I HAVE NOT SEEN THIS SINCE THE JESUS MOVEMENT

Not since the Jesus Movement in the 1970’s, have young people come to Christ like this.  The first half of 2017 is over.  The pictures prove we kept our promise to go and win gang members, addicts, college and high school students to Christ.  You will also see we kept our promise to go and recruit young soldiers to go into the harvest.

What we saw was a towering miracle—a miracle made even more amazing when you consider it happened during the worst attacks we have ever known.

In fact, in April, we despaired to keep our promise to our partners.  The evil one revolted against us—it was ferocious.   It was shocking not only for its intensity, but also because it came from the most unlikely source:  At the last minute, a coalition of pastors boycotted me because I supported Donald Trump for president.

My personal credo is, you must be stronger than your excuses.  We shook it off, and moved forward.  We saw amazing things happen in the next cities.

When leaders were open, putting petty differences aside, there was an abundance of conversions.  Whenever a tent, auditorium or a church building was dedicated to outreach, the lost freely turned to Jesus.

Bakersfield California: We bring Living Proof to a war-torn city.  It is here that we face the fiercest battle we have ever known.  Gangs don’t want us to take away their drug customers and churches are divided against each other.  Yet, somehow God blasted through and poured out His Spirit.  The people were ready for signs and wonders and our mighty God did not disappoint.  Few times in 50 years of ministry have I felt such intense power.

Stunning healing of a woman:  Without asking, I broke out in Spanish and began to tell her the story of the agony in her body.  Her look of excitement and recognition was undeniable.  No one could say they were not watching a miracle.  Arthritis, and a host of other maladies had turned her right side and legs into a war zone of pain.  She freely confirmed the word to be accurate.  Then the word became a healing miracle.  She charged across the front of the building demonstrating that all her excruciating pain was gone.

Bethel Church Redding:  I stood before thousands of young students at the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry—students on fire and yearning to be used of God—students who are teachable.  God poured out His Spirit on them after they heard my impassioned cry for healing miracles to happen where they matter—in the mainstream of American youth culture.

Manteca California: A miracle, pure and simple, hits a young lady.  I love it when the Holy Spirit’s word of knowledge is so clear, piercing and detailed that people no longer see the man speaking—only God. By the Spirit, the story of her life unfolded.  The precise illnesses of her body and the childhood trauma that caused them all was revealed.  Her total healing rocks the room.

The overwhelming majority who come forward are young men.  This is beyond good news—this is the growing trend in our crusades.  He is pouring out His Spirit on our daughters…and our sons!  Never have I seen conviction grip youth like this.  I twas as if they wanted me to shut up and let them come to Christ.

San Bernardino: I stood to preach. Suddenly, I was commanded to declare a word of healing before I could preach.  Why did my message begin this way?  Earlier that day I was with my spiritual father, Ralph Wilkerson.  He gave me a corrective and inspiring word from the Lord.  “Don’t preach to get miracles Mario.  Stand there and let God do miracles.  Let the miracles be first so the people will know God is in the room.”

Jesus ordered me—an unworthy vessel—to describe a severe medical condition in a young woman on the right side of this capacity crowd.  Her healing ignited others to reach out for miracles.   The awesome thing about a desperate crowd is they have no pride about taking hold of the hem of His garment.

I was free to preach the Gospel.  What did I preach?  I preached the very message you and I have been waiting to give the youth of America.  Here were the words I have longed to say to the very audience I have longed to reach.

These pictures do not do justice to the next moment.  Young souls came from all over the room.  They came quickly, they came forcefully, they came for nothing less than Jesus.   They came by the hundreds.  They dispelled every lie that Satan is saying through the media about our children.

Houston:  Our World Convention is a baptism of Holy Fire on willing soldiers who came from all over the nation to help us win souls.

San Francisco:  COME FORWARD ONLY IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT GIVING YOUR LIFE TO JESUS.”It was my honor to partner with Chris Burns and the amazing army that formed to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Summer of Love in Golden Gate Park.  THE SOUND was an outreach of many powerful worship artists, dynamic speakers, and a committed core linked hearts to bless the city.  But one thing that happened has wide implications to all believers.Holy Ghost boldness overtook me.  I preached an unvarnished soul-winning message.  I refused to employ verbal gymnastics to appeal to a sophisticated culture.

Why—if this place is so hard—did so many respond, so immediately, to a direct gospel appeal?  Nothing was sugar-coated.  It was no credit to oratory.  It was a simple case of hungry and hurting souls reaching out to Jesus—because He was offered to them.

Time and time again, I’ve warned the American church…there is a great harvest in our nation, even in San Francisco.  And…if there is a harvest in San Francisco, how much more in the rest of America?

Warrior-fest with Perry Stone: 3,000 young people were waiting for me in Cleveland Tennessee.  My message was clear: Someone in this Room is going to Change the World.   Perry is doing a historic work.  I have never seen fire and worship come out of young people like I did here.

We kept our promise and the best is yet to come.  We are laying the ground work today for outreaches in Toledo Ohio, Flint Michigan, and Ontario California.

Obama’s Leftist Lens

leftist_lens_obama

My new cartoon has leaked a little early, a few fans got a little over excited about this cartoon and posted it on the /r/ The_Donald..that’s okay, it is very timely.

Here is the new Ben Garrison Cartoon “Obama’s Leftist lens”

Obama doesn’t want to say ‘Islamic Terrorism.’  It’s obvious he doesn’t want to condemn Islam in any form. He’d much rather attack the 2nd Amendment and ‘bitter clingers.’ He wants to round up the guns while at the same time, more guns have been sold to Muslims in the middle east than ever before under his administration. Hillary murdered Gaddafi and made sure ISIS got guns. That happened under Obama’s watch.

The liberal lens wants to make sure the focus and blame always goes to conservatives, whom they call names such as ‘racist’ and ‘bigot’—especially conservative Christian gun owners. Obama uses the lens to help him to avoid looking at a harsh reality—Islamic terrorists DO exist. They are created in part due to senseless war in the middle east perpetuated by Obama and his masters.

Many Muslims want Sharia Law—not our Constitution. Yet Obama wants to import millions more. If we object, we are called ‘racist.’ Islam is not a race.

Americans are fed up with excuses, obfuscation and lies told by leaders who refuse to connect with reality. Americans are sick and tired of being called ‘racist’ or other names simply because we don’t want to import millions of people who don’t assimilate well into western culture.

It’s time to put down the leftist lens when viewing reality.

TRUMP: DAYS OF DEADLY IGNORANCE WILL END

Trump tears into Clinton over Orlando as he says attacks prove HE’S the man to protect Americans – including gays and Muslims – and claims she would let more Islamic terrorists into the country

  • Donald Trump delivered a stinging speech about terrorism on Monday in New Hampshire, hammering Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama
  • Said he wants to protect all Americans from jihadis and faulted the Obama administration for being asleep at the switch on immigration
  • Expressed strong solidarity with gays and lesbians after an armed jihadi killed more than four dozen people at a gay nightclub in Florida
  • ‘Ignorance is not bliss,’ he said of Clinton’s national security proposals; ‘It’s deadly. Totally deadly’

Donald Trump leveled a national-security flamethrower at Hillary Clinton on Tuesday, blaming her for embracing an immigration policy that would drive more Islamic radicals to stage terror attacks like the one from which Orlando, Florida is only beginning to recover.

Clinton, he said, would negligently implement a ‘catastrophic immigration plan’ that would ‘bring vastly more radical Islamic immigrants into this country, threatening not only our society but our entire way of life.’

‘Ignorance is not bliss,’ he said in a half-hour speech at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire.

‘It’s deadly. Totally deadly.’

CLOBBERING CLINTON: Donald Trump delivered a biting speech Tuesday on terrorism and national security, aimed largely at Hillary Clinton, following a deadly Islamist terror attack on a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida

DUELING SPEECHES: Clinton and Trump split on gun control but agreed on the notion that radical Islamists are a threat to the LGBT community

Trump castigated the former secretary of state for comments she made in November 2015 during a speech to the Council on Foreign Relations.

‘Let’s be clear: Islam is not our adversary,’ Clinton said then. ‘Muslims are peaceful and tolerant people and have nothing whatsoever to do with terrorism.’

‘That is Hillary Clinton,’ Trump said, hammering her for her response to the weekend’s bloodbath at a gay nightclub where more than four dozen people list their lives to a man who pledged allegiance to the ISIS terror army.

‘The days of deadly ignorance will end, and they will end soon’ if he is elected president, Trump pledged.

Clinton’s response on Monday was equal parts gun control and a motherly embrace of America’s gays and lesbians.

‘She says the solution is to ban guns. They tried that in France,’ Trump poked, referring to last year’s terror attacks in Paris. ‘One hundred thirty people were brutally murdered by Islamic terrorists in cold blood,’ he said.

‘Her plan is to disarm law-abiding Americans, abolish the Second Amendment and leave only terrorists … with guns.’

‘She wants to take away Americans’ guns and then admit the very people who want to slaughter us,’ Trump boomed, reading from a teleprompter. He pledged to meet with the National Rifle Association, the powerful lobby that has endorsed him, to ‘discuss how to make sure Americans have the means to protect themselves in this age of terror.’

‘CAN’T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS: ‘Hillary Clinton can never pretend to be a friend of the gay community,’ Trump said in New Hampshire, while she supports immigration policies that admit anti-gay jihadi immigrants

IN YOUR FACE: Trump read a Clinton quote from a November 2015 speech before attempting to dismantle her views on immigration, national security and border protection

Trump effectively blunted Clinton’s approach on anti-gay discrimination by joining her, however, saying that ‘our nation stands together in solidarity with the members of Orlando’s LGBT community’ against a terrorist who plotted ‘to execute gay and lesbian Americans.’

He called the carnage ‘an assault on the ability of free people to live their lives, love who they want, and express their identity.’

That rhetoric would have sounded at home during the Democratic primary season, or on the stage of Sunday night’s Tony Awards.

Trump, in fact, claimed that he would be a better and more effective advocate than Clinton for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender Americans.

‘Hillary Clinton can never pretend to be a friend of the gay community,’ he said, while supporting immigration policies that bring along with them the threat of more jihadi immigrants.

‘She can’t have it both ways,’ he said. ‘She can’t claim to be supportive of these communities while [increasing] the number of people who want to oppress these communities.’

He emphasized that as president he would prioritize the protection of law-abiding ‘people who are potential victims of crimes based on backgrounds or sexual orientation.’

Trump has been the Republican Party’s most consistent immigration hawk during the primary season, advocating for tighter border control and catching flak along the way.

‘We want to remain a free and open society … [but] we have to control our borders. And we have to control them now. Not later. Right now,’ he said Monday.

With dozens dead in Orlando, he said, ‘we cannot afford to talk around issues anymore. We have to address these issues head-on.’

In a tweak to his previous proposal for a ban on non-citizen Muslims coming into the United States, he said he would use existing presidential powers to ‘suspend immigration from areas of the world where there is a proven history of terrorism against the United States, Europe, or our allies.’

And doubling down on identity groups that cleave to Clinton’s side, he emphasized that ‘radical Islam is anti-woman, anti-gay and anti-American.’

‘I refuse to allow America to become a place where gay people, Christian people, Jewish people are targets of persecution and intimidation by radical Islamic preachers of hate and violence.’

‘This is not just a national security issue. It’s a quality of life issue.’

Record 499 Syrian Refugees Admitted to US So Far in May Includes No Christians

By Patrick Goodenough | May 23, 2016 | 4:25 AM EDT

(CNSNews.com) – The Obama administration has admitted 499 Syrian refugees so far this month, with no Christians among them.

Of the 499 admitted in May, 495 are Sunni Muslims and the remaining four are described simply as “Moslem” in State Department Refugee Processing Center data.

Since FY2016 began on October 1, a total of 2,235 Syrian refugees have been resettled in the United States. Of them, 10 (0.44 percent) are Christians: three Catholics, two Orthodox, one Greek Orthodox and four refugees identified simply as “Christian.”

Christians make up the biggest non-Muslim minority in Syria – about 10 percent before the civil war erupted.

Sunnis

Meanwhile the State Department figures show that 2,170 (97 percent) of the 2,235 Syrian refugee newcomers in FY2016 are Sunni Muslims. The rest are made up of 17 Shi’a Muslims, 27 other Muslims, 10 Yazidis, and one refugee identified as “other religion.”

This marks the first time the fraction of Christians admitted during any given month in FY2016 has fallen below half a percentage point. Last October, it was 2.1 percent. By year’s end it had dropped to 0.9 percent, and over the ensuing months it has edged down to 0.8, 0.7, 0.5 and now 0.4 percent.

With another week still to run, May already accounts for the highest monthly tally of Syrian refugees admitted since the civil war began in the spring of 2011. The 499 admitted so far in May also exceeds the total number admitted during the first three years of the conflict.

After this month the next highest monthly admission numbers were recorded in April 2016 (451), September 2015 (389) and March 2016 (330).

The pace has picked up noticeably since last February, when the State Department opened a special refugee “resettlement surge center” in Amman, Jordan to speed up processing. Until then, President Obama’s goal of admitting 10,000 Syrian refugees in FY2016 looked set to fall woefully short, with only 841 in total admitted between Oct. 2015 and Jan. 2016.

A total of 499 Syrian refugees have been admitted to the U.S. so far this month – the largest single month figure since the civil war began in 2011. (Data: State Department, Graph: CNSNews.com)

Even with the “surge” and significantly accelerated processing times – from around 18-24 months down to just three months – achieving the president’s fiscal year goal still looks like a tall order: With four months and one week to go, the total number admitted is still 7,765 shy of the target.

The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS/ISIL) attacks in Paris last November fueled concerns that the terrorist group would use refugee admission programs to infiltrate fighters into Western nations. According to French prosecutors two of the Paris attackers had evidently entered Europe through Greece, posing as refugees fleeing from the fighting in Syria.

Director of National Intelligence James Clapper told a Senate committee in February that ISIS was “taking advantage of the torrent of migrants [entering Europe] to insert operatives into that flow.”

In the U.S., dozens of Republican governors pushed back against allowing Syrian refugees to settle in their states, citing security concerns.

Since the Paris attacks, the State Department program has admitted a total of 1,944 Syrian refugees, of whom five (0.25 percent) are Christians, 1,884 (96.9 percent) are Sunnis, 44 are Shi’a and other Muslims, 10 are Yazidis and one is “other religion.”

Last March, Secretary of State John Kerry formally determined that atrocities being carried out by ISIS against Christians, Yazidis and other minorities in the areas it controls constitutes genocide.

only Christians

Before the conflict began in March 2011, the estimated Syrian population breakdown by religion was 10 percent Christian, 74 percent Sunni, and another 16 percent comprising various other Muslim traditions, including Shi’a, Allawite and Druze.

The U.N. refugee agency UNHCR acknowledges that Syrian minorities “fear that registration might bring retribution from other refugees” in the camps that it runs in countries surrounding Syria.

Many Christians therefore tend to avoid registering with the agency, and since the UNHCR plays a key role in the early stages of applications for refugee status in the U.S., Christians are unintentionally disadvantaged in the process.

“Without doubt, Syrians of all confessions are being victimized by this savage war and are facing unimaginable suffering,” Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) said on the Senate floor last March as he introduced legislation that would set aside 10,000 refugee resettlement places annually, for five years, for Syrian religious minorities.

“But only Christians and other religious minorities are the deliberate targets of systematic persecution and genocide,” he said. “It’s well-established that many religious minorities in Syria are very reluctant to register as refugees with the United Nations because they fear facing even more persecution.”
