CALIFORNIA: WE DID NOT DISOBEY THE HEAVENLY VISION

I spoke one Sunday morning in Stockton, and that afternoon I took a nap before the evening rally. God gave me a dream. He told me that California Highway 99, from Red Bluff to Arvin, would be a raging river of healing and salvation. When I woke up I had no idea I was to have any involvement in fulfilling this prophetic dream. I assumed it was for the audience in Stockton, where I was going to preach that night.

Five years later, Rick Wiles gave us a beautiful new 8,000 square foot tent and 1,000 chairs. We suddenly knew that the dream I had in Stockton was a mandate for us. God had called us to take His miracle power down the full length of Highway 99.

At the same time we were given that tent, without our knowing about it, Frank Saldana and Inner City Action felt led to study how tents are erected, and were learning how to use them in ministry.  God was putting a team together.

At the same time, God was forming a close friendship between our ministry and that of Jim and Kristine Carpenter from The Bridge in Marysville. We knew Marysville would be our first stop on the Highway 99 corridor of Glory.

God made it very clear: no matter how little support you have—no matter how much resistance you face—no matter how impossible it looks, keep moving forward to set up the tent where the Spirit directs you, and don’t stop.

There was a reason God exhorted us in this way. Our journey always looked impossible. There was an amazing amount of resistance. We had to rely on support that came from shockingly unexpected sources. We had to repeatedly pick ourselves up, after many setbacks.

We learned the hard way that a great portion of the Body of Christ is not interested in winning souls—especially not in dangerous locations.

Marysville proved that our calling was truly supernatural. We had to fit our tent onto a parking lot that barely fit our tent. The weather turned cold and wet, and still, crowds came from everywhere. We saw the dream become reality when the river of healing and salvation broke out in Marysville. Thank God we were able to move the tent to a professional baseball stadium.  We closed out that first crusade in constant rain, and then the temperature dropped down to 40 degrees. But, in spite of this, it was packed!

We had no idea where the tent was supposed to go next. All of this was so sudden that we never had the luxury of advanced planning.

Then the Lord told us our next stop was to be Paradise, California. I protested, ‘Paradise is burned to the ground. There is no electricity or water there. Most of all, there are no people there.’  So I placed it back in God’s hands and said that, if we get a call to come to Paradise in the next week, we will go.

Seven days later we received that phone call, and during our time in Paradise we witnessed the power of God to save, to heal, and to bind up the many broken-hearted who had lost loved ones in the fire.

Our next tent crusade was in Stockton and was our most dangerous yet. We were shouted down. The fire department would not let us put on the sides to our tent, leaving us wide open to a park filled with addicts, the homeless, and gangsters. We were literally sitting ducks.  Yet again, we saw God overrule the powers of darkness as the openness worked to our advantage, and He gave us souls and miracles.

When we arrived in Dinuba, we proved the power of God in a way we had not seen in any other crusade. The entire town was aware of the tent sitting on the bare ground where the new Dinuba High School would soon be built. And, it was in Dinuba that we first encountered crowds that overflowed the tent.

The report of healing miracles spread across town, and the stories about how wounded souls were being transformed got out into the community, and it soon became clear that the entire city knew God was at work.

And finally, toward the end of November, the last tent crusade of 2019 took place in Hanford. It was the most powerful on every level. The unity among the pastors there was the best we had seen. The excitement level was greater than anywhere else. The altars were crowded every night with souls seeking Jesus. God did wonderful and undeniable healing miracles.

Thousands upon thousands were reached by Christ in this tour on Highway 99. Local churches have been fired up and equipped to expand and continue the revival.

Paul wrote in Acts 26:19 that he “was not disobedient to the heavenly vision.” And:

WE WERE NOT DISOBEDIENT TO AN IMPOSSIBLE CALLING!

To all who gave so sacrificially to make this tour possible—to all who prayed, worked and battled alongside us—to all who stood with us in the face of unimaginable resistance, both from inside and outside the church—to all of you I give my deepest thanks, and I am praying that God will richly bless all of you!

Now we come to the most astonishing news. Our momentum is carrying us forward into 2020. We are able to announce that we are going to continue down Highway 99 once again in the coming New Year. The Lord has directed us to reach 5 cities in 2020, and these dates are locked in:

Everything in me is telling me these meetings will be bigger, more powerful and more effective than any tent crusades we have held so far. God is taking us from reaching thousands to reaching tens of thousands. We very strongly desire your prayers. We need your church to back these outreaches. We are praying the Lord of the Harvest to send the needed workers.

And so, dear friends, by the grace and power of the Holy Spirit, and with your continued support, the river rages on!  Join us for our first event in Chico.

Special nights of miracles in Chico to kick off the California tent tour!

2020

We kept our promise. We were obedient to the Godly Dream

March 15th-18th  ̶  The Silver Dollar Fairgrounds, Chico, CA

April 19th-22nd  ̶  Placer County Fairgrounds, Roseville, CA

May 17th-20th  ̶  Modesto, CA (the site is in negotiations and will be confirmed soon).

THEY CAME TO PRAY

They came to pray—that’s the real story.  And it’s a way bigger story than you know.

They came even though no headline worship team or celebrity speaker was advertised. They came to pray. Prayer alone was the attraction. They did not gather to be dazzled by a ‘now word.’ They did not come for exotic manifestations. They did not come to get or give a ritual apology for wrongs done in past history. They came to pray. They came to ask for a miracle in California.

In short, they went against the grain of almost everything commonly used to bring in crowds of Christians in California.

After a short worship time and admonition on prayer, I welcomed leaders to come and pray. They were our next miracle.

They also only came to pray. They did not do this because we promised they could announce their churches or events. They didn’t want to preach or showcase their gifts. They did not do this for attention. They left their egos completely out of this.

They were transformed just walking to the microphone. A spirit of prayer came over them as one after another poured out their heart to God. Each one added more fuel to the fire.

Several confessed later that they felt they were being consumed by a holy fire and a passion for an outpouring from God. Many later said that they would never be the same.

Because I know my wife so well, I can tell with certainty what happened to her. When she grabbed the mike, I saw the anointing jolt her. The prayer and prophecy that exploded out of her was amazing and it rocked the stadium.

Meanwhile, another important miracle was unfolding in the crowd. They didn’t need to be entertained, they were lost in intercession. Between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. they prayed. They were no longer from different denominations or streams. Not one person was behaving in such a way as to draw attention to themselves. It was a holy chorus of prayer.

Everyone felt the urgency for a miracle in California. They fully grasped the fact that we are running out of time.  At the same time they felt an unshakable confidence that our cries were heard, and they knew that something undeniable is going to break forth in California—the state that some said was lost and hopeless.  Just as when Elijah was discouraged and convinced that he was the only one who was left to worship Jehovah, God spoke these words to him, “I have reserved for Myself seven thousand men who have not bowed their knees to Baal.”

As I said before—the big story here is that they came to pray. Sadly, many will not see the importance of this breakthrough. Too much of ‘California Christian Culture’ is incapable of grasping the significance of people just wanting to pray. Too many organizations are enslaved by the programs that keep them afloat.

There is a contamination among too many here that, unless perks are offered, will not show up for an event. We need to find our way back to our first love. We need long and fervent sessions of prayer. There is a remnant that will read this and truly be excited, and who will be aware that this is a big story.

It would be wonderful if this night in Fresno could ignite a desire for thousands of prayer meetings to spring up across America—meetings where they have come to pray—and only to pray.

THE RIVER RAGES ON

It had been announced that the meeting would begin at 6 P.M. But it’s only 5:30 P.M. and the church is already full. People are parking several blocks away from the church now. You can see people racing toward the building, because they can hear that we have already started singing.

I can’t number the California myths that I am watching die right before my eyes. They say Sunday nights are a bad time for a meeting—especially in California. Most churches have given up trying to meet on Sunday night. They say that Christians here have been beaten down so badly that they are apathetic. They say that unless you have a gimmick attraction like a famous worship team, the people won’t come out. They say California Christians love to straggle in late. They say a lot of things.

But, this audience is ready! They are electric with expectancy. Their worship is unbridled. They are out-singing the worship team!

Now I am standing in the pulpit, surveying the crowd. The Spirit of God overpowers this unworthy servant and I am strictly ordered to ask a woman to stand up who is sitting three rows back and two seats in. God wants it made very clear that she is about to be healed. Every eye is on her. Here is the video of her healing.

Why I am able to know the multiple illnesses that ravage her body is still beyond me. It breaks me, and it is deeply humbling. It floods me with the fear of the Lord. Now I am commanded to declare her miracle. There is no doubt that pain and sickness have just vanished. All glory to Jesus!

When it is time, I bring the message of the night. I quote Mark 6:5 “Now He could do no mighty work there, except that He laid His hands on a few sick people and healed them.” I ask the pastors surrounding me this question: “Can God do a mighty work here?”

Interestingly, the worst and the best miracle rallies Jesus ever had take place in that same chapter. His hometown saw few miracles, but when He went across the lake, miracles exploded:

54 And when they came out of the boat, immediately the people recognized Him,

55 ran through that whole surrounding region, and began to carry those who were sick on beds to wherever they heard He was. 56 Wherever He entered, into villages, cities, or the country, they laid the sick in the marketplaces, and begged Him that they might just touch the hem of His garment. And as many as touched Him were made well.” (Mark 6:54-56)

His hometown knew Him so well that they didn’t know Him at all. The people on the other side of the lake “recognized Him.” They had revelation about His power, His glory and what it means to have Him in the vicinity.

Christianity is the only movement in the history of the world where the Founder attends every meeting. We must recapture the wonder of “wherever two or three are gathered in My name, there am I in the midst of them” (Matthew 18:20)

Suddenly, I had to stop preaching. Miracles are coming to people across the meeting hall. The Holy Spirit told me to have a man place his hand over his chest. I tell him, “You have heart disease!” His wife instantly begins weeping for joy, as he is healed. Here is the video of his healing;

It is difficult and often not wise to pick the most dramatic miracle of the night. But when he was healed, the whole place went up in praise. Now I am standing beside a woman who cannot walk. Again, I am instructed to tell her she is being healed and that the reason she can’t walk is because she had fallen down the stairs. At first, she limps, barely able to hold her balance. Suddenly, she starts running! Praise explodes!

Now dozens are claiming and receiving their miracles!

The night ends as it should. I tell the audience to come to Jesus and be saved—but they must make Him Lord. They are only saved if they surrender and make Jesus Lord of their lives. Some say a hundred souls are saved. Others say more. Only God knows the true number.

We are so grateful to Hanford Pentecostal Church of God and Pastor Bobby Guerra for hosting this amazing night.

I see a hunger for Jesus that should terrify the devil and the God-haters of California.

Why should you rejoice? Rejoice, because this is a sign for all of America. The Corridor of Glory along Hwy. 99 has claimed another territory for revival. The Living Proof of a new day for the Church in California means a statewide outpouring of the Holy Spirit has begun! Next Sunday, we will be in Dinuba, CA. Please, join us! Hallelujah!

Come with me to see a miracle in California.

Come with me and see a miracle happen to California. You may be one of those chosen by God to work alongside us in the Central Valley. You may just be a believer who understands what is at stake in California. Read the story that is not just unfolding in the Golden State but is specific to 4 major events coming soon!

Not long ago, five cities in the Central Valley made the list of the Top Ten Worst Cities in America.

Why I believe a miracle is coming:

The good people of this region have been hit by everything you can imagine, including drought, foreclosures, drug addiction, gang violence, massive homelessness, and breathtaking political abuse by Sacramento.

When California received $410 million in 2012 as part of a nationwide settlement with major banks accused of abusive foreclosures, Gov. Jerry Brown used $331 million of that money to pay state agencies in housing and other programs in order to cover their deficits.  Kamala Harris knew about this but kept silent. Now California has lost a lawsuit, and this money must be paid out to the victims.

The Central Valley was not even on my radar. Five years ago my bags were packed to move out of California. I was moving away and thinking, “Maybe it is time to pass the mantle on to someone else, and retire.” Then my nation went crazy.

That is when the dream was given to me—a life changing dream.

The dream happened during an afternoon nap between services in Stockton. I believe that this dream was meant to encourage the people of that city. Especially because of what was in the dream.

It was the kind of dream that I tell people they need to handle with caution. In the dream I was suspended high above California, and I could clearly see Highway 99, all the way from Red Bluff to the end of 99 at Laval Road in Arvin, California.

Suddenly, as I watched, Highway 99 was transformed and became a river! Trees started popping up on the banks of the river. The voice of the Lord said, “This highway shall be a corridor of my Glory.”

Five years pass, and I am invited on the TruNews Network with Rick Wiles. Next thing I know, he has donated an 8,000 square foot, brand spanking new tent, as well as 1,000 chairs from the luxury boxes of an NFL stadium. What a miracle!

God then revealed to me that this tent was to move south and follow Highway 99, and that the river I had seen would flow in the tent, healing innumerable sicknesses and would bring in a massive harvest of souls.

Now, here we are—watching the fulfillment of that dream. Indeed, the river has flowed south from Marysville, CA, then through Paradise, CA and the current intensified in Stockton. Now we are watching the unimaginable as the river is about to reach to Dinuba, Hanford and Fresno.

As I write this to you, thousands of people are experiencing an amazing dealing of God in these cities. There is something in the air—it is vibrating with hope and faith.

People like to use the expression: ‘something has shifted,’ but that feels woefully inadequate to explain the unity that is emerging among leaders—the expectancy in the people—and the acceleration that seems to be coming.

With all my heart, I know we are about to hit the mean streets in these cities and pull treasures out of darkness. We are about to feed the masses of poor and unsheltered.

Nothing will be able to stop the explosion of praise that will erupt when the miracles, that I know are coming, arrive.

Why am I telling you this? In order to fulfill this dream, we need workers. Why not join in something so wonderful that if Jesus tarries, people will be talking about it 30 years from now?

Many people have asked me, “What kind of workers do you need?” My question back to you is, “What do you want to do? Do you want to hit the streets and watch gangsters delivered? Do you want to help organize a statewide night of prayer in Chukchansi stadium? Do you want to be an usher in any of the services? Do you want to pray with those who come to Jesus?

“Do you want distribute food and clothing in homeless camps? What about helping with our massive children’s outreach in Fresno in November? Are you willing to give up your Thanksgiving Day?”  On that day, we will conduct a complete miracle service, followed by a sit-down dinner for a thousand people.

If you come to the Night of Miracles in Hanford, you will see the true fire and miracles of Jesus. If you come to six nights under the tent in Dinuba, you will see God rock an entire city. If you join the thousands at Chukchansi Stadium, you will feel the power of prayer like you have never felt it in your life.

Start by praying. Even if you are reading this from Wellington, New Zealand, the Gold Coast of Australia, or even Cape Town, South Africa, you can pray! Start now.

I promise you, a river of life will end up flowing out to you!
