Trump will win by a landslide in 2020. Liberals are the ones saying this, and that explains everything.

The bombshell admission came last week on MSNBC.  New York uber-liberal Donny Deutsch said, “Trump will be re-elected in 2020 by a landslide.”  That—while amazing—is not the bomb.  It’s what he said next: “That’s why Trump must be removed from office now.”

As Wayne Allyn Root put it: “Donny revealed what liberals are all thinking, deep down. Trump is a lock for re-election by a wide margin. As Deutsch admitted, that’s why he must be stopped now.

Crazed liberals scream for his removal … impeachment … even assassination. Because they know Trump is succeeding. He is effective, he is erasing Barack Obama and he is fundamentally changing America back to a conservative, capitalist nation. They know they can’t stop him at the ballot box, so they have decided they have to stop him any other way they can — even resorting to violence, conspiracy and sedition.”

Did you see the words, violence, conspiracy, sedition…even assassination?

This explains everything.  It explains why CNN sent reporters to Thailand to interview prostitutes who “may have dirt on Trump.”  It explains why Hillary is not being investigated for Russian collusion.  It shows why the left will stop at nothing to get him out now.

Last December my spirit was deeply disturbed.  I sought relief in intercession.  My thoughts turned toward the President.  I wrote this to our partners in late December: “A massive disruption, is planned within the next 90 days.  There will be a major move against the president by both Democrats and Republicans.  In short, you will see the most vicious assaults—on our freedoms, our faith, and our children—you have ever seen.”  Those 90 days are up March 24th—the day of a massive march for gun control.

What I didn’t know is why the left lost its mind.  Now I do.  It is the certain reelection of Donald Trump.  It is hideous to think what they might do.  It is disgusting that they don’t care if Trump makes life better for Americans—that’s how deranged they truly are.  But there is a positive to this.

Gideon asked God for one last sign he would defeat the Midianites. It came from the last source he expected: The enemy.  God told Gideon to sneak into the camp of the Midianites—an army as many as the sand of the seashore in number.  He arrived at the right tent in time to hear this: Judges 7: 13 “Gideon crept up to one of the tents just as a man inside had wakened from a nightmare and was telling his tent-mate about it.

“I had this strange dream,” he was saying, “and there was this huge loaf of barley bread that came tumbling down into our camp. It hit our tent and knocked it flat!” 14 The other soldier replied, “Your dream can mean only one thing! Gideon, the son of Joash, the Israeli, is going to come and massacre all the allied forces of Midian!” 15 When Gideon heard the dream and the interpretation, all he could do was just stand there worshiping God! Then he returned to his men and shouted, ‘Get up! For the Lord is going to use you to conquer all the vast armies of Midian!’”

Beloved, the enemy is admitting reelection.  We should rejoice but we should also be interceding for our president to be protected form whatever is coming.  Now you know what is going on and how to pray.

Judge Not: The one big lie that is destroying America

What is the most dangerous lie in America?  What is killing us?  The abuse of a simple phrase that Jesus used, “Judge not that you be not judged.”  In the last few days, our site has smeared with vile posts by people claiming to be open-minded and, amazingly claiming to be more intelligent.

Judge Not: The one big lie that is destroying America

By Mario Murillo

What is the most dangerous lie in America?  What is killing us?  The abuse of a simple phrase that Jesus used, “Judge not that you be not judged.”  In the last few days, our site has smeared with vile posts by people claiming to be open-minded and, amazingly claiming to be more intelligent.  What was even more tragic was the host of self-defined Christians who went along with them saying silly things, “we shouldn’t judge,” and my personal favorite, “you are making it harder for us to reach people.”

I am not making it harder for you to reach people, because I wonder if you are reaching anyone.  How can you witness?  At some  point in witnessing you have to make a moral judgment.

I live in Northern California, ground zero for liberalism.  They are constantly telling people not to judge.  Their hilarious hypocrisy is breathtaking.  Bay Area liberals are the most judgmental people on the planet.  I have lived under environmental, nutritional, gender sharia law most of my adult life.

Last December in Danville California I said, “Merry Christmas,” to my waiter.  He scowled at me and said, “I do not want to exclude anyone.”  Talk about a hair trigger!  Everything on earth is a cause for liberals.  How do they sleep at night with so much judging to do???  They judge, food, animal treatment, gardening, the car you drive, even your fireplace.  To them, it is a world is filled with “ists.”    Sexists, elitists, capitalists, fascists, racists, and now because of animal rights there are “Specists” (people who believe humans are a higher species than man.)

Christians we better wake up!  Don’t take Jesus out of context just so you can hide in a deeply immoral nation.   Now read the best article ever on the abuse of “Judge not.”  By By  BRANNON HOWSE

Tolerance mongers seem to have found the one absolute truth they are willing to live by. How many times have you heard someone say, “Judge not lest you be judged”? The statement has become the great American open-mindedness mantra when anyone has the courage to declare that someone else’s belief, actions or lifestyle is morally amiss.

Another form of the same non-judgmental judgment is “that may be true for you, but it’s not true for me.” The logic behind the statement goes something like this: “Your truth is your truth and my truth is my truth. We are both right, and I hold to my opinion of truth.” The last time I checked, it was impossible for two chairs to occupy the same space around my dining room table, but evidently such rules of time, space and logic don’t apply to tolerance philosophy.

Postmodernism’s live-and-let-live concept of truth argues that even two opposite and wholly contradictory claims can both be true. This is as stupid as saying that black and white are the same color. Yet, it clarifies the absurdity of the postmodernism we are all supposed to blithely accept as the fundamental principle by which we respond to each other’s ideas – the “please and thank-you” of philosophical respect.

So beware.  If you dare claim that another person’s truth is not, in fact, truth but is, in fact, wrong, you are not only being intolerant but you are also being – Mantra forbid! – Judgmental.

In his book “True for You, But Not for Me,” Paul Copan describes the fallacy in this all too common thinking:

It has been said that the most frequently quoted Bible verse is no longer John 3:16 but Matthew 7:1: “Do not judge, or you too will be judged.” We cannot glibly quote this, though, without understanding what Jesus meant. When Jesus condemned judging, he wasn’t at all implying we should never make judgments about anyone. After all, a few verses later, Jesus himself calls certain people “pigs” and “dogs” (Matt 7:6) and “wolves in sheep’s clothing” (7:15). … What Jesus condemns is a critical and judgmental spirit, an unholy sense of superiority. Jesus commanded us to examine ourselves first for the problems we so easily see in others. Only then can we help remove the speck in another’s eye – which, incidentally, assumes that a problem exists and must be confronted.

Those that tell you not to judge, quoting Matthew 7:1 grossly out of context, are often some of the most mean-spirited, judgmental souls you could ever meet. It’s not, of course, that they don’t want anyone to judge anything, because they want very much to judge and condemn your commitment to lovingly speak and practice your Christian worldview. You see how these tolerance rules work? We must tolerate them, but they don’t have to tolerate us. The logic is consistent, anyway.

Today’s postmodern culture of adults and students is so consumed by non-judgmentalism that there are some who say we should not even call wrong or evil the terrorists that attacked America on Sept. 11, 2001. In a Time magazine essay entitled “God Is Not on My Side. Or Yours,” Roger Rosenblatt offers the philosophical underpinnings of the live-and-let-live rule for global terrorism:

“One would like to think that God is on our side against the terrorists, because the terrorists are wrong and we are in the right, and any deity worth his salt would be able to discern that objective truth. But this is simply good-hearted arrogance cloaked in morality – the same kind of thinking that makes people decide that God created humans in his own image. The God worth worshiping is the one who pays us the compliment of self-regulation, and we might return it by minding our own business.”

ht and wrong is “good-hearted,” even if the reactions to it aren’t. Alison Hornstein, for instance, is a student at Yale University who observed the disconnect between tolerance and reality. Writing on “The Question That We Should Be Asking – Is Terrorism Wrong?” in the Dec. 17, 2001, issue of Newsweek, Alison noted, “My generation may be culturally sensitive, but we hesitate to make moral judgments.” While that might be putting it mildly, she goes on to say:

Student reactions expressed in the daily newspaper and in class pointed to the differences between our life circumstances and those of the [9-11] perpetrators, suggesting that these differences had caused the previous day’s events. Noticeably absent was a general outcry of indignation at what had been the most successful terrorist attack of our lifetime. These reactions and similar ones on other campuses have made it apparent that my generation is uncomfortable assessing, or even asking whether a moral wrong has taken place.”

Hornstein further describes how on Sept. 12th – one day after Islamic extremists murdered more than 3,000 people on American soil – one of her professors “did not see much difference between Hamas suicide bombers and American soldiers who died fighting in World War II. When I saw one or two students nodding in agreement, I raised my hand. …. American soldiers, in uniform, did not have a policy of specifically targeting civilians; suicide bombers, who wear plainclothes, do. The professor didn’t call on me. The people who did get a chance to speak cited various provocations for terrorism; not one of them questioned its morality.”

If Americans don’t start to judge and punish evil instead of accepting all ideas and beliefs as equal, we will become a nation that welcomes same-sex marriage, polygamy, pedophilia, incest, euthanasia and likely a host of moral aberrations so bizarre they’re still hidden in the darkest reaches of the Internet.

I wish I had a dollar for every time I heard someone say, “you know we are not to judge people; even the Bible says ‘judge not lest you be judged.’” Americans had better start getting comfortable with politically incorrect, non-humanistic forms of making intelligent judgments on moral issues because even if we don’t make them, I’m concerned there is Someone very willing to hold our nation accountable for what we allow. And He doesn’t respond well to intimidation, name-calling, flawed logic or being quoted out of context.

The Cake

The Cake

By Mario Murillo

Here is the news: “The former owners of an Oregon bakery have been ordered to pay $135,000 to a lesbian couple who were refused a wedding cake, in the latest front in the battle between religious liberty and individual rights.

Oregon Labor Commissioner Brad Avakian ordered Aaron and Melissa Klein, who owned the Sweet Cakes by Melissa bakery in Gresham, Ore., to compensate the couple for emotional and mental suffering that resulted from the denial of service.

The Kleins had cited their Christian beliefs against same-sex marriage in refusing to make the wedding cake for Rachel and Laurel Bowman-Cryer.”

Okay, I disagree with the gay militants and the bakery in this situation.  In my opinion, the American church and gay community both need a lesson, a lesson that I hope this message will bring.

I began my ministry in San Francisco where I was born and raised.  That fact alone should tell you a lot about my development as a preacher.  In other words, I learned to coexist with the gay community.  Gay marriage has been tacitly legal here since the Gold rush.  I grew up with gay parades.

Unlike so many of my fellow preachers, I have always preached behind enemy lines.  There is one thing that I have heard for my entire ministry: “you cannot win souls here, the people are too hostile toward God.”  I heard that in San Francisco.  I heard it in Berkeley where I first witnessed the power of God change angry radicals into Christ followers.

We have conducted 5 major Christian crusades in San Francisco.  We are the only evangelistic ministry ever to be granted use of the sacred Louise M. Davies Symphony Hall in downtown San Francisco.  We drew a crowd of 14,000 to the Cow Palace Arena that included a mass of unchurched people.  ( Below is the picture of the Cow Palace crowd.)

Web site shot of Cow Palace

Now wrap your mind around this: we have never, not once, been picketed or harassed by gay militants and we have never compromised our Biblical stand on sin.

How were we able to do this?  We did it by weeding out the misguided radicals in the church and in the gay community.  We made the effort to explain our attitude to rational thinkers who disagreed with Christianity.  It did not always work but it help build respect, albeit respectful disagreement.

Our approach was to show them that we believe in preserving dignity and open dialogue and we sought out those in every movement that are of like mind.  We even gave them our phone numbers to call to complain about any of workers who stepped over the line.

As impossible as it is for some extreme gay radicals and Westboro Baptist types to imagine, there are rational people on both sides who want to engage in civil discourse.

One thing that I learned early: never insult anyone’s intelligence.  Ministries that want it both ways are silly.  It doesn’t work to hide what the Bible teaches in order to be liked.  The Gay community can read.

This is why I disagree with mega churches that are muting their beliefs in order to be accepted by the Gay community.  That works on some, at least until they find out what it you actually believe.  Thinking people will realize what you are doing, and will be insulted.

One of my heroes is David Wilkerson.  He stood against sin in America.  His church was not nestled securely in the Bible belt.  His Times Square Church in New York City proclaimed holiness in the epicenter of immorality.  Strippers, transvestites, and every so-called alternative lifestyle were right outside their door.

rev-david-wilkerson (2)

No one protested them as hateful and David never compromised.   Untold numbers have walked in and found in Christ. Nothing works better than compassion with conviction.

Now let me put a bottom line on all of this:

1.Oregon is stupid to pursue this action against the bakery. You need to rethink your actions in this case. Your position is totally legal, but this is a new day.  By forcing Gay Marriage on America, the Supreme Court created a new discriminated group: Christians who oppose Gay marriage for religious reasons and practice civil disobedience.  Civil disobedience is a modern American tradition from Martin Luther King, Cesar Chavez to Harvey Milk.

It is ironic Oregon; you are prosecuting civil disobedience by using a law of anti-discrimination that was created by civil disobedience.  It is understandable that you are amateurs at this since liberals have only recently become the oppressive majority.

Oregon, you need dismiss the fine and find an accommodation for Christian Businesses or you will start a new revolution. Your punishment seems harsh and bred out of the current frenzy of anti-Christian sentiment.  By squashing Sweet Cakes by Melissa you will galvanize the Church and probably win them sympathy from groups that have long dwelled in the liberal camp.

Besides you look silly. What a headline: HIPPIES FROM PORTANDIA SQUASH FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND RELIGION. And think about history Oregon.  Montgomery had Rosa Parks, Berkeley had the free speech movement and you had the cake deal.

2. Christians need to find better ways to express civil disobedience, but we do need to disobey.  The law of the land is clear and in this instance, a restaurant, bakery, etc., may do business with whom it chooses. Conversely, there are laws against discrimination in service based on gender, race, disability, national origin, sexual orientation, and age that trump any signs or private property arguments to the contrary.

The Bible agrees.  Look at these verses: “1 Corinthians 5:9 I wrote to you in my epistle not to keep company with sexually immoral people. 10 Yet I certainly did not mean with the sexually immoral people of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or idolaters, since then you would need to go out of the world. 11 But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone named a brother, who is sexually immoral, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner—not even to eat with such a person.”  Read this again a few times.

Paul would have likely said to Aaron and Melissa Klein…”look you can go ahead and bake the cake because it is not feasible to protest Gay Marriage through business dealings.  Are you going to stop using Apple, Microsoft, Firefox, Google and Facebook because they are advancing Gay Marriage?  In that case, you would have to leave the earth to find moral purity.”

However, you should not bake a cake or make any food for a false Christian.  If someone names the name of Christ and is sexually immoral, don’t feed them or associate with them.

3. Gay radicals and feminists only expose their true goal when they target Christian businesses. This cake thing went way too far. It should have gone down more like this:

-“We want you to bake a cake that says it supports gay marriage, will you?

-“You really don’t want to make me do this, do you? The law is on your side but you are making me violate my conscience.  If you insist, I’ll be forced to do it.”

“On second thought, we would rather have someone who is supportive bake it.”

It is not about marriage when you deliberately target Christian businesses for cakes, photographs and flowers; you are instead making a political statement.  You are taking what you say will be the most beautiful day of your life and stocking it full of people who disagree with what you are doing.  How romantic!

This only confirms that gay marriage is not the goal.  Extreme radical gays and feminists do not seek marriage equality; they are trying to abolish marriage.  Socialists and Secular Progressives know that removing the family gives the government much greater control.  They want to make it illegal to disagree with Gay Marriage and a free society cannot do that.

Neither the church nor gay marriage is going away anytime soon.   Agreeing to disagree is the only way a free society can survive.

You want to keep Portland weird not fascist.

dsc_0022

4.  The Church must get way beyond pastry.  The line drawn in the sand should begin by exposing those who want to make it a crime to disagree with gay marriage and those who spew hatred in the name of Christ.

Ministers should not be forced to do gay weddings.  The government must not deny or remove nonprofit status because of Christian convictions.

The Supreme Court made the same massive mistake with gay marriage that they made with abortion.  They abused power and ripped the debate out of the hands of the people before it was resolved.  This guarantees division. Remember, Roe V Wade birthed the pro-life movement.

There is no doubt that some took this unconstitutional action to mean open season on Christians.  Christians must now band together and resist the abuse of freedom of religion for the sake of future generations of Americans.

If that means disobeying laws that directly violate our freedom of religion so be it.  But it doesn’t mean we can’t start by  appealing to reason and promote civil discourse when and where it is still possible.

If you are finally ready

If you are finally ready

If you are finally ready

By Mario Murillo

“I wish you would give us an answer for America.”  I hear that a lot!   Oh the answer is out there alright, but you have to be ready.  Many believe that they are ready but they are not. The proof that most believers are not ready is the jaw-dropping non reaction to the legalization of gay marriage.  This darkest day in American history– brought on by the most outrageous abuse of power ever by the Supreme Court—was met by tepid, scattered, and disjointed outrage.

To be ready means an unshakable passion for change.  The sorcerer tried to buy from Peter the power to impart the Holy Spirit.  Peter said, “You have neither part nor portion in this matter, for your heart is not right in the sight of God” – Acts 8:21. The daily behavior of millions of Christians and pastors prove they are not ready.

If you are playing games you are not ready.  Seeker churches are playing a marketing game.  They will never be a force for change in our culture; unless of course, someone invents a way to have moral awakening without repentance.

1 blog copy

The hyper-emotional churches are not ready either.  They are also playing games.  Fire tunnels and prophetic conferences can easily degenerate a version of Dungeons and Dragons.  Those who chase blessings and “words” are worse than unready, they are immobilized.  They are play-acting at revival.

Do lost souls, national sin, and the loss of our constitution deeply matter to you?   If they do not, God will not enroll you to save America.  How could He?  If you shy away from reality and say silly things like, “I don’t want to know what is going on, it is too depressing,” then you have no part in the solution.

Here are the people who are ready: Pastors who want to influence the culture more than they want a big church are ready.  Pastors who are passionate for the gifts of the Holy Spirit, and cannot live without winning the lost, are ready.   Christians, who are clear that America will soon die without revival, are ready. What is the most urgent sign that you are ready?  The answer is an unambiguous conviction to pursue revival even if no one else joins you.  God is not waiting for the church.  He will start without them.   All He needs is one willing vessel. 2 blog The one willing vessel will unlock awesome power by confessing, “I will do whatever it takes for however long it takes.”  What makes this idea come alive is something called the Stockdale Paradox.  Here is an excerpt from Good to Great written by Jim Collins: The name refers to Admiral Jim Stockdale, who was the highest ranking United States military officer in the “Hanoi Hilton” prisoner-of-war camp during the height of the Vietnam War. Tortured over 20 times during his eight-year imprisonment from 1965 to 1973,

Stockdale lived out the war without any prisoner’s rights, no set release date, and no certainty as to whether he would even survive to see his family again. “Here I am sitting in my warm and comfortable office, looking out over the beautiful Stanford campus on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. I’m getting depressed reading this, and I know the end of the story! I know that he gets out, reunites with his family, becomes a national hero, and gets to spend the later years of his life studying philosophy on this same beautiful campus.

If it feels depressing for me, how on earth did he deal with it when he was actually there and did not know the end of the story?” “I never lost faith in the end of the story,” he said, when I asked him. “I never doubted not only that I would get out, but also that I would prevail in the end and turn the experience into the defining event of my life, which, in retrospect, I would not trade.”

I didn’t say anything for many minutes, and we continued the slow walk toward the faculty club, Stockdale limping and arc-swinging his stiff leg that had never fully recovered from repeated torture. Finally, after about a hundred meters of silence, I asked, “Who didn’t make it out?” “Oh, that’s easy,” he said. “The optimists.” “The optimists? I don’t understand,” I said, now completely confused, given what he’d said a hundred meters earlier. “The optimists. Oh, they were the ones who said, ‘We’re going to be out by Christmas.’ And Christmas would come, and Christmas would go. Then they’d say, ‘We’re going to be out by Easter.’ And Easter would come, and Easter would go. And then Thanksgiving, and then it would be Christmas again. And they died of a broken heart.”

Another long pause, and more walking. Then he turned to me and said, “This is a very important lesson. You must never confuse faith that you will prevail in the end—which you can never afford to lose—with the discipline to confront the most brutal facts of your current reality, whatever they might be.” Blog 3 Why is this Paradox so important to the American church right now?  The answer is the last 7 years.  These are years that shattered Pollyanna doctrines and fluff faith.  We never dreamed it could get this bad this fast. Our version of optimists has left the church.  They have fallen away because of persecution.

The remnant is ready for untold power if it heeds this lesson: Things are bad, really bad; deal with it.  But never, ever lose faith in the arrival of revival.  Embrace the facts no matter how brutal they seem and at the same time believe with all of your might that everything you are doing to see the power of God released on America will be rewarded. When you pray, God will hear.  When you speak out people will listen.  No matter how unpromising your action feels now, keep going because “there is no restraint with God to save by few or to save by many!”  Hallelujah!

Mario Murillo answers hard questions for young pastors who are afraid to speak out against Obama

 young

Mario Murillo answers hard questions for young pastors who are afraid to speak out against Obama

An Open Letter about the Silence of  Young Pastors.

In this letter I will answer as clear as possible the most common questions that young Pastors keep asking me:

Question: Why are you as an evangelist speaking out against Obama?

Answer: As a man of God, I am a watchman; every God-called preacher in America is a watchman.  Hebrews 13:17 “Have confidence in your leaders and submit to their authority, because they keep watch over you as those who must give an account.”

It is the duty of a watchman to see danger when it approaches the sheep of God.  However, their highest duty is to intervene before the danger gets to the sheep.

I know that as a young preacher you have heroes from an older generation.  Many baby boomers do not realize how much America has changed.  They cling to old models and remember days when politicians respected God.  We live in a different world now.  We have an administration that is dismantling the things that make us great.   I am , in this letter giving you a side of the story that you do not often get.  I pray that you will see that speaking out by God’s power against Obama is a part of seeing revival in America.

Obama is an existential threat to American Christians and America’s greatness.  We saw this very early on: He has antipathy toward the Gospel and Bible values.  He uses his presidential power to weaken the American exceptionalism and Christianity through Obamacare, amnesty, same sex marriage, and his refusal intervene in the massacre of Christians around the world at the hands of Islam.   He still calls Islam  a religion of peace!

When I see the words “as those who must give an account’ I believe that every minister will give an account to God for what they did during this regime that openly attacks the values that made us great.

In just 6 short years, we have been marginalized.  Our traditional views on marriage, abortion and doctrines are being treated as if they are some new and threatening extreme.charade

Question:  Aren’t we told not to judge?

Answer:  Matthew 7: 1 Judge not that you be not judged:   This quote from Brannon Howse says it all, “We cannot glibly quote this, though, without understanding what Jesus meant. Only then can we help remove the speck in another’s eye – which, incidentally, assumes that a problem exists and must be confronted.”

He goes on to explain how silly we are to let the anti-Christians forces use our misapplication against us: “Those that tell you not to judge, quoting Matthew 7:1 grossly out of context, are often some of the most mean-spirited, judgmental souls you could ever meet. It’s not, of course, that they don’t want anyone to judge anything, because they want very much to judge and condemn your commitment to lovingly speak and practice your Christian worldview. You see how these tolerance rules work? We must tolerate them, but they don’t have to tolerate us.”

This is why under Obama you see more restrictions on free speech.  Some of those restrictions are by new laws and others by slander.  Those who follow Obama have more hate labels than anyone else.  When you oppose them you are sexist, racist, homophobic, Islamophobic… and the list goes on and on.

Question: According to scripture isn’t Obama God’s choice for America?

Answer: Some silent Pastors misapply  Romans 13: 1-3, use to defend the idea that Obama is God’s choice ““Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resists the power resists the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil.”

Please notice… “For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil.” This phrase is critically important because it reveals the context i.e., appropriate government is only a terror to evil works; but not to good works. Good government is NOT a terror to good works. When a government is rampant with crime, tyranny and injustice, we are no longer to submit.  Obama is a clear and growing terror to the good works of the Church.

I do not believe that Hitler was God’s choice for Germany, or that Stalin was God’s choice for Russia, or that Mao was a divine answer for China or that Kim Jong-un is God’s choice for North Korea.

I do not place Obama on the level of tyranny of those other men but he indeed is building a lengthening legacy of lawlessness.

dietrich-bonhoffer

Obama is the most biblically hostile president in our history and there are a ton of examples of this.  Many of these actions are literally unprecedented – this is the first time they have happened in four centuries of American history. The hostility of President Obama toward Biblical faith and values is without equal from any previous American president.(For those are hearty enough to read them there is a long list of his hostile acts against the Bible attached at the end of this letter.)

Question:  No matter what, shouldn’t you as a minister respect the president?

Answer:  The Constitution does not require Americans to serve their president.  It does however require the president to serve and protect the people…something that Obama has clearly not done.

I take it one step further…Obama is not my president.  I did not vote for him, I suspect the way he was elected and I consider his executive orders unlawful to the degree that he should be removed from office.

My president would have sent help to Benghazi to save the 4 Americans who begged him to save their lives.

My president would not have railroaded America into Obamacare.

My president would overrule freedom of religion.

My president would see that the constitution is not there to protect the government from the people, but to protect the people from the government.

My president would not divide and conquer; he or she would unite and heal.

I pray for him but I do not respect him.

What is your final word to young pastors?

Answer:  I believe that there will be a day when pastors–starting out today– will bitterly regret their compromise.  That day will reveal their true motives and they will not be able to hide behind spiritual catch phrases.

I believe that the silence of the older pastors helped Obama win reelection; that their continuing silence is one of the greatest threats to the future of the American church, and that every minister will give an account to God for what they did during this open persecution of the sheep.

All of my younger brothers and sisters in ministry, I leave you with this clear mandate from  Esther 4:14 “For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”

Renounce the party line and preach the whole counsel of God.  Teach your people what the Bible says about repentance and holiness.  Leave nothing out and do not be afraid to confront controversial subjects while we still can.

We do not need civil war we need national revival.  However, time is running out and so are our options.  Speak out!

SignJudgeNot

As an added store of ammunition for your arsenal let me give you a list of Obama’s direct acts of hostility against the Bible and the church.

1. Acts of hostility toward people of Biblical faith:

    • December 2009-Present – The annual White House Christmas cards, rather than focusing on Christmas or faith, instead highlight things such as the family dogs. And the White House Christmas tree ornaments include figures such as Mao Tse-Tung and a drag queen. [1]
    • June 2013 – The Obama Department of Justice defunds a Young Marines chapter in Louisiana because their oath mentioned God, and another youth program because it permits a voluntary student-led prayer. [2]
    • February 2013 – The Obama Administration announces that the rights of religious conscience for individuals will not be protected under the Affordable Care Act. [3]

    • October 2013 – Catholic priests hired to serve as military chaplains are prohibited from performing Mass services at base chapels during the government financial shutdown. When they offered to freely do Mass for soldiers, without regard to whether or not the chaplains were receiving pay, they are still denied permission to do so. [26]
    • October 2013 – The Air Force Academy, in response to a complaint from Mikey Weinstein’s Military Religious Freedom Foundation, makes “so help me God” optional in cadets’ honor oath. [27]
    • August 2013 – A Department of Defense military training manual teaches soldiers that people who talk about “individual liberties, states’ rights, and how to make the world a better place” are “extremists.” It also lists the Founding Fathers — those “colonists who sought to free themselves from British rule” — as examples of those involved in “extremist ideologies and movements.” [28]

    • July 2013 – An Air Force chaplain who posted a website article on the importance of faith and the origin of the phrase “There are no atheists in foxholes” was officially ordered to remove his post because some were offended by the use of that famous World War II phrase. [33]

    • June 2013 – The Obama administration “strongly objects” to a Defense Authorization amendment to protect the constitutionally-guaranteed religious rights of soldiers and chaplains, claiming that it would have an “adverse effect on good order, discipline, morale, and mission accomplishment.” [35]
    • June 2013 – At a joint base in New Jersey, a video was made, based on a Super Bowl commercial, to honor First Sergeants. It stated: “On the eighth day, God looked down on His creation and said, ‘I need someone who will take care of the Airmen.’ So God created a First Sergeant.” Because the video mentioned the word “God,” the Air Force required that it be taken down. [36]

    • August 2013 – Non-profit charitable hospitals, especially faith-based ones, will face large fines or lose their tax-exempt status if they don’t comply with new strangling paperwork requirements related to giving free treatment to poor clients who do not have Obamacare insurance coverage. [61] Ironically, the first hospital in America was founded as a charitable institution in 1751 by Benjamin Franklin, and its logo was the Good Samaritan, with Luke 10:35 inscribed below him: “Take care of him, and I will repay thee,” being designed specifically to offer free medical care to the poor. [62] Benjamin Franklin’s hospital would likely be fined unless he placed more resources and funds into paperwork rather than helping the poor under the new faith-hostile policy of the Obama administration.
    • August 2013 – USAID, a federal government agency, shut down a conference in South Korea the night before it was scheduled to take place because some of the presentations were not pro-abortion but instead presented information on abortion complications, including the problems of “preterm births, mental health issues, and maternal mortality” among women giving birth who had previous abortions. [63]
    • June 2013 – The Obama Administration finalizes requirements that under the Obamacare insurance program, employers must make available abortion-causing drugs, regardless of the religious conscience objections of many employers and even despite the directive of several federal courts to protect the religious conscience of employers. [65]
    • December 2012 – Despite having campaigned to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, President Obama once again suspends the provisions of the Jerusalem Embassy Act of 1995 which requires the United States to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and to move the American Embassy there. 4. Acts of preferentialism for Islam:

    • August 2010 – Obama speaks with great praise of Islam and condescendingly of Christianity. [89]
    • August 2010 – Obama went to great lengths to speak out on multiple occasions on behalf of building an Islamic mosque at Ground Zero, while at the same time he was silent about a Christian church being denied permission to rebuild at that location. [90]
    • April 2010 – Christian leader Franklin Graham is disinvited from the Pentagon’s National Day of Prayer Event because of complaints from the Muslim community. [91]
    • April 2010 – The Obama administration requires rewriting of government documents and a change in administration vocabulary to remove terms that are deemed offensive to Muslims, including jihad, jihadists, terrorists, radical Islamic, etc. [92]
    • May 2009 – While Obama does not host any National Day of Prayer event at the White House, he does host White House Iftar dinners in honor of Ramadan. [93]
  • 2010 – While every White House traditionally issues hundreds of official proclamations and statements on numerous occasions, this White House avoids traditional Biblical holidays and events but regularly recognizes major Muslim holidays, as evidenced by its 2010 statements on Ramadan, Eid-ul-Fitr, Hajj, and Eid-ul-Adha. [94]

Many of these actions are literally unprecedented – this is the first time they have happened in four centuries of American history. The hostility of President Obama toward Biblical faith and values is without equal from any previous American president.

AL SHARPTON DODGES RACISM DEBATE AT OXFORD

AL SHARPTON DODGES RACISM DEBATE AT OXFORD UNION, WILL DELIVER PREPARED SPEECH

This Friday, the Oxford Union in London will hold a debate about race relations in the United States. MSNBC host Al Sharpton accepted an invitation to the event, but after confirming he would be one of the participants to propose the motion that the United States is “institutionally racist,” he did an about face, shocking his esteemed hosts.

Sharpton was supposed to defend his proposition along with Black Panther leader Aaron Dixon and liberal blogger Mychal Denzel Smith, while SiriusXM host, Breitbart News, and Fox News Contributor David Webb; conservative commentator Joe R. Hicks; and BBC radio host Charlie Wolf would oppose the motion in a structured Oxford-style debate.

The Oxford Union has committed to continue with the debate, which will be held this Friday, January 23rd. The debate details are on their website at oxford-union.org.

Sources have indicated that Sharpton, who is an informal adviser to both President Obama and New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, has asked Oxford for an opportunity to speak but not debate the counter argument. “He wants to control the event, because he won’t debate the facts and the real issues including how his own conduct impacts race relations in the U.S.,” stated Webb. “He doesn’t want to be exposed for what he really is – a shakedown artist and racial coward. After years of conning people into giving him money by fanning the flames of racism, he’s just too afraid to have a civil, fact-based conversation about the issues of race in America.”

Oxford will allow Sharpton to speak for 20 minutes before the debate but will also have to answer questions from the audience, Webb, Hicks, and Wolf. The Oxford union, to its credit, is attempting to keep its history of fair debate intact. Webb was assured by the Oxford Union president Lisa Wehden that the opposing side will have an opportunity to ask questions of the Sharpton following his structured remarks. “It would be wrong to allow Sharpton to get away with just his usual thin, inflammatory rhetoric when this is supposed to be a substantive discussion,” said Webb.

Sharpton had a rough year in 2014, with criticism coming from all sides. Most recently, Sharpton’s comments following the Michael Brown and Eric Garner cases came under fire for creating a racially charged environment in New York and elsewhere that has pundits and citizens have alleged led to more violence against police across America. The New York Times investigated the long-rumored issue of tax evasion, claiming that Sharpton owes more than $4 million in back taxes. And, while Sharpton railed against law enforcement, The Smoking Gun reported that he was a paid FBI snitch in the 1980s.

The debate will be taped and aired on David Webb’s SiriusXM Patriot radio show Monday, January 26 at 9PM Eastern time. Additional coverage by Breitbart News, Fox News Network, and worldwide media is expected. The Oxford Union YouTube channel will have the full debate following its conclusion.

Pastors are now Attacking Conservative Christians. Are they right?

 right

Pastors are now Attacking Conservative Christians.  Are they right?

By Mario Murillo

A new book by a well-known pastor says that there is “the tendency on the right and on the left to conflate the kingdom of God with a particular political party. “Many conservative Christians have made the mistake of substituting America for the Israel of the Old Testament, failing to realize the danger of adopting Old Testament principles that were never affirmed in the New Testament. Their message has sometimes been harsh and legalistic, making it difficult for them to proclaim a gospel of grace. Even though there is a great deal of emphasis on the Bible in such churches, it can often be the wrong emphasis.”

What possible fault could you or I find with these words?  At first nothing but a second look reveals plenty.

1.The author does not balance his criticism.  He only singles out Conservative Christians.  He never uses the term “Liberal Christians”…with good reason, because, in this current manifestation of liberalism, Liberal Christian is a mind-numbing oxymoron.   And who can say with a straight face “I have conflated the Kingdom of God to the Democratic Party?”

Democrats roundly booed God and Israel at their last convention and essentially told the believers among them “pick up your Bible and get out.”  They are the party of abortion, atheism, Islam, and same sex marriage.  And then there is their long list of antis’:  Anti-police, anti-constitution, anti-church, anti-Israel, anti-military and anti-free speech for any voice that disagrees with them.

2.Even Paul understood that he had to make a choice even when it is not a perfect choice.  In Acts 23 he faced a death sentence and stood between two political parties:  The Sadducee who sincerely believed in wrong things and the Pharisees who hypocritically believed in right things.

Verse 6 says “But when Paul perceived that one part were Sadducee and the other Pharisees, he cried out in the council, “Men and brethren, I am a Pharisee, the son of a Pharisee; concerning the hope and resurrection of the dead I am being judged!”  With these words Paul clearly sided with the Pharisees.

Matthew Henry said of this moment in Paul’s life “His own prudence and ingenuity stand him in some stead, and contribute much to his escape. His being a citizen of Rome saved him in the foregoing chapter from his being scourged by the chief captain as a vagabond, and here his being a Pharisee saved him from being condemned by the Sanhedrim, as an apostate from the faith and worship of the God of Israel. It will consist very well with our willingness to suffer for Christ to use all lawful methods, nay, and arts too, both to prevent suffering and to extricate ourselves out of it.”

In plain terms, the Republican Party is as bad as the Pharisees but like the Pharisees they are our best choice at this time to escape the disastrous policies that Obama has set in motion that will not only dismantle our freedoms but will drive the church underground.

However, I can tell you with great assurance that many Conservative Christians are displeased with the Republican party and will bail on them if they do when they assume control of the Senate is to  mirror the other party.

3. Conservative Christians do not believe America is modern Israel.  They believe America is a modern miracle.  The author continues his attack on Conservative Christians by saying ““Many conservative Christians have made the mistake of substituting America for the Israel of the Old Testament.”

I can only speak for myself and the multitude of Christian leaders I know.  We do not believe that America is modern Israel we believe America is a modern miracle –a miracle worth fighting for.  We believe that it was a miracle that we defeated England.  We see divine wisdom is in the Declaration of Independence and the American Constitution.

4. Who is being harsh?  The writer finishes his attack on Conservative Christians by saying “Their message has sometimes been harsh and legalistic, making it difficult for them to proclaim a gospel of grace.”  When I read this part, I said a big “HUH?”

As I look around me, I see nothing but grace being preached.  In fact, I see it being exalted even above God’s rightful demands for holiness.  I see a bevy of preachers on talk shows back peddling, parsing words and obsequiously kowtowing to the media.  It would have been more accurate for this writer to say “there are a few pockets left here and there of preachers who are still not preaching grace.”

Don’t ask me who this author is.  I admire him and respect his ministry.  My object in writing this is not to keep you from reading his book but to point out the mistake of trying to be neutral on an issue that is so painfully clear.  Oh, and also, I am saying to any pastor, don’t be a traitor to your brethren just so the world will like you better.

It sounds so spiritual to say “I am not right wing or left wing; I am out of the political arena all together.”  This is especially for urban pastors who face brutal persecution for opposing Obama and for other ministers who wish to appear progressive.

We are in a battle for America and everyone has to choose sides. You either believe that America became great by our own wits or it was God that made us great.  Once you settle that question, you will know what to stand for and what to preach.
