ITS NOT OKAY FOR YOU TO VOTE FOR BIDEN

Tré Goins-Phillips, who wrote an editorial for Faithwire entitled, “How you vote in November will not decide your salvation,” needs to be confronted.

I will provide the confrontation.

You should know that people often make a case for something that doesn’t actually exist. Take the title of this article, for example. How many of you have been telling people they are going to go to hell if they vote for Biden? My guess is, not many, if any. That is a writing tactic which is designed to distract you from the real intention of the piece.

You are supposed to react with, “My Goodness! Are people really saying that about going to hell?” No, they are not. But now you think there is a widespread problem for which Goins-Phillips will provide the solution. His is a position in search of facts. The truth is that this article introduces eternal damnation in order to create a false comparable: there’s not much difference between voting for Biden or Trump.

Especially, since your salvation is assured one way or another. The article misses the point entirely about why it is wrong for anyone who loves Jesus to vote for Biden: that it is simply not right.

This dastardly downplaying and manipulation of comparisons does a grave disservice to the church. That is because Goins-Phillips is heavily tilting toward “woke” rather than the Bible. Look at what he said:

“And it’s overwhelmingly clear that, although Scripture doesn’t explicitly name many of the issues voters are concerned about, the Bible—and Jesus—have a lot to say about the topics themselves: the value of human life, the importance of caring for the poor, the weight of justice, and the significance of loving your neighbor.”

He throws a bone to the stance conservative Christians take against abortion, in his reference to “value of human life.” The next three are all codes for leftist believers. But even in that he fails. Biden leads a movement that every Christian should find abhorrent. Let’s take stock of how Biden and Democrats handle the three remaining issues.

1.Caring for the poor. “Woke Christians” continually love to label Christians who support Trump as not caring for the poor. Yet, every city the Democrats control are hell holes and prisons of poverty. The Christian conservative wants a vibrant economy to lift people out of the Democrat plantations. You don’t end poverty by addicting people to government programs. You don’t give them the hope and the will to succeed that they need by continually convincing them they are victims. That is cruelty. You lift them out by creating a color-blind system of opportunity. Democrats have never and will never do that. And voting for them is a vote to keep these leftist gulags in business.

2. Weight of Justice: Clearly code for the anti-cop Black Lives Matter narrative and the campus social justice warriors. Never mind that black owned businesses have been burned and looted. Never mind that the incidents of police brutality, while vile and utterly inexcusable, are not the overwhelming cause of death in black neighborhoods. Black on black violence isn’t addressed because it exposes the true source of black misery in America: The Democrat Party and their corrupt elites control these killing fields.

3. Loving your neighbor. To love a neighbor, you have to love a neighborhood. Loving a neighborhood is not a photo-op by liberals acting out of white guilt. The weekend band-aids only make things worse.

Mario Murillo Ministries brings in food and clothing, but we know that is only a small part the answer. Inner city people need to see the power of God. They need deliverance and true conversion. They need churches that don’t perpetuate the store-front legalism. Rather, on-fire pastors who are called by God to work in these neighborhoods are the key. They need to get into the schools. They need to work with police. Who do you think opposes and locksdown these essential ministries? Leftist teacher’s unions and politicians. Clearly, you are not loving your neighbor by voting Democrat.

Then he says, “We should be wary of watering down the Word of God by believing—much less saying—the strength and veracity of a person’s Christian faith can be unquestionably extrapolated from how he or she votes in a few months.”

Tré Goins-Phillips’ editorial that began with the point that you won’t go to hell for voting for Biden has now evolved into the fact that how you vote isn’t a test of the veracity of your Christian faith. That is an entirely different point, and it is the real deception this article is designed to perpetrate.

Okay, let’s take that statement and time-travel it back to Germany when that nation was voting to install Hitler as Chancellor. Mein Kampf had been read by many, including Christians.  The church knew exactly what Hitler was going to do. And yes, the Christian faith of every German could unquestionably be extrapolated from how they voted. That was the whole point of Detrick Bonhoeffer’s ministry.

He said: “Silence in the face of evil, is itself evil: God will not hold us guiltless. Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act.”

You certainly will not go to hell for voting for Biden, but Bonhoeffer is right: God will not hold you guiltless. Goins-Phillips’ main point is that God will hold you guiltless.

China had one last election before tyranny took over, as did Russia, North Korea, and Iran. Elections have consequences. Votes matter.

The worst statement this writer made is the following: “Some of you may feel perfectly at home with team Trump, while others sense a camaraderie with the Biden camp.”

Camaraderie with late-term abortion? With ‘defund the police’? With looting and rioting? With men coming into restrooms with your young daughter? With drag-queen story hour? With same sex marriage? With a party that commits acts of terrorism, and then blames Donald Trump? With a party that has no idea how to run a country, so they say that Donald Trump is to blame for a 180,000 Covid deaths (when there have been 150K not 180K). Both Biden and Gore have threatened to use the military to oust the President from the Oval Office regardless of who is declared the winner of the election.

Camaraderie with atheism? Perhaps you didn’t know that the Democrat Party has made it a part of their platform to endorse and recruit atheists.

Ephesians 5:11 says, “And have no fellowship (camaraderie) with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them.”

(Should you want to read the Tré Goins-Phillips, article here’s the link  https://www.faithwire.com/2020/09/09/how-you-vote-in-november-will-not-decide-your-salvation/

His final statement is precisely what is wrong with the American church and the “spirit” I am continually fighting: “Instead, spend time in prayer, read Scripture, and seek wise counsel from those you trust, and cast your ballots in November with the confidence that, regardless of who is sitting behind the Resolute desk in the Oval Office come January 2021, Jesus will still be on His throne and your citizenship in His Kingdom is irrevocable.”

Only a silly person thinks that Biden can dethrone Christ. Only an ignoramus is fretting that a wrong vote will put them in hell. The worst kind of Christian is the one that abuses the false narrative: “God is in control, I don’t need to worry, neither do I need to act.”

God limited Himself to prayer and intercession. He placed the fate of nations on the right choices of people. That’s why 2 Chronicles 7:14 begins with, “If my people.” We don’t need to pray for an ethereal sense of who to vote for. We need to see the handwriting on the wall. America under Biden is doomed. America in the hands of lawless God-hating leaders is a curse we will bring on ourselves.

And while you won’t go to hell for voting for Biden—if you help him win—your children and grandchildren will pay for your sin long after you are gone. No, it is not ‘okay’ for a Christian to vote for Biden.

BLACKOUTS MATTER

Black Lives Matter and Antifa love to compare America to Nazi Germany. Let’s look at that for a moment. Imagine this happening in Nazi Germany: a Jewish man sees a 5-year-old German boy riding his bicycle and puts a gun to the boy’s head and shoots him. Do you think there would be a news blackout about that? Would life go on as if nothing had happened?

It would be the crime of the century, and it would be plastered on every wall and the state media would saturate the airwaves for 24 hours a day. The murderer would be executed, immediately.

A 5-year-old white child, named Cannon Hinnant, was riding a bike outside his father’s home in North Carolina when a 25-year-old black man, Darius Sessoms, walked up to him and at point blank range shot him in the head, witnesses told police.

“They were just playing in the yard like any other day,” Cannon’s father, Austin Hinnant, said Thursday of Cannon and his 8 and 7-year-old sisters.” Later, as he laid his son to rest, Austin told reporters, “[You] can’t imagine what it’s like to hold your son in your arms with a gunshot wound to the head, and his blood is running down your arms.”

This was a racially motivated execution, and a nation supposedly filled with systemic racism and white supremacy is having a news blackout about it.

Just as everybody screamed for justice for George Floyd, I will scream for justice for Cannon Hinnant. And don’t think for a moment that this is going to go away. Just because millions of God-fearing patriots don’t go out and loot and set buildings on fire doesn’t mean they will not take action.

Why was Cannon’s life snuffed out in such a brutal fashion? Because of his race. Why is that being ignored? Why is this little boy’s family and memory not a cause for all Americans, just as George Floyd’s was? You know why.

Blackouts matter. The media blackout of the motive behind little Cannon Hinnant’s death is deliberate and unforgivable. But it is permitted because of the real supremacy that is over America.  I am not politicizing Cannon’s execution—the Left is doing that—Democrats are doing that—Antifa is doing that. And they know why he was murdered, but they refuse to condemn the racism. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are not mourning this little boy or his family.

You monsters of protest and looting went out of your way to portray George Floyd as an innocent victim. Let’s do a righteous comparison: George Floyd was on the brink of overdosing on drugs, and for several minutes resisted police officers. Little Cannon Hinnant was just riding his bike. Who is the real ‘innocent victim’?

You ‘woke’ arsonists and rock throwers used George Floyd as an excuse to condemn all police. Is not the deliberate, racially motivated murder of a little boy a symptom of a far-reaching disease of hatred in America—hatred that you downplay because it interferes with your agenda?

And let’s not ignore the evil tweets from BLM concerning the death of this innocent child. “Blew his little white privileged brains clean out of his head. #BlackLivesMatter.”

Another posted this on Facebook, “(I don’t) give a s*** / he is white / it’s time for revenge / we tired / s*** over with now / we shooting y’all / go cry to you moma.”

https://thefederalistpapers.org/opinion/white-time-revenge-blm-supporters-celebrate-murder-5-year-old-white-child-cannon-hinnant

To the sane people of America, I declare that Blackouts Matter! This little boy’s story matters. Do not let his death be in vain. Speak up and refuse to let them label you as a racist—especially when that label is coming from the real racists.

Jesus Christ died for the sins of all men, women, and children, and it is because of Him that all lives matter.

Blackouts matter and so do elections. Vote the criminals out of office and let’s defund the news and social media that has proven itself to be nothing but an anti-America propaganda machine. And let us all pray for and show love to the grieving family of Cannon Hinnant.

THE CHURCH IS WASTING THE GREATEST OPEN DOOR I HAVE EVER SEEN

Demonstrators are about to hold a massive rally in Washington D.C. Maybe one million people. This gathering will flagrantly violate the current pandemic orders. You can count on it, the protest will take place, but there will not be a single arrest made.

Meanwhile, the church stays virtually out of sight, in order to comply with rules that are nothing but a farce, pure and simple. I have never seen so many American Christians being slapped around like this.

Yet, in spite of all of this madness—and as impossible as it may seem—there is a door that has opened. There is, in fact, something earth-shaking that we can do. We are sitting on an opportunity so astounding that it could define the church in a way we have not seen since the Jesus Movement.

What we need to do is stage a rally—a rally with at least 100,000 believers. What a statement we could make! The most amazing part about this idea is how completely doable it is.

I know of just 10 ministries who, with a little backbone, and just a few phone calls, could put together such a rally within a few weeks.

And, ahem, what about you wealthy Christian artists who have taken home a boatload of money from concerts? Why not give something back? Why not use the fame God has given you to muster legions of believers to a righteous cause? Not only can we do this rally, I believe it is a matter of life and death that we do it. Evil has made it’s statement. What about us?

Sadly, even as I propose this, I am convinced these ministries will never listen to me. I am just that ‘crazy evangelist.’ But I didn’t write this because I thought they would listen—I wrote this because God told me to write it. I will leave the outcome in His hands, trusting Him to let this fall into the right hands.

Let me answer all detractors.

-If you say we shouldn’t stage this event because it is against the law: It is the shutdown of the church that was against the law, in spite of what Chief Justice John Roberts said. Anyway, at this point, with all the protests, the rules that define all the hoops churches must jump through, just to meet on Sunday, are ludicrous.

The recent demonstrations taking place all over the nation prove the shutdown was bogus. Now, we, the church, must let go of fear—we must challenge this double- standard with a rally of our own. Let’s invoke the Constitution, not the criminal edicts of rogue governors in blue states.

God has people everywhere, even in the highest level of State Governments. Surely, someone reading this is in government, and has the clout to get this rally off the ground.

-If you say that our actions will be misunderstood, then you are not thinking it through: No matter what the church does, or has ever done, misunderstanding is unavoidable. Later in this blog, I will lay out what I believe needs to be said at the rally. We need to have a different message than the one everyone else is chanting.

-The government will shut us down, and some of us might get arrested. Yeah, and how would that look?  MAYBE IT’S WHAT AMERICA NEEDS TO SEE! That would be the visual the leftists can’t risk playing out on the evening news. That is why I know we will not be arrested and we will not be stopped.

Deal with it! It is not the government, the media or even the devil that is holding the church back, at this point—it is our own fears.  We didn’t used to scare this easy. We have an American legacy for rallies. Below is the picture of Billy Graham speaking to well over 150,000 people in Times Square New York City.

So, what shall we say at the rally? First, I will tell you what we should never say:

We should not waste time repenting of ‘white privilege.’ Leaders who do that, look ridiculous. Leave that repentance to those who are truly racist. If we take the race route, we will just become background noise. We need to tell America something they don’t already know.

A vast number of rational people believe that “white privilege” is itself a racist term. Those who avidly believe in white privilege will never accept your apology, anyway. To conservatives, you’ll come off like a grandstanding buffoon. To the Left, you are just feeding them a sound-bite that will be used against you, later.

We should not pontificate about our nation’s historical sins.  This is not a time to impress America with how “woke” you are, neither about history nor the evils that have been done by our ancestors. Again, that is just tedious droning.

We should not offer the tired platitude that: “while we hate the sin, we love the sinner.” Why squander valuable time reassuring people that we are nice?

And what is the big reason we should avoid all of these subjects?  It is that they are merely attempts at making us look good. They do not glorify God.

What then should we say at this rally?

1. A prayer. We should offer a prayer of repentance to God and not to man. The church with one voice should cry out to God for mercy. We should ask the Lord to hear our cry above the noise of the wickedness of violence, perversion, atheism, the betrayal of lukewarm believers, and the division that exists among denominations.

2. A declaration. One that says “justice can only come through the love of God.” We should declare the words of Martin Luther King: “Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.”

And that takes us directly to the final message.

3. We need to tell them that Jesus died on the Cross for them. Ever since we quit mentioning the Cross, we have lost power and influence among Americans. The message that Christ died for us all, softens the hearts of many who are argumentative about God. The devil has convinced us that we dare not mention the Cross. What a lie! It is the Cross that touches hearts. It is the Cross that proves Black Lives Matter.

Spurgeon said this: “Men stand out against the law of God, and defy the vengeance of God; but the love of God in Christ Jesus disarms them. The Holy Spirit causes men to yield through the softening influence of the Cross. A bleeding Savior makes men throw down their weapons of rebellion. ‘If he loves me so,’ they say, ‘I cannot do other than love him in return.’”

If we could resist the temptation to wander into the swamp of guilt and liberalism, we could simply make the case for God’s power. We would then overcome the enemy by the Blood of the Lamb and the Word of our testimony.

Time is running out. If the church does nothing, we are on a slippery slope from which there is no recovery. Somebody who has the chops to do this: please obey God, before it is too late. As John Adams once said, “Liberty, once lost, is lost forever.”
