I NEVER SAID THAT

It was interesting how many thought I was claiming that any Christian who disagrees with Trump hates him.  I never said that.

It was equally remarkable to see how angry they got—how they took it so personally.

Some of the comments were hilarious.  “I am a believer, I don’t hate him and proceeded to say very hateful things about him. Other Christians cited the audio of Trump from 12 years ago as proof that he is evil.  Not even considering he might have changed.  Again, they add the disclaimer, “but I don’t hate him.”  Here’s some more comments:

“This is why young people won’t listen to us.”

“The article is divisive to the Body of Christ.”

“Stay out of politics.  No politician or party can be used of God.”

But my favorite criticism came from the guy who said he was a Christian and told me to go to hell for accusing him of hate.

Thank God they’re wrong about young people.  I hold nothing back and it just makes more of them show up.  I give them direct appeals and they come to Jesus.  It’s a canard to say youth won’t come hear me because of my views on Trump.

What looks divisive may simply be God separating the sheep and the goats.  A large core of believers is rising that is finished with the lukewarm church and squeamish believers .  That is a good thing.  It is beyond question where we are now.  When the hard left took possession of the Democratic Party, the first thing they did was throw the church out.  Thus destroying any innocent reason for a believer to vote for any democrat.

We have never faced such a hate-filled mob of media elites, Hollywood hypocrites, and God-hating extremists—hell-bent on crushing the Gospel of Jesus Christ in America.  Never, has it been clearer what side of the issue you should be on.

Who changed traditional marriage?  Who champions—not only abortion—late-term abortion?  Who puts Christian bakers out of business?  Who is ignores MS-13 because they are immigrants?  Who espouses bans on prayer, conservative speakers on campus, confiscation of guns, makes “F—Trump! a mantra” a statement, one Democratic columnist said, “was worthy of the Pulitzer Prize.”  Whoever is not utterly disgusted with the treatment of Judge Kananaugh will also shy away from their duty on other issues.

If you think God can’t work through a political leader think again.  If you think politics has no place in spiritual warfare think again.  Few if any of those offended by the post mentioned the evil of the Democratic Party and the grave threat they posed to America.

At this moment, God is trying marshal His people to stop the total destruction of freedom this November.  Sadly, many Christians still don’t get it.  They have the considerable energy to write hateful comments but not enough compunction to vote.

Yes, I’ll say and maintain my conviction…in all this madness of globalism, and George Soros-funded tyranny, Trump is a momentary reprieve from God—an imperfect vessel notwithstanding.  He is a stop-gap buying time for the church to act.  And it’s disastrous for the church to ignore it.  If nothing else, he defeated Hillary Clinton.

Never mind the dinky stuff.  Look at the policies and the laws he is undoing and the ones he prevents—laws and policies that would muzzle the church and will build a godless nation for your children and grandchildren.  Trump is a firewall.

When you say that God can’t use politicians you are saying only the devil can.

God’s catalysts can come in strange packages…ranging from the bizarre, to the coarse.  Samson, Saul of Tarsus, and even General Patton come to mind.  Often, they offended sensibilities, barged in where others feared to go.

The devil has the American church groggy on the goodness of God without the needed balance of the holiness of God—holiness that leads to authority—authority to rise and tear down cultural strongholds of Satan through moral awakening.

As I said, Trumps is buying us time.  Seizing the time?  Well, that’s our job.  I believe that many who protested my blog do not hate Trump but some of their overreaction is curious, and begs another question:   Where’s your alternative plan, or cogent grasp of the threat of the hard left, or even a concern about abortion, and the heinous sin that so many in the church just choose to ignore.  Is it that you wanted to be liked by the left or something worse, cowardice.

You know why Barack Obama is having problems executing his agenda?

Rapper Kanye West told 105.1 FM radio in New York City earlier this week that it’s because “Black people don’t have the same level of connections as Jewish people” (video follows with transcript and commentary):

KANYE WEST: We don’t got it like that. When I tell you only seven black billionaires, look at marginalization, and we feel like we happy because me and Rick Ross got it made, or I got a spread outside, a couple of us, or they put a black president.

Man, let me tell you something about George Bush and oil money and Obama and no money. People want to say Obama can’t make these moves or he’s not executing. That’s because he ain’t got those connections. Black people don’t have the same level of connections as Jewish people. Black people don’t have the same connection as oil people.

You know we don’t know nobody that got a nice house. You know we don’t know nobody with paper like that we can go to when we down. You know they can just put us back or put us in a corporation. You know we ain’t in situation. Can you guarantee that your daughter can get a job at this radio station? But if you own this radio station, you could guarantee that. That’s what I’m talking about.

I’m not sure what connections in the business world have to do with executing as president once you’re in office, do you?

Frankly, I think Obama’s failures have more to do with the fact that he never was in the business world and never ran anything.

That said, I guess West wasn’t aware that in the 2012 campaign, Obama’s connections helped him raise and spend more money than Mitt Romney.

Forbes reported in October 2012 about Obama’s top backers:

James Simons: $4.1 million

The hedge fund ‘quant king’ is the biggest billionaire donor to the left, giving $2 million to Obama-backing super PAC Priorities USA Action as well as supporting left-leaning Majority PAC and House Majority PAC.

– Irwin Jacobs : $2.1 million

The retired head of chip manufacturer Qualcomm also cut a $2 million check to Priorities USA Action, the super PAC backing Obama’s reelection.

– Jon Stryker: $2 million

Medical device heir, like Jacobs and Simons, pitched in $2 million to Priorities USA Action. He’s also a longtime donor to LGBT causes.

– Anne Cox Chambers: $1.6 million

The 92-year-old Cox Enterprises TV billionaire backed Obama supporters Priorities USA Action.

– George Soros: $1.275 million

The legendary investor hasn’t supported Obama directly, but he’s contributed to left-leaning groups Majority PAC, House Majority PAC, and American Bridge 21st Century.

– Haim Saban: $1 million

The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers mogul has divided his donation between C Priorities USA Action and left-leaning Majority PAC and House Majority PAC.

The following are Obama For America’s top billionaire ‘bundlers’, who’ve fundraised from their wealthy networks rather than given directly to any super PAC or other outside group. Obama’s campaign team provides a range rather than actual numbers.

– David Shaw, New York hedge funder: $500k+

– James Crown, of the Henry Crown dynasty of investors: $500k+

– Marc Lasry, New York hedge funder: $500k+

– Marc Benioff, founder of Salesforce.com: $500k+

– Penny Pritzker, business executive and Hyatt hotel heiress: $200k-$500k

As for George W. Bush, his net worth is estimated to be $35 million. West’s is $100 million.

Makes you sorry for him, doesn’t it?
