ONLY THIS TIME

An astounding door for moral awakening has blown open in California, but I need your help. Did you know that over a million people now know what God is doing under the roof of our tent?

Thousands are asking what we are going to do next. The answer is, we are coming back. Only this time, we are returning with a vengeance! Here is how we got to this point:

In 2019, we began in raw obedience. When Frank Saldana, Jim Carpenter, and I began this mission we had to trust God for everything. Satan opposed us in ways I have never seen before. We were in direct contact with hell.  Again and again our tent tour seemed doomed. And, again and again, God came through!  And, in such a manner that no one but God received the glory.

We went to Paradise, California when there was virtually nothing left there after the fire. We set up our tent in a city where everyone had fled for their lives. No one can explain, even to this day, how God filled the tent with so many people and how so many were miraculously transformed. Marysville was total warfare.  But it not only turned around, it was so fruitful we had to add extra nights at a baseball stadium. In Stockton, the opposition was even more intense. Yet again, the power of God prevailed.

However, it was not until we got to Dinuba that we saw the true potential for the tent. Then our final crusade in Hanford brought record-breaking crowds, miracles, and salvations.

Do you want to know why Satan fought us so hard?  It is because we discovered there is a vast harvest in California. That is something the enemy, the leftist media, and the God-haters never wanted us to know. Satan overplayed his hand. The people are sick to death of the agenda of the Left that is destroying the economy, brainwashing their children, unleashing crime and addiction, and persecuting Christians.

Every night, we suffered a critical shortage of counselors to pray with young and old who wanted Jesus. The number of healings also overwhelmed us.  Matthew 9:37, Then (Jesus) said to His disciples, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. 38 Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.”

Along with the vast harvest, we saw another result: churches came alive to win souls!

Yes, it’s true, in 2019 we powered through incredible obstacles. We reached thousands. Now we are in a position to reach tens of thousands. And get this: we have already locked-in 5 California cities for mass healing crusades.  They are: Chico, Roseville, Modesto, Fresno, and Bakersfield.

Having sites locked-in this early, gives us a much greater edge than we had last year.  Much of 2019 was consumed battling for permits and last minute expenses.

Only this time, we are coming with a much bigger army.  This time, a battle-tested core will return to lead new recruits. This wonderful battalion of Spirit-filled warriors is waiting for us to replenish them for invasion.

On top of that, we will multiply our outreach to the poor and homeless by holding special daytime rallies in the tent. The homeless won’t come at night, for fear of losing their place and their belongings. We will bring them to the tent for morning outreaches, where they will experience the power and love of God, as well as receiving resources.

And that’s not all. We are purchasing a second tent, just for children. While their parents are getting saved in the main tent, the children will receive special ministry in their own tent.

We missed having many people come to the tent in 2019, because they don’t go to church or watch Christian media.  But this time, we will invest in new social media weapons designed to get their attention. This includes redesigning our website to better serve visitors. We are investing in new equipment that will let us instantly show short live-streams from the tent, plus interviews with those who have been saved and healed.

I am convinced that a harvest, beyond anything we have seen, is waiting. This open door demands a massive investment. We simply don’t know how long this door will stay open—but there is one thing we do know for sure:

Unless a powerful miracle occurs, within one short year the America you have always known and loved will be gone forever. Who is leading the charge on impeachment and every other destructive movement in America?  California.  California’s God-hating elites have the power and the money to wipe out all of our freedoms.

Here are some final facts about California:

  • Right now, those who are the best equipped to win the hearts of young Californians are wealthy leftist politicians, atheists, media moguls, singers, and actors.  They have the biggest stage, the loudest microphones, and the largest bankroll.
  • They all have this in common: They despise Jesus Christ, the Bible, America, Donald Trump, Israel, and you.
  • Those on the Left are pawns of Satan. They want a world without the traditional family or any restraints on abortion, drugs, pornography, or pedophiles. Here’s the unvarnished truth: the current leftist regime now in power in California sees no future for Christianity in that state. They have made it their mission to drive true believers out of what they consider to be “their” state.
  • Their ideology thrives on policies that divide and destroy.  They see chaos as a good thing, because it destroys the old order to make way for the new order.  Prolonged economic depression, brainwashing, riots, and even cop killings are permissible for the “greater good.” That explains the deliberate destruction of California’s prosperity and civil order.

We saw many miracles in 2019, but the dire facts about California and America’s future demand a bold and drastic outreach. That is why I am asking you to sow into a miracle for America by helping us invade California.

No one needs to remind you how angry, perverted and chaotic our nation has become. Whatever we are going to do, we must do it now.

We have the tent, the chairs, the army, and the permits.  Your gift will mean more now than ever: because it will have an immediate impact and will multiply the size of the harvest.  Your love gift will go directly to soul winning.

I have asked you for help before, only this time, I am even more certain that our nation’s future is at stake. Perhaps you meant to give more this year but were not able to. The government allows us to credit any gift you give toward your 2019 taxes, so long as it is postmarked on or before December 31st.

I know you love souls. I know you see what it means to reach California. I also know you have been generous before. However, times have changed and we are facing a threat we never thought we would face. You are the best partners a ministry ever had, and you have always come through.  But it is because we must treat this open door as our last chance, I need you to dig a little deeper.

Thank you for giving toward this California miracle. To give use this link  https://mariomurillo.org/donate/

Thank you, and God bless you, and God bless America!

2020

We kept our promise. We were obedient to the Godly Dream

I spoke one Sunday morning in Stockton, and that afternoon I took a nap before the evening rally. God gave me a dream. He told me that California Highway 99, from Red Bluff to Arvin, would be a raging river of healing and salvation. When I woke up I had no idea I was to have any involvement in fulfilling this prophetic dream. I assumed it was for the audience in Stockton, where I was going to preach that night.

Five years later, Rick Wiles gave us a beautiful new 8,000 square foot tent and 1,000 chairs. We suddenly knew that the dream I had in Stockton was a mandate for us. God had called us to take His miracle power down the full length of Highway 99.

At the same time we were given that tent, without our knowing about it, Frank Saldana and Inner City Action felt led to study how tents are erected, and were learning how to use them in ministry.  God was putting a team together.

At the same time, God was forming a close friendship between our ministry and that of Jim and Kristine Carpenter from The Bridge in Marysville. We knew Marysville would be our first stop on the Highway 99 corridor of Glory.

God made it very clear: no matter how little support you have—no matter how much resistance you face—no matter how impossible it looks, keep moving forward to set up the tent where the Spirit directs you, and don’t stop.

There was a reason God exhorted us in this way. Our journey always looked impossible. There was an amazing amount of resistance. We had to rely on support that came from shockingly unexpected sources. We had to repeatedly pick ourselves up, after many setbacks.

We learned the hard way that a great portion of the Body of Christ is not interested in winning souls—especially not in dangerous locations.

Marysville proved that our calling was truly supernatural. We had to fit our tent onto a parking lot that barely fit our tent. The weather turned cold and wet, and still, crowds came from everywhere. We saw the dream become reality when the river of healing and salvation broke out in Marysville. Thank God we were able to move the tent to a professional baseball stadium.  We closed out that first crusade in constant rain, and then the temperature dropped down to 40 degrees. But, in spite of this, it was packed!

We had no idea where the tent was supposed to go next. All of this was so sudden that we never had the luxury of advanced planning.

Then the Lord told us our next stop was to be Paradise, California. I protested, ‘Paradise is burned to the ground. There is no electricity or water there. Most of all, there are no people there.’  So I placed it back in God’s hands and said that, if we get a call to come to Paradise in the next week, we will go.

Seven days later we received that phone call, and during our time in Paradise we witnessed the power of God to save, to heal, and to bind up the many broken-hearted who had lost loved ones in the fire.

Our next tent crusade was in Stockton and was our most dangerous yet. We were shouted down. The fire department would not let us put on the sides to our tent, leaving us wide open to a park filled with addicts, the homeless, and gangsters. We were literally sitting ducks.  Yet again, we saw God overrule the powers of darkness as the openness worked to our advantage, and He gave us souls and miracles.

When we arrived in Dinuba, we proved the power of God in a way we had not seen in any other crusade. The entire town was aware of the tent sitting on the bare ground where the new Dinuba High School would soon be built. And, it was in Dinuba that we first encountered crowds that overflowed the tent.

The report of healing miracles spread across town, and the stories about how wounded souls were being transformed got out into the community, and it soon became clear that the entire city knew God was at work.

And finally, toward the end of November, the last tent crusade of 2019 took place in Hanford. It was the most powerful on every level. The unity among the pastors there was the best we had seen. The excitement level was greater than anywhere else. The altars were crowded every night with souls seeking Jesus. God did wonderful and undeniable healing miracles.

Thousands upon thousands were reached by Christ in this tour on Highway 99. Local churches have been fired up and equipped to expand and continue the revival.

Paul wrote in Acts 26:19 that he “was not disobedient to the heavenly vision.” And:

WE WERE NOT DISOBEDIENT TO AN IMPOSSIBLE CALLING!

To all who gave so sacrificially to make this tour possible—to all who prayed, worked and battled alongside us—to all who stood with us in the face of unimaginable resistance, both from inside and outside the church—to all of you I give my deepest thanks, and I am praying that God will richly bless all of you!

Now we come to the most astonishing news. Our momentum is carrying us forward into 2020. We are able to announce that we are going to continue down Highway 99 once again in the coming New Year. The Lord has directed us to reach 5 cities in 2020, and these dates are locked in:

March 15th-18th  ̶  The Silver Dollar Fairgrounds, Chico, CA

April 19th-22nd  ̶  Placer County Fairgrounds, Roseville, CA

May 17th-20th  ̶  Modesto, CA (the site is in negotiations and will be confirmed soon).

June 21st-24th  ̶  Fresno Fairgrounds, in Fresno, CA

September 13th-16th  ̶  Bakersfield, CA (the site is in negotiations and will be confirmed soon).

Everything in me is telling me these meetings will be bigger, more powerful and more effective than any tent crusades we have held so far. God is taking us from reaching thousands to reaching tens of thousands. We very strongly desire your prayers. We need your church to back these outreaches. We are praying the Lord of the Harvest to send the needed workers.

And so, dear friends, by the grace and power of the Holy Spirit, and with your continued support, the river rages on!

THEY CAME TO PRAY

They came to pray—that’s the real story.  And it’s a way bigger story than you know.

They came even though no headline worship team or celebrity speaker was advertised. They came to pray. Prayer alone was the attraction. They did not gather to be dazzled by a ‘now word.’ They did not come for exotic manifestations. They did not come to get or give a ritual apology for wrongs done in past history. They came to pray. They came to ask for a miracle in California.

In short, they went against the grain of almost everything commonly used to bring in crowds of Christians in California.

After a short worship time and admonition on prayer, I welcomed leaders to come and pray. They were our next miracle.

They also only came to pray. They did not do this because we promised they could announce their churches or events. They didn’t want to preach or showcase their gifts. They did not do this for attention. They left their egos completely out of this.

They were transformed just walking to the microphone. A spirit of prayer came over them as one after another poured out their heart to God. Each one added more fuel to the fire.

Several confessed later that they felt they were being consumed by a holy fire and a passion for an outpouring from God. Many later said that they would never be the same.

Because I know my wife so well, I can tell with certainty what happened to her. When she grabbed the mike, I saw the anointing jolt her. The prayer and prophecy that exploded out of her was amazing and it rocked the stadium.

Meanwhile, another important miracle was unfolding in the crowd. They didn’t need to be entertained, they were lost in intercession. Between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. they prayed. They were no longer from different denominations or streams. Not one person was behaving in such a way as to draw attention to themselves. It was a holy chorus of prayer.

Everyone felt the urgency for a miracle in California. They fully grasped the fact that we are running out of time.  At the same time they felt an unshakable confidence that our cries were heard, and they knew that something undeniable is going to break forth in California—the state that some said was lost and hopeless.  Just as when Elijah was discouraged and convinced that he was the only one who was left to worship Jehovah, God spoke these words to him, “I have reserved for Myself seven thousand men who have not bowed their knees to Baal.”

As I said before—the big story here is that they came to pray. Sadly, many will not see the importance of this breakthrough. Too much of ‘California Christian Culture’ is incapable of grasping the significance of people just wanting to pray. Too many organizations are enslaved by the programs that keep them afloat.

There is a contamination among too many here that, unless perks are offered, will not show up for an event. We need to find our way back to our first love. We need long and fervent sessions of prayer. There is a remnant that will read this and truly be excited, and who will be aware that this is a big story.

It would be wonderful if this night in Fresno could ignite a desire for thousands of prayer meetings to spring up across America—meetings where they have come to pray—and only to pray.

Don’t look for another Jesus Movement. Look for something better.

The Jesus Movement was glorious. I know, because I was there. I saw the outpouring of the Holy Spirit in many parts of California. I preached at the festivals. I saw thousands saved on campuses, including the radical University of California at Berkeley.

But, I am not looking for another Jesus Movement. I am looking for something better. I believe that those who try to recreate something God did before will always be disappointed.  Here are the reasons why:

God is fiercely original.  Psalm 97:1 says, “Oh, sing to the Lord a new song! Sing to the Lord, all the earth.” Have you noticed how every revival has its own unique sound?  One of the very first byproducts of a revival is a new song.

Our God is a creator of infinite variety, a creator who never stops creating. He wants originality. He never runs out of surprises. Did you ever notice that every miracle in the Bible is unique? That is why Satan can never fully prepare for the approach of revival.   Even after the devil has checked all the doors, tried all the windows, and scanned every horizon, he is still going to be caught completely unprepared when it strikes.

We should thank God for past awakenings, but we must also understand that the next outpouring will look like nothing we have ever seen before. Isaiah 43:18, “Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. 19 Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it?”

Don’t try to organize revival into existence.God will do it in such a way that God alone can take  credit for it.  Today I see a dangerous trend—even among leaders that I highly respect—in which many prophetic and revival movements are trying to organize a ‘New Jesus Movement.’  They are pooling their talent, wealth and influence, thinking they can make a global miracle happen.

I am begging everyone who thinks this is a good idea: please consider history. In 1907, the news of the revival in Wales reached America. Christian businessmen and famous church leaders met to recreate the same revival. They assumed Americans deserved at least as good a revival as Wales.  They raised huge sums of money. They pooled their celebrity and influence, assuming God and the church would follow suit. It died with a whimper, and failed spectacularly, because God refused to be manipulated.

Overlooked by all of these famous Christians was a one-eyed black brother praying in a rented livery stable in downtown Los Angeles. Far from the luxury and prestige of Christian power brokers, in the dust and dinginess of the Azusa Street Mission, the authentic volcano of God-born revival erupted.

Today’s famous revivalists need to reexamine their trust in their own might and power—because “it is not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the Lord!” (Zech. 4:6)

The best and safest move for those who desire true revival today is humility, brokenness and repentance. Don’t try to tell the Body of Christ who the superheroes of revival are going to be. Don’t think for one moment that great influence or celebrity is the catalyst to revival. They never have been and they never will be.

Book sales, notoriety and fame, are of no importance in the strategy of heaven. We might think we are able to predict who will be the vessels of Fire and Glory who will usher in the next move of God—but we can also be dead wrong.

Who knows if, at this very moment, somewhere out there, an obscure preacher in a dilapidated church is sobbing tears of desperation over his tiny congregation? What if ground zero for awakening is an inconspicuous wooden chapel, and not a gleaming church campus?   What if God’s plan is to work through them to bring about something so powerfully explosive on a worldwide scale, that it will make the Jesus Movement look like a polite touch by comparison?

Remember, the greatest heavenly invasion in all history began in a manger, just outside of a small town named Bethlehem. The next one began in a little upper room in Jerusalem. Wherever the next wave of God is going to begin, prepare to be stunned…

God’s wake up call to California

Of course, people are going to hate this blog. Of course, even some believers will be offended and think we are setting ourselves up as some sort of ‘saviors’ of the state. But nothing could be further from the truth. We are not heroes. And neither are we delusional about our small role in what will be a gigantic miracle.

What I am saying is that God is sending the Golden State a wake-up call. He is shaking, purifying and rebuilding. God-haters beware. Look out you who have your hearts set on a fully secular, socialist state with no place for the Christian church.  God is rolling up His sleeves to do a work—a work of extremes.

This impending act of God will consist of both extreme joy and extreme terror. Watch for those who shake their fists at God. They will find themselves fighting against God—and losing that fight!  He will take away your sleep. He will remove your arrogance. He will defeat your most trusted weapons. He will take down your secret tactics. He will turn the tide of public opinion against you.

These are the days of Elijah! This is California’s reckoning with truth and righteousness. God has surveyed the cities. He has heard and heeded the cries of His intercessors.  He has had enough of what we are doing to the children.

The roar of the words of the Psalmist is heard on high: “It is time for You to act, O God, for they have regarded your word as void.” (Psalm 119: 126)

It is only one tent, but it matters very much what has happened under this tent in Dinuba California. Yes, the sick have been healed. Yes, the lost have charged into the Kingdom. But, above all that, an army has formed. I saw their eyes last night. I felt their fire last night.

They are a new breed of believer—the kind that multiplies faster than anyone can know, and who will reach out with power like no Christians before them. They are ready. They are coming.  And, they will multiply in numbers unseen since Azusa Street and the Jesus Movement.

God’s wake up call to the God-haters is simple: You have held sway over California for too long and your days are numbered, and your agenda is coming to an end.

But God’s wake-up call to the church in California is even greater.

  1. God is saying to every pastor here to stand your ground. Stay on message. Hold on, for fire is about to fall on the smaller churches, the hungry churches, regardless of size. The watchword is: “STAY!” Don’t give the cities away. Don’t sell out and move to a “safer” state.

Acts 14:3 says, “Therefore they stayed there a long time, boldly in the Lord, Who was bearing witness to the word of His grace, granting signs and wonders to be done by their hands.”

You are not just to stay, but to make signs and wonders your weapon to stem the tide of evil. Let miracles flow. Preach a pure message—a message that God can crown with miracles.

  1. Pray the Lord of the Harvest. Matthew 9:37 Then (Jesus) said to His disciples, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. 38Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.”

Each night the crowd is amazed to see the river of souls flowing to Christ. It’s no accident! We sent out workers. We went into the nests of evil to extract treasures out of the darkness.

The wake-up call California Christians need is this: God is not fascinated by your programs and slick presentations. He is trying to save and deliver millions here who currently writhe in untold misery. Believers here seem think this is someone else’s job. That is why we lost the state: because we thought someone else was doing that job.

People mean well when they walk up to me and say, “Mario, you are doing a good work.” I reply, “No, I am not doing a good work…I am doing the work.” This work is OUR work. It is the real work of the church. Everything else is just distraction—something we made up and called it the work.

  1. The state can be destroyed. That reality must set in. As glorious as these tent meetings are, I can’t dwell on them. As beautiful as the healings are, I can’t linger there. Compassion clings to me. Urgency overwhelms me.

‘Revival’ or ‘Rot’ is California’s next destination.

Right now, the Lord of the harvest is sending out laborers into His harvest.  It is time for every believer to find their place in the work, and join us.

The evil that is being worshipped here cannot continue indefinitely. At some point justice will be handed down by the God of Justice.

God has two words for everyone who reads this: WAKE UP!

Greatest Question

As you read this our tent is going up. Thousands know we are coming. A rare kind of unity exists between leaders here, and an amazing anticipation is in the air. We have more volunteers and prayer warriors for this event than any previous tent crusade. There is a buzz on the streets.

Many who are involved in this outreach are starting to talk about an awakening. They seem to sense that we could see a revival—and they don’t mean just ‘a good meeting’—they mean a moral outbreak that could sweep an entire region into the kingdom of Christ. I am talking about Dinuba, California.

So tonight I am pondering a great question: What starts a revival?

Here we are, two thousand years after the church began, and Christian theologians still don’t know what starts a revival.   Authors by the dozens release new books to tell us what the “steps for revival” are.  No sooner are they out, than the Spirit falls in a manner that totally contradicts their books.   As soon as we add a “step” to revival, God steps over our step…

Often past revivals are no help because history shows that the old revival usually opposes the new revival.  It seems dangerous to be tagged an expert on revival.  As the old rock song says, “If I claim to be a wise man then it surely means that I don’t know.”

Revivals have started in more ways than you or I can imagine.  Some began among children.  Some started in prisons. Some were touched off by the very people the church despised the most.  Has God kept us clueless about revival because He knows that anything that we can analyze we will try to control? It is certainly in us to do that, and there is no getting around it.

So why isn’t the devil happy?  We are divided, disorganized and ignorant of his devices.  There is no major threat of revival in America, am I right?  But the evil one does not relax.  Does he know something we don’t know?   Like maybe revival has never been actually caused by the church?  Does he remember how many times revivals have hit him by surprise?  Does Satan respect one aspect of revival more than we do—that revival can strike at any moment, in any place, through any believer?

Okay, let’s face it, it is truly beyond us to know how to start a revival, and Satan doesn’t know how to stop one.  That, dear pilgrim, is called an impasse.  Only God can break the tie.  So what can we do?  Brace yourself:  WE NEED TO LOOK AT GOD!

Satan is watching God more than he is watching us because we, my friend, are not the threat.  Here is a love/hate triangle:  God is looking at us, we are looking at the devil, and the devil is looking at God.

WE NEED TO LOOK AT GOD.  Get this, and you have taken a giant step forward.  We need to be watching God.  But that is so simple and obvious.  So, if it is that simple and obvious, then why aren’t we doing it?  Why in fact are we doing everything else but that?  Again, is it because Satan knows how to busy us with stuff that seems holy, but is irrelevant to revival?

Even our prayers are often not directed at God.  They are merely a set of statements we have been told to make, and statements we have been told will supposedly cause God to work.  Face it! God refuses to operate within our formulas.  He operates from a secret:  “The secret of the Lord is with those who fear Him, and He will show them His covenant.” (Psalm 25:14)

God is looking for a relationship with those who want revival.  Exodus 31:18 is a strange verse.  It says, “And he gave unto Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him upon Mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God.”  Israel has been waiting for centuries to gain legitimacy, because with the Law comes an identity and a legacy.  So why does God instead delay it for weeks so He can commune with Moses?  Here’s the rub: You want revival, but God wants you.

Is it possible that in all of our arduous efforts we have overlooked the most amazing simplicity in the entire universe:  “If you abide in Me and My Words abide in you, you shall ask what you will and it shall be done.” (John 15:7)  Can it be that simple?

Revival is the natural result of getting so close to God that His secret takes hold and that ignites a chain reaction with others who suddenly cannot live without intimacy with God, and so and so on.

When can we know that revival has started?  In my studies, I have noticed a common denominator among the great revivalists who have led the great revivals.  They had an unshakable conviction that a revival had already started.  No matter what anyone said or did, they would not back down from the confession “revival is here!”   Much of their preaching was devoted to this conviction.

Jesus said, “Do you not say, ‘There are still four months and then comes the harvest’? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest!”  (John 4:35)

Revival-starters kept an infectious declaration going, no matter what.  Though the people around them felt that revival was months or years away, the revivalist says, “NO! IT IS ALREADY HERE!”

Again I ask, when can we know that a revival has started?  I got my answer one day at the beach when the tide was out.  Gentle white foam tickled my toes.  And the still small voice of the Lord spoke to me, “No matter how small that wave is, it is an ocean wave.  It is a relative of the tsunami.”

Yes, a tidal wave can travel at 500 miles per hour, yet it is still nothing but an ocean wave, just larger.

“A bruised reed shall he not break, and smoking flax shall he not quench, till he send forth judgment unto victory.” (Matthew 12:20).   This verse is saturated with much meaning, but I will limit myself to the part about the smoking flax.  Jesus is not going to put out any fire, no matter how insignificant it looks, until justice is victorious.

The first time you cried out for America to be saved, God took you at your word and started a revival fire in you. The first syllable that was spoken in prayer for revival at any gathering where women prayed, began the revival.  The first time a pastor told his people how much we need revival, the spark was ignited.

The job now is to cooperate with God for bigger and bigger and bigger waves.  The tide rises as the revival core pays the price of obedience.   If they keep to the intention of the revival, it will intensify.  If they refuse the hand of man, and the ways of Baal, the waves will continue to come, in faithful and ever increasing power.

How else can I say it?  You are a revival-starter, simply by wanting more of Jesus!

Now a special video message from Mario Murillo about what starts this Sunday

THE RIVER RAGES ON

It had been announced that the meeting would begin at 6 P.M. But it’s only 5:30 P.M. and the church is already full. People are parking several blocks away from the church now. You can see people racing toward the building, because they can hear that we have already started singing.

I can’t number the California myths that I am watching die right before my eyes. They say Sunday nights are a bad time for a meeting—especially in California. Most churches have given up trying to meet on Sunday night. They say that Christians here have been beaten down so badly that they are apathetic. They say that unless you have a gimmick attraction like a famous worship team, the people won’t come out. They say California Christians love to straggle in late. They say a lot of things.

But, this audience is ready! They are electric with expectancy. Their worship is unbridled. They are out-singing the worship team!

Now I am standing in the pulpit, surveying the crowd. The Spirit of God overpowers this unworthy servant and I am strictly ordered to ask a woman to stand up who is sitting three rows back and two seats in. God wants it made very clear that she is about to be healed. Every eye is on her. Here is the video of her healing.

Why I am able to know the multiple illnesses that ravage her body is still beyond me. It breaks me, and it is deeply humbling. It floods me with the fear of the Lord. Now I am commanded to declare her miracle. There is no doubt that pain and sickness have just vanished. All glory to Jesus!

When it is time, I bring the message of the night. I quote Mark 6:5 “Now He could do no mighty work there, except that He laid His hands on a few sick people and healed them.” I ask the pastors surrounding me this question: “Can God do a mighty work here?”

Interestingly, the worst and the best miracle rallies Jesus ever had take place in that same chapter. His hometown saw few miracles, but when He went across the lake, miracles exploded:

54 And when they came out of the boat, immediately the people recognized Him,

55 ran through that whole surrounding region, and began to carry those who were sick on beds to wherever they heard He was. 56 Wherever He entered, into villages, cities, or the country, they laid the sick in the marketplaces, and begged Him that they might just touch the hem of His garment. And as many as touched Him were made well.” (Mark 6:54-56)

His hometown knew Him so well that they didn’t know Him at all. The people on the other side of the lake “recognized Him.” They had revelation about His power, His glory and what it means to have Him in the vicinity.

Christianity is the only movement in the history of the world where the Founder attends every meeting. We must recapture the wonder of “wherever two or three are gathered in My name, there am I in the midst of them” (Matthew 18:20)

Suddenly, I had to stop preaching. Miracles are coming to people across the meeting hall. The Holy Spirit told me to have a man place his hand over his chest. I tell him, “You have heart disease!” His wife instantly begins weeping for joy, as he is healed. Here is the video of his healing;

It is difficult and often not wise to pick the most dramatic miracle of the night. But when he was healed, the whole place went up in praise. Now I am standing beside a woman who cannot walk. Again, I am instructed to tell her she is being healed and that the reason she can’t walk is because she had fallen down the stairs. At first, she limps, barely able to hold her balance. Suddenly, she starts running! Praise explodes!

Now dozens are claiming and receiving their miracles!

The night ends as it should. I tell the audience to come to Jesus and be saved—but they must make Him Lord. They are only saved if they surrender and make Jesus Lord of their lives. Some say a hundred souls are saved. Others say more. Only God knows the true number.

We are so grateful to Hanford Pentecostal Church of God and Pastor Bobby Guerra for hosting this amazing night.

I see a hunger for Jesus that should terrify the devil and the God-haters of California.

Why should you rejoice? Rejoice, because this is a sign for all of America. The Corridor of Glory along Hwy. 99 has claimed another territory for revival. The Living Proof of a new day for the Church in California means a statewide outpouring of the Holy Spirit has begun! Next Sunday, we will be in Dinuba, CA. Please, join us! Hallelujah!
