is not a Republican but a head of state; the leader of Israel who was denied protection from our president and will now make his plea directly to the American people.

It terrifies Obama that he cannot deploy his lap dog media to black out or deflect Netanyahu.  NBC, CBS, ABC cannot activate their routine anti-Obama filter. Obama cannot control the Prime Minister’s words when he stands in the well of the Senate.  This is one of those rare occasions when he cannot edit, redact, or redefine the narrative.  The result can be a be a sudden, stunning drop of confidence in Obama.

The liberal media will ignore the speech altogether and it will be hilarious to hear their excuses.  It won’t work because Fox News will see to it that America hears every last word of this historic speech. America will finally see the White House’s shameful, inexcusable, and horrific bias against Israel and persecuted Christians worldwide.

So who is the King in this sequel to the story of Esther?  This time, the American people are the King.   We have the power to overrule Obama’s agenda toward Israel.  We have the opportunity to repeat the miracle of Purim.   Israel must be allowed to defend itself and the American public must understand that by saving Israel we are ultimately saving ourselves.
