WITH ALL DUE RESPECT

I am writing this to you pastors, because you have the power to unify and bring our nation back to righteousness, but you are not doing it. I am writing to you famous pastors. You have a chance to help our friend, in the White House, Donald Trump, but you are not. Here is my open letter to famous American Pastors who were silent at the time about Obama, but who now openly oppose Trump.

With all due respect, I believe you need to answer two big questions.

The first question is why you were silent when Obama was doing evil to America?

-Obama loaded our children with unpayable debt. You said nothing.

-Obama was the most hostile President toward the Bible in history. You said nothing.

-Obama not only fought to defend late term abortion, he championed the right to kill babies that survive an abortion. You said nothing.

-Obama opened the Pandora’s Box of political correctness that has those who are the real racists calling everyone else racist, and the true fascists calling everyone else fascists. You said nothing.

-Obama made our universities a sick joke of intellectual dishonesty, and centers of censorship. You said nothing.

-Obama is the one who changed and perverted the definition of marriage in America. You said nothing.

-Obama labored to endanger Israel, strengthen terrorists, and gave billions of dollars to Iran. You said nothing.

-Obama tried to drive the church underground. You still said nothing.

You never opposed Obama and you never said anything against him. Why?

Now for the second question. You never spoke out against Obama, but you are now outspoken against Trump? How does that work?

Ironically, President Trump is the one who stopped a stupid law that censored your free speech in the pulpit, and you are using the very free speech that he won for you to bash him.

Trump is working to stop abortion. You are not helping him−or even voicing your support.

In fact, some of you told your people from the pulpit not to vote for Trump.  Had you been successful—Hillary Clinton would be President today.

Trump rebuilt our economy. He strengthened Israel. He is trying to secure our borders to keep our nation safe.  Oh yeah!  That’s a good reason to speak against him…

You don’t want a wall; you believe Jesus taught open borders.  That means you have swallowed the Kool-Aid of the Left.

You are siding with sanctuary cities.  You are allowing a system that protects killers to continue.  This one especially hits home to me, because just recently in Reno, Nevada, where I live, a 19 year old who is here illegally from San Salvador, named Wilber Ernesto Martinez-Guzman, murdered four people.

You are siding against your own congregation.  You are condoning a policy that floods the labor market with unskilled labor, even as robots are replacing workers. This impacts the life of the people you are supposed to protect.  You are blatantly contradicting yourselves by claiming to be their pastor, even as you help make their lives harder and more dangerous.

I love you as my brothers, sisters, and coworkers in Christ, but on these questions you need to be publicly challenged. There is too much at stake. You represent millions of Christians who are looking for righteous leadership. Unless we stand together now, our nation is doomed.

Our immigration policies are in chaos because the Leftists oppose building a wall to keep out a flood of hundreds of thousands of cartel criminals, MS-13 gang members, and drug dealers from inundating our nation. If you are hinging it all on these failed immigration policies, then examine your stance, and see if it is Christian.

Illegals are committing atrocities, rapes, and murders every day, and they will continue to rape and kill.  Democrats who do not care about America, are desperate to regain control of the government, and they know that 70 percent of these illegals will vote them back into power. Ask God if you are not pawns in their game.

Lastly: is a wall and a secure border ‘unchristian’?  Let’s ask Jesus.  “But know this, that if the master of the house had known at what hour the thief would come, he would have watched and not allowed his house to be broken into.” –Matthew 24:43

Rise up against what is happening to our nation. It is literally now, or never.

Why American Preachers will not unify against the anti-God Whitehouse

Why copyWhy American Preachers will not unify against the anti-God White House.

By Mario Murillo

You deserve to know why.  There are 500,000 ministers in America.  If they would unify and stand for Bible values, it would end the insanity of the White House overnight.  Why won’t they unify?

Make no mistake.  I am not anti-church and I am especially not anti-pastor.  I am loyal to my fellow preachers.  I am committed to the local church.

But I am also against the lie that says ministers should mind their own business while America is ringing down the drain.

This post has one passion.  It is to provoke someone far more influential than I.  Whoever that person is needs to stand now and use every last drop of their influence.  They must unify the ministers of America into one mighty voice.  It is time for a non-violent revolution; a firewall against the onslaught of evi, It is the only way this nation will be spared.

Half a million ministers should be able to do something!  Sadly, Satan has done a number on a great many of them.  In fact, this is by far the most widespread dereliction of duty by any generation of American preachers.  The enemy has neutralized pastors.  He has paralyzed some of them with fear.  He has deceived a host of them with false doctrine and false guidance.  He has seduced many of them with compromise.

I praise the faithful preacher, but I herewith indict the compromised preacher.  As I said, you who are in the pews deserve to know why your minister refuses to speak out.  Here are the reasons listed in order of importance.

  1. Fear of losing non-profit status. In the 1950’s, Lyndon Johnson caused the church to make a deal with the devil. The deal is known as the 501C3 designation.  Frustrated by pastors who were telling their people not to vote for him, Johnson introduced legislation that silenced the church.  In exchange for IRS status, churches agreed not to endorse political candidates.  The church did not need this designation because they were already tax exempt in the Constitution.  This fear is utterly unfounded because no pastor’s free speech can be overruled by the IRS.

It makes no sense to say you fear losing your status.  Unless we begin speaking out, an America is coming where it is illegal for your church to meet.  What good will your nonprofit statuses do you when you are an underground church?

  1. Lifestyle: 50% of all preachers who were polled said that if there was another way for them to make money they would leave the ministry. That means that for many preachers the ministry is just a paycheck.

If speaking out against Obama will cost them tithers, if standing for marriage and the unborn will offend some, they will not risk anything that could threaten their lifestyle.

  1. Racism: This happened in the midst of Andrae Crouch’s funeral. Stevie Wonder said, “The only reason that people have rejected Obama’s policies of inclusion is because he is black.” In a spirit-filled church, during the memorial to a Gospel legend who did more than anyone before him to cross racial lines with Gospel music, Mr. Wonder had to inject race.  When you value the race of a politician above Christianity, Bible values, and morality, it is racism.
  2. Ignorance of Scripture: Preachers today do not know the Bible. Many no longer believe it is the inspired Word of God.  They have crafted their sermons from pagan writers, motivational speakers and secular music lyrics.  They do not pray and search the scriptures. Instead they research pop culture.

This is why they are ignorant of their calling to be watchmen over the flock of God.  This ignorance of the Bible is why we hear them agreeing with atheists and secular humanists.

  1. Ignorance of America: They do not value America. They have forgotten the way God worked in our history. Linked to this ignorance of America is their ignorance of the threat to her existence.  They do not understand what moral awakenings have meant to the United States.  Since they are ignorant of this miracle called America, they are also ignorant of the urgency for revival.
  2. Apathy: Two extremes create apathy; one is self-sufficiency and the other is total discouragement. When ministers have too much or too little, they say, “What is the use in trying anymore?” One has given up because they don’t need the drama. The other has given up because they believe it is hopeless.

Even though the causes are totally opposite, the result is the same:  A nation dies because leaders cannot muster the necessary outrage to take appropriate action.

  1. Competition: Many preachers do not see their fellow ministers as brothers in arms. They see them as competition.  They see them as predators of their people.  Wanting the biggest church has blinded them to the fact that we are all in the same army; that we are on the same side.  Some preachers actually relish the idea that their competitor is losing members and suffering loss.

So here is the bottom line.  Our refusal to repent of these things, our rebellion against our duty to stand as one voice against the evil of our government, will cost us the nation.

I am not the man to unify the leaders.  I know that someone will read this who is the person to make it happen.  As I said at the very beginning, we could wipe out the insanity of the White House in no time if we would stand together.  If we do not, we will go down in history as the worst generation of preachers in American History.

“But at night an angel of the Lord opened the prison doors and brought them out, and said, ‘Go, stand in the temple and speak to the people all the words of this life.’”- Acts 5:19, 20.

In direct response to a threatening letter let me tell you who to vote for on Tuesday November 4th

The midterm elections are a matter of life and death and the Church must not be cowed out of her power to vote by illegal covenants.

It was a dark day for the Church when the 501C3 clause was created.  It is anti-God, anti-American and anti-free speech.  In the 1950s, then Senator Lyndon Johnson did not like the way churches were talking about him, so he finagled a way to silence them by attaching this censorship of the church to a preexisting bill.  Henceforth any church that wanted Government recognition as a nonprofit Corporation had to agree not to say anything political from the pulpit.

The fact is that the Constitution already recognized the church.  No further recognition was necessary.  The church made a stupid deal with the devil.

I am prepared to confront it head on!   So let me tell you who to vote for.

I have only tepid feelings toward the Republican Party.  The established leadership abandoned its Reagan conservative roots for a wishy washy vision.  They do not have enough ideas on how to fix our nation.  That said, right now they are in my opinion our only choice.

The Democratic Party has declared open war on Christianity, American exceptionalism, marriage, the unborn and Israel.  Whatever doubt you may have about this should have been erased at the Democratic National Convention when the convention booed the idea of even inserting the word “God” into their platform.dictatorship blog inert

Obama has abused power again and again.  They abused the parliamentary tactic known as reconciliation to force Obamacare down our throats.  They did not even know what was in the bill or what it would do to the people.  As Nancy Pelosi said so well “We are going to pass it and then we are going to read it”   Never in history has a bill that was so sweeping (controlling one eighth of the entire economy) ever passed with all votes from one party.

Today we live in terror of Islamic extremists  because Democratic Senators lived in terror of Obama.   They will not openly oppose even the most insane behavior ever to come out of the White (Benghazi).  They presided over the dismantling of our economy, marriage and freedom of religion.  They never stood up to him and his rogue government.  As a matter of fact, they offered up the most exasperating excuses and explanations for what is undoubtedly the worse train wreck of presidency we have ever known.

Now they want your vote anyway.  Now they are implying they are not like him.   Yet, they will still enforce Obama’s policies long after he is gone.   For this reason alone they need to go or we will have no chance at all to undo the damage of Obama.

The 2014 midterms have all of the earmarks of a last chance for our nation.  The democrats have help make our world dangerous, atheistic, immoral and miserable.   This is true whether you are black, white Latino or Asian.

How ironic that at this moment Obama may be the only Democrat who is telling the truth about November 4th.  Every democrat running for office says this is not about Obama and now twice Obama has said that this election is indeed about him!

Right now, you Democratic candidates are running from Obama more than you are running for office.   But you can’t run.  You own your voting record and you own the wreckage of Obama.

Who should you vote for?  Go to the polls armed with only one fact in mind…did the candidate vote for Obama?  If they did then they need to go!

What about the lukewarm Republicans?  Yeah, well I want to give them a chance to lead…not by acclamation but by default.

Benghazi Massacre Blog copy

That is one more reason we need to display outrage in these midterms:  Let the Republicans feel the power of national outrage and keep your outrage handy so that the republicans will know we can fire them just as easily as Democrats.

Thomas Jefferson said it best “When the people fear the government you have tyranny but when the government fears the people you have liberty.”

Mario aren’t you afraid that your ministry will be attacked?  If it is attacked it will be because I am standing on the Word of God and the Constitution of the United States.  I cannot think of a better place to stand.

REBLOGGED: MAN OF GOD TELL THE TRUTH

Man of God: Tell the truth.

By Mario Murillo

Recently a man of God came to me in the same way that Nicodemus came to Jesus at night.  I am not Jesus and the subject matter was not about rebirth.  The similarity had to do with the fact that wanted to ask me something in private that he did not want to discuss publicly.

He asked me:  “Mario, there are many of us who know that you are right about Obama and what our government is doing to the nation and the church.  But we do not know how to speak out without losing members or my church our nonprofit status.”

So I asked how he felt about his silence.  “I feel sick” he said.  I asked, “How sick?”  He did not answer but the pain in his eyes showed that he was deeply conflicted. This is a good man who sincerely wants to do what is right.  So I made points about why he must speak out.

  1. A man of honor will never withhold truth because of personal consequence. Claire Delacroix said, “No man of honor avoided what needed to be done, simply because it might not proceed in his favor.”  Honor has become cheap. Honor is not hospitality or flattery.  It means courage and loyalty to the truth in the face of great personal cost.

Preaching must proceed from the things that are important to God and not the audience. There are issues that are urgent to Him.  He must see that you are willing to discern what is important enough to address.  How can you expect God to speak to you if He already knows you are going to run His Word through a filter?

“Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.” – Martin Luther King

big boy pants

  1. In your silence you are taking other people down with you.   Does it ever dawn on a preacher that he is actually damaging his audience when he only says what they want to hear?  He is not leading them forward; he is not improving their condition or alerting them to danger.

The decision to do this can be because the preacher has given into fear and no longer believes that God can change society so the best he can do is mouth soothing words.  David faced the temptation to speak out of defeatism.  In Psalm 73:15 He says, “If I had really spoken this way to others, I would have been a traitor to your people.”

  1. There is still time to save the country. This is the biggest reason to speak out. The ongoing destruction of freedom of speech and of religion has happened because God haters marketed a great lie to the masses. That lie is wearing thin and slowing down the takeover of our freedoms.

Now is the time to hold their feet to the fire.  We have not yet been driven underground.  We are not yet being forced to draw fish symbols in the dirt or huddle in catacombs.

Pulpit is responsible

Audiences are ready to listen to common sense preaching.  We must seize the moment.  Jesus said I John 9:4 I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day; the night is coming when no one can work.

You should never speak out on certain controversial issue unless the Spirit of God compels you but you are asking too much when you say that God has not moved your heart to speak out about our government’s overreach and persecution of Christians.  Oh and by the way, the IRS does not want to enforce the 501C3 gag order on Churches because they know it will lose in the Supreme Court.

IRS may have targeted conservatives more broadly.

IRS may have targeted conservatives more broadly

WASHINGTON A group of anti-abortion activists in Iowa had to promise the Internal Revenue Service it wouldn’t picket in front of Planned Parenthood.

Catherine Engelbrecht’s family and business in Texas were audited by the government after her voting-rights group sought tax-exempt status from the IRS.

Retired military veteran Mark Drabik of Nebraska became active in and donated to conservative causes, then found the IRS challenging his church donations.

While the developing scandal over the targeting of conservatives by the tax agency has largely focused to date on its scrutiny of groups with words such as “tea party” or “patriot” in their names, these examples suggest the government was looking at a broader array of conservative groups and perhaps individuals. Their collective experiences at a minimum could spread skepticism about the fairness of a powerful agency that should be above reproach and at worst could point to a secret political vendetta within the government against conservatives.

The emerging stories from real people raise questions about whether the IRS scrutiny extended beyond applicants for tax-exempt status and whether individuals who donated to these tax-exempt organizations or to conservative causes also were targeted.

Businessman with Tape over Mouth

Former IRS leaders have apologized for inappropriate scrutiny of conservative organizations. They haven’t to date, however, divulged who developed the criteria, how they were developed or when and how they extended to groups associated with conservative causes that didn’t have “tea party,” “patriot” or similar catchwords in their names.

Widening congressional investigations and federal lawsuits are likely to reveal more about the scope and intent of the inappropriate treatment of conservative groups by the IRS. The House Ways and Means Committee plans a hearing Tuesday to allow victims to testify for the first time. In earlier hearings, one IRS official pleaded the Fifth to avoid answering questions.

The Treasury Department inspector general who’s probing IRS activities, J. Russell George, recently acknowledged that he’s looking into other watch lists created by IRS employees. He said he was barred by law from disclosing anything more.

Sue Martinek of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, already knows what happened to her and others involved in the Coalition for Life of Iowa.

She first sought tax-exempt status for the group in 2008, maintaining contact by mail and phone with a woman identified only as Ms. Richards in the Cincinnati office of the IRS that’s now at the center of the scandal.

Martinek said the woman never offered a first name. A woman’s voice on a recording at her phone number doesn’t give a name, and messages left by McClatchy brought no response.

Richards told Martinek by phone in early 2009 that the group’s application had been approved, Martinek said. But Richards added a condition, according to Martinek. Board members first needed to sign a letter promising not to picket in front of Planned Parenthood offices, Martinek said.

IRS copy

“We were pretty surprised. But we had never gone through the process before,” Martinek said. “I was sort of, ‘If we have to, we have to, but this doesn’t seem a good thing to do.’ ”

A board member suggested contacting the Thomas More Society, a public-interest group that provides free legal help on conservative hot-button issues. It saw the IRS request to the Iowa group as forcing the group to abandon its First Amendment rights.

“We’re certainly not about protesting and picketing. That happens to be a small part of what we do. When we do go to Planned Parenthood, we’re going there to pray,” said Martinek, who said her group focused on educational forums and wasn’t a conduit for funneling money to political campaigns.

Ironically, Planned Parenthood does enjoy the type of tax-exempt status that Martinek’s group originally sought.

The story is similar for Christian Voices for Life of Fort Bend County, an anti-abortion group in suburban Houston.

IRS leaks

The IRS asked it, too, about protest plans. The IRS also asked for copies of grants and contracts. “I was quite surprised to see that our application wasn’t just immediately accepted,” said Marie McCoy, the group’s executive director.

In March 2011, an IRS employee in El Monte, Calif., asked in a grammatically challenged letter whether the group protested in front of medical facilities.

“In your educational program, do you education on both sides of the issues in your program?” IRS Exempt Organization Specialist Tyrone Thomas asked in the letter, a copy of which was provided by the Thomas More Society.

Thomas also asked, “do you try to block people to enter a building, e. medical clinic, or any other facility?”

The IRS hasn’t said who originally authored or authorized any of the questions that it now says were part of inappropriate criteria applied to conservative groups.

“My first thought was that this particular agent was incompetent and didn’t know the law,” said McCoy, who described Thomas as polite but resolute. McClatchy tried to reach Thomas via the number on his correspondence, but no one answered the calls.

Engelbrecht, 43, can sympathize.

Concerned about government regulation of her family’s manufacturing business, she became dissatisfied with the political process and particularly the 2008 presidential choices.

She discovered like-minded viewpoints and attended rallies, organizing a group called the King Street Patriots. It holds weekly meetings that include speakers on a range of topics, and it held a countywide candidates’ forum last year.

After witnessing what she called voter irregularities in the Houston area, Engelbrecht formed a group called True the Vote. With a paid staff of five, it aims to educate 1 million poll workers nationwide on spotting election fraud. Liberal groups view it as a conservative effort aimed at restricting minority participation, a claim that True the Vote officials deny.

In summer 2010, the groups sought IRS tax-exempt status. Six months later, Engelbrecht and her husband faced their first-ever audit.

IRS agents “came to a small family farm, counted the cattle, looked at the fence line,” she said.

The IRS continued to pepper True the Vote with questions, Engelbrecht said. In February 2012, the IRS sent the organization a 10-page letter with 39 questions including a request for “all of your activity on Facebook and Twitter.” Last week, still without a decision, True the Vote filed suit in federal district court asking for tax-exempt status.

The experience of retired Army Lt. Col. Mark Drabik suggests a possible new dimension to the IRS story.

After retiring in 2009 from a distinguished military career, he took a civilian job at the Strategic Command in Omaha, Neb. For the first time in his adult life, he could express political beliefs openly. He frequently wrote to elected officials and participated in conservative marches in Washington, attending national tea party events and donating to conservative talk-show host Glenn Beck’s 912 movement.

Then came an audit letter from the IRS.

The agency questioned him about church donations, deductions for family respite care – which provides caregivers with a brief rest – and his daughter’s equine therapy, he said. A doctor prescribed the last two as necessary because of the stress of caring for Drabik’s 19-year-old autistic son. The deductions had been claimed for almost a decade without IRS complaint.

Amid the IRS scandal, Drabik now wonders whether his support of conservative causes is to blame.

Barack Obama

“I did contribute to them. I did participate in the marches. That’s what worries me,” said Drabik, 49, who’s fighting the IRS over a sum in the ballpark of $20,000. After losing an IRS appeal, he was entitled to a second appeal, which to his great surprise went to the same person who handled his first.

The agency is prohibited from commenting on the cases of individuals.

For Drabik, a seed of doubt has been planted.

“I have to feel that that was a potential trigger” for the audit, he said, noting that the sum of his church donations and therapy deductions was pretty constant over almost a decade. “I am just a common citizen, who honorably served his nation for 23 years, who has not had this experience before and now honestly questions the actions and motivation of the IRS and how far they have gone in their actions.”

Today we work to restore free speech to the American pulpit

SILENCE IN THE FACE OF EVIL IS ITSELF EVIL: GOD WILL NOT HOLD US GUILTLESS.  NOT TO SPEAK IS TO SPEAK.  NOT TO ACT IS TO ACT.”  -Dietrich Bonheoffer

Today is Sunday October 7th. Pulpit Freedom Day.  Today in thousands of pulpits brave pastors will speak out about Obama record it, and send a copy to the IRS.  By this act of defiance they are confronting two great evils.

  1. Many are going to tell their people to stop Obama’s agenda for America.
  2. They are going to oppose a tax law that is wicked from birth.

No one needs to tell you why the Church must speak out at this time.  Any pastor who says that they do not want to get political is practicing the worst form of politics.  They are remaining silent to save their jobs and to keep from losing members.   I cannot fathom a pastor who would rather lose a nation than lose a tither.

Dietrich Bonheoffer opposed Hitler when the complacent Lutheran pastors felt it was not their place to speak out.  Eventually it was too late to speak out.  I believe we are living out that same nightmare scenario in America.  We are watching a man run a campaign like a desperate crime boss.

He intimidates those who oppose him.  He forces agencies to change facts to suit his purpose.  He is given a complete pass from the media.   For example, Obama has already committed a crime that far exceeds Watergate.  Obama refused to send protection to our Embassy in Libya.  They begged for it and he said no.   Because of that, 4 American diplomats died.

The other evil that pastors are confronting is Lyndon Johnson’s breathtaking corruption that has silenced Pastors since 1954

The history of Johnson’s IRS gag order is instructive. It began with what some historians believe to be a fraudulent election of Johnson to the Senate in 1948. It has been maintained by both conservative and liberal historians that Lyndon Johnson’s election to the Senate in 1948 was won by massive voter fraud. Known as “Landslide Lyndon,” this aspiring politician was “elected” by only 87 votes. His challenger, Coke Stevenson, challenged his election and presented credible evidence that hundreds of votes for Johnson had been faked. Johnson, however, was successful in blocking Stevenson’s effort by the clever use of “cooperative” court injunctions.

In 1954, Johnson was facing re-election to the Senate and was being aggressively opposed by two non-profit anti-Communist groups that were attacking Johnson’s liberal agenda. In retaliation, Johnson inserted language into the IRS code that prohibited non-profits, including churches, from endorsing or opposing candidates for political office. In effect, Senator Johnson used the power of the go-along Congress and the IRS to silence his opposition. Unfortunately, it worked. Some in Johnson’s staff claimed that Johnson never intended to go after churches, only the two “nonprofits” in Texas. Nevertheless, his sly amendment to the tax code affected every church in America, and it is a violation of the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States.

Under Obama, will this this gag order expand until the Gospel itself becomes illegal because of its effect on gays, Islam and socialism?   Do you really want to find out or do you want to follow Peter’s example today,   Acts 4: 18 Then they called them in again and commanded them not to speak or teach at all in the name of Jesus. 19 But Peter and John replied, “Which is right in God’s eyes: to listen to you, or to him? You be the judges! 20 As for us, we cannot help speaking about what we have seen and heard.”
