John Voight’s plea to save America

Hollywood conservative and staunch Donald Trump supporter Jon Voight released a video “Plea to Save America” on Thursday, urging Americans to vote for the Republican candidate in next month’s election, which the actor called the “most important in American history.”
The actor, who recently sparred with Democratic contributor and Hillary Clinton supporter Robert De Niro over the latter’s disdain for Trump, appealed to Americans to vote for the only candidate who can “save our America.”

The full transcript of Voight’s remarks are below:

My dear fellow Americans.

We are all feeling tremendous anxiety with only a few weeks left to the election. This will be the most important election in American history.

We were once a country of freedom, and now we’re becoming a country of tyranny.

We are witness to our own people burning down and looting our cities. Ferguson, Missouri, Milwaukee, Orlando, Florida, Baltimore. We are all witness to our own people killing our policemen. Islamic terrorists have killed thousands of people all over our country, and Hillary and Obama want to be politically correct and pretend all the killings are not happening.

How many Americans are aware of George Soros? An evil man, who turned hundreds of Jewish people over the Nazis to be exterminated during World War II. He was interviewed on 60 Minutes, and was asked does he feel guilty for what he has done. And arrogantly, he said ‘Absolutely not. If I didn’t do it, someone else would have.’

Soros is a billionaire, who made most of his money manipulating currencies and almost bankrupting many countries. He supports hate groups, who are responsible for taking down our cities. And he is a close friend of Hillary Clinton, and a major supporter of her campaign.

Robert De Niro is a millionaire, as are so many of our Hollywood stars who are voting for Hillary, and who have absolutely no tolerance for anyone with a different opinion, forgetting that that is what our country is founded on: freedom of choice. But they will not be affected by Hillary’s open borders. Only our poor and middle class will suffer.

Thousands of refugees will flood our nation, and no one will know the good guys from the bad guys. It will kill our economy, which is at an all-time low now under the years of Obama’s presidency. And Hillary boasts of how proud she will be to continue Obama’s legacy.

No one can afford health insurance now. Prices for healthcare have gone through the roof thanks to Obamacare. Our once reasonable healthcare is gone.

With Hillary as President, we will lose our Second Amendment right to bear arms. Freedom of religion will be attacked, and Hillary will try to stop all conservative voices on TV and radio. Our highest court will become Socialist, and she will restrict what America was founded on, our freedom to become a small business owner and pursue our own personal dreams.

She has blood on her hands from the Benghazi terrorist raid. Four of our American patriots died, and when the parents stood over their loved ones’ coffins, she lied to them about the cause of their sons’ deaths.

The pendulum of freedom is not balanced. Hillary and her followers are on a crude campaign to stop and degrade all of Trump’s followers. Her words were echoed loud and clear for all Americans to hear. Hillary said Trump’s followers are a basket of deplorables. They are un-redeemable.

May God protect the real truth, and may Donald Trump win this presidency. He will save our America, and he will certainly make it great again.

Should Christians Vote for Trump?

Should Christians Vote for Trump?

By Eric Metaxas

Over this past year many of Donald Trump’s comments have made me almost literally hopping mad. The hot-mic comments from 2005 are especially horrifying. Can there be any question we should denounce them with flailing arms and screeching volume?

Trump’s behavior is odious, but Clinton has a deplorable basketful of deal breakers.

This question should hardly require an essay, but let’s face it: We’re living in strange times. America is in trouble.

Over this past year many of Donald Trump’s comments have made me almost literally hopping mad. The hot-mic comments from 2005 are especially horrifying. Can there be any question we should denounce them with flailing arms and screeching volume? I must not hang out in the right locker rooms, because if anyone I know said such things I might assault him physically (and repent later). So yes, many see these comments as a deal breaker.

But we have a very knotty and larger problem. What if the other candidate also has deal breakers? Even a whole deplorable basketful? Suddenly things become horribly awkward. Would God want me simply not to vote? Is that a serious option?

-What if not pulling the lever for Mr. Trump effectively means electing someone who has actively enabled sexual predation in her husband before—and while—he was president?

-Won’t God hold me responsible for that? What if she defended a man who raped a 12-year-old and in recalling the case laughed about getting away with it? Will I be excused from letting this person become president?

-What if she used her position as secretary of state to funnel hundreds of millions into her own foundation, much of it from nations that treat women and gay people worse than dogs? Since these things are true, can I escape responsibility for them by simply not voting?

Many say they won’t vote because choosing the lesser of two evils is still choosing evil. But this is sophistry. Neither candidate is pure evil. They are human beings. We cannot escape the uncomfortable obligation to soberly choose between them.

if

Not voting—or voting for a third candidate who cannot win—is a rationalization designed more than anything to assuage our consciences. Yet people in America and abroad depend on voters to make this very difficult choice.

Children in the Middle East are forced to watch their fathers drowned in cages by ISIS. Kids in inner-city America are condemned to lives of poverty, hopelessness and increasing violence. Shall we sit on our hands and simply trust “the least of these” to God, as though that were our only option? Don’t we have an obligation to them?

Two heroes about whom I’ve written faced similar difficulties. William Wilberforce, who ended the slave trade in the British Empire, often worked with other parliamentarians he knew to be vile and immoral in their personal lives.

Why did he? First, because as a sincere Christian he knew he must extend grace and forgiveness to others, since he desperately needed them himself. Second, because he knew the main issue was not his moral purity, nor the moral impurity of his colleagues, but rather the injustices and horrors suffered by the African slaves whose cause he championed. He knew that before God his first obligation was to them, and he must do what he could to help them.

The anti-Nazi martyr Dietrich Bonhoeffer also did things most Christians of his day were disgusted by. He most infamously joined a plot to kill the head of his government. He was horrified by it, but he did it nonetheless because he knew that to stay “morally pure” would allow the murder of millions to continue. Doing nothing or merely “praying” was not an option. He understood that God was merciful, and that even if his actions were wrong, God saw his heart and could forgive him. But he knew he must act.

Wilberforce and Bonhoeffer knew it was an audience of One to whom they would ultimately answer. And He asks, “What did you do to the least of these?”

It’s a fact that if Hillary Clinton is elected, the country’s chance to have a Supreme Court that values the Constitution—and the genuine liberty and self-government for which millions have died—is gone. Not for four years, or eight, but forever.

Many say Mr. Trump can’t be trusted to deliver on this score, but Mrs. Clinton certainly can be trusted in the opposite direction. For our kids and grandkids, are we not obliged to take our best shot at this? Shall we sit on our hands and refuse to choose?

If imperiously flouting the rules by having a private server endangered American lives and secrets and may lead to more deaths, if she cynically deleted thousands of emails, and if her foreign-policy judgment led to the rise of Islamic State, won’t refusing to vote make me responsible for those suffering as a result of these things?

vote

How do I squirm out of this horrific conundrum? It’s unavoidable: We who can vote must answer to God for these people, whom He loves. We are indeed our brothers’ and sisters’ keepers.

We would be responsible for passively electing someone who champions the abomination of partial-birth abortion, someone who is celebrated by an organization that sells baby parts. We already live in a country where judges force bakers, florists and photographers to violate their consciences and faith—and Mrs. Clinton has zealously ratified this. If we believe this ends with bakers and photographers, we are horribly mistaken. No matter your faith or lack of faith, this statist view of America will dramatically affect you and your children.

For many of us, this is very painful, pulling the lever for someone many think odious. But please consider this: A vote for Donald Trump is not necessarily a vote for Donald Trump himself. It is a vote for those who will be affected by the results of this election. Not to vote is to vote. God will not hold us guiltless.

Hillary Already Building Obama’s Third Term

Looking to lay the groundwork for her presidency if she wins the White House in November, Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton named several veterans of President Barack Hussein Obama’s administration for her transition team.

Hillary Already Building Obama’s Third Term

By Luciana Lopez

Ken Salazar, a former interior secretary and U.S. Senator from Colorado, will lead a team of four co-chairs including one-time national security adviser Tom Donilon and Neera Tanden, a former Obama aide who now leads the progressive Center for American Progress think-tank, the Clinton campaign said.

The other co-chairs are former Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm and Maggie Williams, director of Harvard’s Institute of Politics, the campaign said in a statement.

The announcement came as Clinton has gained momentum in the opinion polls against Republican rival Donald Trump, whose campaign has struggled after he made a string of controversial remarks since formally winning his party’s nomination last month.

Clinton leads Trump in the Nov. 8 presidential election by more than 5 percentage points in a Reuters/Ipsos tracking poll released on Friday. The current RealClearPolitics average of polls shows her 6.7 points ahead.

Clinton has been a former secretary of state, U.S. senator and first lady and her transition team includes old names from her long tenure in Washington, some of whom have also served Obama.

Tanden, who played a key role in shaping Obama’s health care overhaul, is a longtime friend and adviser to Clinton who worked on her Senate campaign. Williams was the 1992 transition director for Clinton when she became first lady, and then her chief of staff in the White House when Bill Clinton was president.

Two policy advisers on the campaign, Ed Meier and Ann O’Leary, will also move full time to the transition team.

Heather Boushey, the executive director of the Washington Center for Equitable Growth, will be the chief economist, the campaign said in a statement. Boushey has advised the campaign on economic policy.

Transition teams oversee personnel appointments and help develop an administrative framework during the period between the November election and the inauguration in January, to make it easier for a new president to begin implementing policy agendas.

Trump, a New York businessman who has never held elected office, picked New Jersey Governor Chris Christie to head his own transition team in May.

More establishment Republicans, alarmed by Trump’s inability or unwillingness to rein in his provocative remarks, have distanced themselves from the candidate in recent weeks. The Wall Street Journal, a leading conservative voice, said in an editorial on Monday that he should fix his campaign in the next three weeks or hand over to his running mate, Indiana Governor Mike Pence.

Trump drew heavy criticism after engaging in a prolonged spat with the parents of a Muslim U.S. Army captain killed in Iraq. Last week, he suggested gun rights activists could take action against Clinton, a statement critics found alarming but which he later said was aimed at rallying votes against her.

Trump also called Obama and Clinton the “co-founders” of Islamic State, a false claim he later said was sarcastic but did not wholly abandon.

Despite Clinton’s lead in polls, Obama warned Democrats against over confidence, telling a fundraising gathering on Monday in Massachusetts, “If we are not running scared until the day after the election, we are going to be making a grave mistake.”

Is this the video ad that will finish her?

Is this AD devastating enough to finish her campaign for President?  See for yourself…

It does not take a prophet to predict that Hillary will do irreparable harm.  That likely hood is well supported by a shipload of scandals, criminal acts and an endless trail of lies.    No sane person believes that she will automatically reverse course and be a decent competent president.

Hillary will destroy America with stunning finality.   For anyone pining to see the demise of America…Hillary is the ideal next step.  She is Obama 3.0…and something worse.

How she is worse is seen in a simple comparison.  Obama is a malice-driven ideologue.  His passion is to dismantle the United States.  His hate for America, Christianity and Israel informs every policy.

if she wins

Hillary is not an ideologue.  There are no code, any manifesto or core beliefs with this one.   She lusts for power.  She will say and do anything in order to hold on to power.  Even her marital martyrdom to a serial adulterer is all for show to keep her in the game.

If she is elected president there are 4 things that will happen.  There is no maybe in this—these 4 things are guaranteed to take place.

Economic collapse: She will continue secular progressive bloodletting.  She will increase addiction to government handouts.   We are nearing $20 trillion in debt.  Under her influence we will reach economic critical mass:  a debt we can never pay off.  America’s standard of living will never recover.

images

Moral nuclear winter:   Islam and immorality will enjoy widespread appeal as despair overtakes the nation.    The rights of Churches, Christian hospitals and colleges will be wiped out.  Free speech will evaporate.  Believers will be unable to move up in corporations or will be fired for their faith.    She will also abandon Israel with the same heartless ease that she abandoned the Americans in Benghazi.

Violence and death will overtake our children:   Discard morals—throw God out—honor debauchery and you will turn entire urban areas into killing fields.  The disregard that Obama engendered toward police will become outright rejection of law and order under Hillary.  Crimes will not be reported.  Guns will be confiscated leaving the average citizen utterly helpless.

She will also import criminals and terrorists.  Obama opened the borders—she will open the floodgates.  The cops will be hog-tied and violent offenders will avoid prosecution.

We will lose our Constitution:  Hillary has already boasted that she will exceed Barack Obama’s use of executive orders.  She will add justices to the Supreme Court that favor her mission to sidestep the constitution of the United States when it interferes with her ambitions.    She has repeatedly said that she wants to rewrite parts of the Constitution.

If she wins—historians will not ask “how did Barack Obama get elected” or even “how on earth did they reelect him?”  They will ask: “Why did they guarantee the death of the nation by electing Hillary Clinton?”

Trump supporters are deplorable racist, sexist, homophobic, Islamophobic and not American

Trump supporters are deplorable racist, sexist, homophobic, Islamophobic, unredeemable, and not American

From Jonah Bennett/ The Daily Caller

Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton said Friday that 50 percent of Donald Trump supporters are nothing more than a “basket of deplorables,” which means she considers about 25 percent of America to be “irredeemable.”

“To just be grossly generalistic, you can put half of Trump supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables,” Clinton said, according to CNN. “Right? Racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic, you name it.”

Numerous polls have put Trump’s support numbers at around 45 percent. Half that is 22.5 percent–the exact slice of America with which Clinton seems to have a serious problem.

“And unfortunately, there are people like that and he has lifted them up,” Clinton added. “He has given voice to their websites that used to only have 11,000 people, now have 11 million. He tweets and retweets offensive, hateful, mean-spirited rhetoric.”

In this particular statement, Clinton was referring to Trump’s tacit encouragement of the alt-right. She complained in August that Trump is “taking hate groups mainstream.”

For Clinton, who delivered the remarks at an LGBT fundraiser, the other half of Trump supporters aren’t so bad and happen to escape from falling in the “basket of deplorables.” Instead, these other Trump supporters just feel the government has let them down and also that nobody cares about them.

Clinton’s speech somewhat resembles comments made by GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney during the 2012 election, in which he told a private audience of donors that 47 percent of voters will inevitably opt for President Barack Obama, as they are rely on government handouts.

“There are 47 percent of the people who will vote for the president no matter what,” Romney said. “All right, there are 47 percent who are with him, who are dependent upon government, who believe that they are victims, who believe the government has a responsibility to care for them, who believe that they are entitled to health care, to food, to housing, to you-name-it.”

Falwell Hails Trump as the ‘Churchillian’ Leader the United States Needs

Falwell Hails Trump as the ‘Churchillian’ Leader the United States Needs

By Sandy Fitzgerald | Saturday, 20 Aug 2016 09:37 AM

Donald Trump is the “Churchillian” leader the United States needs, and is the clear choice in a “historic” presidential race that does not pit an establishment Republican against a liberal Democrat, Jerry Falwell Jr., one of Donald Trump’s early presidential race endorsers writes in an opinion piece for The Washington Post.

“We are at a crossroads where our first priority must be saving our nation,” writes Falwell, the president of Liberty University. “We need a leader with qualities that resemble those of Winston Churchill, and I believe that leader is Donald Trump. As Churchill did, Trump possesses the resolve to put his country first and to never give up in a world that is increasingly hostile to our values.”

President Barack Obama and Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, his one-term secretary of State, remind Falwell of another historical character: Neville Chamberlain, the British Conservative prime minister who is is best known for signing the Munich Agreement in 1938, relinquishing a region of Czechoslovakia to Adolf Hitler’s Nazi regime.

And, he writes, the nation’s $150 billion nuclear deal with Iran will clear the way for that country, “the leading state sponsor of terrorism in the world and a nation committed to the destruction of Israel,” to become a nuclear power. The deal reminds Falwell of Chamberlain’s deal with Hitler.

Falwell points out in his opinion piece that Americans were “forced to choose” between a liberal Democrat [Barack Obama] and “weak establishment Republicans” [John McCain and Mitt Romney] in 2008 and 2012. After Obama won, Americans in the 2010 and 2014 midterms put Republicans in control of Congress, but “still nothing changed,” Falwell writes.

In addition, he says, the policies of Obama and Clinton had the “intended or unintended” effect of breathing life into the Islamic State, and the “feckless establishment” GOP-led Congress enabled them.

Obama and Clinton also pushed the nation’s debt to $19 trillion, and law enforcement has been “demonized” by them, he continues.

Falwell warns in his article there will be “dire consequences” if Americans don’t unite between Trump and his running mate, Indiana Gov Mike Pence.

“If Clinton appoints the next few Supreme Court justices, not only will the Second Amendment right to bear arms be effectively lost, but also activist judges will rewrite our Constitution in ways that would make it unrecognizable to our founders,” said Falwell.

Did Clinton’s reckless email lead to Scientist’s execution in Iran?

Did Clinton’s reckless email lead to Scientist’s execution in Iran?

Hillary Clinton recklessly discussed, in emails hosted on her private server, an Iranian nuclear scientist who was executed by Iran for treason, Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., said Sunday.

“I’m not going to comment on what he may or may not have done for the United States government, but in the emails that were on Hillary Clinton’s private server, there were conversations among her senior advisors about this gentleman,” he said on “Face the Nation.” Cotton was speaking about Shahram Amiri, who gave information to the U.S. about Iran’s nuclear program.

The senator said this lapse proves she is not capable of keeping the country safe.

“That goes to show just how reckless and careless her decision was to put that kind of highly classified information on a private server. And I think her judgment is not suited to keep this country safe,” he said.

Iran confirmed on Sunday that Amiri had been hanged for treason.

“Through his connection with the United States, Amiri gave vital information about the country to the enemy,” a spokesman for the Iranian judiciary said.
